A patient transfer device, characterized by: the main body box is arranged on the bottom plate, one end of two supporting legs is vertically arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate, one end of the supporting leg is close to the bottom plate, two universal wheels are respectively arranged at the other ends of the two supporting legs, two moving wheels are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate through a support, the moving wheels are close to the other end of the bottom plate, a reinforcing rod is arranged between the support and the bottom plate, a speed reducer is arranged on the bottom plate and is close to one end of the bottom plate, a motor is arranged on the bottom plate, a motor shaft is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with an output shaft of the speed reducer, a rotating shaft fixing seat is sleeved on the rotating shaft and is connected with the bottom plate, the fixed ends of two rotating hydraulic rods are arranged on the rotating shaft, a supporting pad is hinged and arranged on the movable end of the rotating hydraulic rods, roller grooves are arranged, the lifting hydraulic rod base is arranged on a plurality of rotating rollers, two groups of rollers are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lifting hydraulic rod base, one group of rollers consists of at least three rollers, the connecting sleeve is vertically arranged on the movable end of the lifting hydraulic rod and is positioned in the communicating groove, one end of the supporting shaft is sleeved in the connecting sleeve, the supporting shaft corresponds to the communicating groove, one end of the main box is provided with a position avoiding groove which is communicated with the roller groove, two ends of the middle supporting plate are respectively provided with a plurality of hinged sleeves, two hollow shafts are respectively sleeved in the hinged sleeves at two ends of the middle supporting plate, one end of the lower supporting plate is sleeved on the hollow shaft at one end of the middle supporting plate through the hinged sleeves, the lower supporting plate and the middle supporting plate are fixed through fixed pins, one end of the upper supporting plate is sleeved on the hollow shaft at the other end of the middle supporting plate, the support shaft corresponds to the hollow shaft.

3. The patient transfer device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the side support plate is fixedly disposed on the other end of the base plate, and the other end of the side support plate is bent downward at an angle and then bent in a horizontal direction and extended a distance.
4. The patient transfer device according to claim 1, wherein a foam pad is disposed on each of the surfaces of the lower plate, the middle plate and the upper plate, the lower plate, the middle plate and the upper plate combining to form the reclining plate.
5. The patient transfer device according to claim 4, wherein a baffle is disposed on one side of said couch plate, a magnet sheet is disposed on a surface of said support plate, and a metal sheet is disposed on a bottom portion of said upper support plate.
6. The patient transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the walls of said communication channel are arcuate, said arcuate having a wear-resistant protective pad disposed thereon.
7. The patient transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the rollers are configured to move on the rotating hydraulic rod to reduce friction with the main body case for easy movement by a person.
8. The patient transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting hydraulic rod, the support shaft and the hollow shaft are adapted to translate a couch plate formed by the upper, middle and lower support plates onto the main body box for transfer.
9. The patient transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the motor is configured to rotate the rotatable hydraulic rod to adjust the angle of the rotatable hydraulic rod to allow the upper support plate to be lifted upward by the support pad, thereby allowing the patient to sit.
10. The patient transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting sleeve is pushed to insert the support shaft into the hollow shaft, so that the couch plate and the support shaft are connected to translate the couch plate to the main body case.
