In the invention, the citric acid meets the relevant national food and drug safety regulations, such as the GB1886.235-2016 food safety national standard food additive citric acid regulation.
In the invention, the malic acid meets the relevant regulations of national food and drug safety, such as the regulations of national standards GB1886.40-2015 and GB 25544-.
The tea polyphenol is a complex of more than 30 phenolic compounds separated and extracted from natural plant tea leaves, accounts for about 20-30% of the total dry matter of the tea leaves, and comprises flavanol, flavandiol, flavonoid and phenolic acid 4 substances. Flavanols are commonly referred to as catechins and constitute about 70% of the tea polyphenols. the composition for cigarettes is added into a cigarette filter stick, so that the release of essence fragrance is more obvious, the harmony of the essence fragrance and the cigarette fragrance is good, the smoking fragrance quality of the cigarettes is improved, the aftertaste comfort of the cigarettes is improved, the irritation and the miscellaneous gas of smoke are reduced, and the sensory quality of the cigarettes is improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying examples, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The following examples and comparative examples used the following materials:
lily-flavored essence, grape-flavored essence, whisky-flavored essence and osmanthus-passion fruit-flavored essence are all purchased from Balanophora indica Biotech limited.
Example 1: preparation and application of composition 1 for cigarettes
Heating and melting 21 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 800, 45 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 1500 and 25 parts by weight of stearic acid at 67 ℃, mixing at 67 ℃, slowly adding 1 part by weight of citric acid, 0.7 part by weight of malic acid, 0.6 part by weight of tea polyphenol and 51.3 parts by weight of lily-flavored essence (the solvent is propylene glycol and the concentration is 47% (W/W)) into the mixture, and uniformly stirring the mixture under a sealed condition at 69 ℃ to obtain the cigarette composition 1.
The circular injection hole of the fragrance injection equipment is positioned at a bell mouth of a cigarette filter forming machine, the cigarette composition 1 is added into the fragrance injection equipment, in the process of forming loose acetate fibers into a bundle-shaped cigarette filter through the bell mouth, the cigarette composition 1 is injected into the cigarette filter through the fragrance injection equipment, the injection temperature is 69 ℃, the effective injection amount of a single filter rod is 8mg, after the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, the cigarette composition 1 is in a gel state in the cigarette filter, the cross section area of the gel-shaped cigarette composition accounts for 5% of the total cross section area of the cigarette filter, and the cigarette filter 1 is obtained, the diameter of the cigarette filter is 5.50mm, and the pressure drop is 2890 Pa.
Example 2: preparation and application of composition 2 for cigarettes
Heating 25 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 800, 49 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 1500 and 29 parts by weight of stearic acid at 69 ℃ for melting, mixing at 67 ℃, then slowly adding 2 parts by weight of citric acid, 0.8 part by weight of malic acid, 0.5 part by weight of tea polyphenol and 16 parts by weight of grape-flavored essence (the solvent is propylene glycol, the concentration is 42% (W/W)), and uniformly stirring under sealed conditions at 71 ℃ to obtain the cigarette composition 2.
The circular injection hole of the fragrance injection equipment is positioned at a bell mouth of a cigarette filter forming machine, the cigarette composition 2 is added into the fragrance injection equipment, the cigarette composition 2 is injected into the cigarette filter through the fragrance injection equipment in the process that loose polypropylene fibers are formed into a bundle-shaped cigarette filter through the bell mouth, the injection temperature is 71 ℃, the effective injection amount of a single filter rod is 16mg, after the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, the cigarette composition 2 is in a gel state in the cigarette filter rod, the cross section area of the gel-shaped cigarette composition accounts for 6% of the total cross section area of the cigarette filter rod, and the cigarette filter rod 2 is obtained, the diameter of the cigarette filter rod is 6.50mm, and the pressure drop is 3450 Pa.
Example 3: preparation and application of composition 3 for cigarettes
Heating and melting 23 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 800, 60 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 1500 and 34 parts by weight of stearic acid at 68 ℃, mixing at 68 ℃, slowly adding 3 parts by weight of citric acid, 0.3 part by weight of malic acid, 0.7 part by weight of tea polyphenol and 94.4 parts by weight of whiskey flavor essence (the solvent is propylene glycol, the concentration is 58% (W/W)), and uniformly stirring under sealed conditions at 70 ℃ to obtain the cigarette composition 3.
The circular injection hole of the aroma injection equipment is positioned at a bell mouth of a cigarette filter forming machine, the cigarette composition 3 is added into the aroma injection equipment, the cigarette composition 3 is injected into the cigarette filter through the aroma injection equipment in the process that loose polylactic acid fibers are formed into a bundle-shaped cigarette filter through the bell mouth, the injection temperature is 71 ℃, the effective injection amount of a single filter rod is 25mg, after the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, the cigarette composition 3 is in a gel state in the cigarette filter, the cross section area of the gel-shaped cigarette composition accounts for 8% of the total cross section area of the cigarette filter, and the cigarette filter 3 is obtained, the diameter of the cigarette filter is 7.70mm, and the pressure drop is 3675 Pa.
Example 4: preparation and application of composition 4 for cigarettes
Heating and melting 22 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 800, 64 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 1500 and 38 parts by weight of stearic acid at 70 ℃, mixing at 70 ℃, then slowly adding 5 parts by weight of citric acid, 0.5 part by weight of malic acid, 0.3 part by weight of tea polyphenol and 101 parts by weight of osmanthus-passion fruit flavor essence (the solvent is propylene glycol, the concentration is 57% (W/W)), and uniformly stirring under sealed conditions and at 71 ℃ to obtain the cigarette composition 4.
The circular injection hole of the fragrance injection equipment is positioned at the bell mouth of the cigarette filter forming machine, the cigarette composition 4 is added into the fragrance injection equipment, the cigarette composition 4 is injected into the binary composite cigarette filter through the fragrance injection equipment in the process that loose acetate fibers and polylactic acid fibers are formed into a bundle-shaped cigarette filter through the bell mouth, the injection temperature is 71 ℃, the effective addition amount of a single filter rod is 25mg, after the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, the cigarette composition 4 is in a gel state in the cigarette filter rod, the cross section area of the gel-shaped cigarette composition accounts for 4 percent of the total cross section area of the cigarette filter rod, and the cigarette filter rod 4 is obtained, the diameter of the cigarette filter rod 4 is 7.70mm, and the pressure drop is 3915 Pa.
Comparative example 1
The polyethylene glycol 800 was adjusted to 40 parts by weight, and the remainder was the same as in example 1, to obtain a tobacco composition a and a cigarette filter a. As a result, it was found that: the tobacco composition A in the cigarette filter stick A is not in a gel state at normal temperature, and the filter stick forming paper is soaked.
Comparative example 2
The polyethylene glycol 1500 was adjusted to 30 parts by weight, and the remainder was the same as in example 1, to obtain a tobacco composition B and a cigarette filter B. As a result, it was found that: the cigarette composition B in the cigarette filter stick B is in a soft gel state at normal temperature, so that the fragrance in the filter stick is quickly attenuated along with the prolonging of time.
Comparative example 3
The polyethylene glycol 1500 was adjusted to 83 parts by weight, and the remainder was the same as in example 1, to obtain a tobacco composition C and a cigarette filter stick C. During preparation, the polyethylene glycol 800, the polyethylene glycol 1500 and the stearic acid are not completely melted, and the uniformity of the tobacco composition C is poor.
Comparative example 4
The stearic acid was adjusted to 45 parts by weight, and the remainder was the same as in example 1, to obtain a tobacco composition D and a cigarette filter rod D. The cigarette composition D in the cigarette filter stick D is in a gel state with higher hardness at normal temperature, and the smoke is difficult to elute fragrance when the cigarette is smoked, so that the sensory quality of the cigarette is influenced.
Comparative example 5
The same procedures as in example 1 were repeated except for using 5 parts by weight of acetic acid, 0.8 part by weight of lactic acid, and 0.5 part by weight of catechin in place of citric acid, malic acid, and tea polyphenol to obtain a tobacco composition E and a cigarette filter rod E.
Test example
And rolling the cigarette filter sticks 1-4 and the cigarette filter sticks A-E into cigarettes by a cigarette making machine according to the same cigarette group formula by the same conventional method to obtain cigarettes 1-4 and cigarettes A-E. Referring to example 3, the addition of citric acid, malic acid and tea polyphenol components was omitted, and the rest was the same as in example 3, to obtain a cigarette filter stick, which was prepared into cigarettes as a control sample according to the conventional method using the above-described leaf group formulation.
The sensory quality evaluation of each cigarette was performed by 30 professionals for sensory evaluation of cigarettes according to national standard GB5606.4-2005, and the average results are listed in tables 1-2.

Tables 1-2 show that compared with cigarettes A-E and a control sample, the aroma release of the cigarette composition provided by the invention added into a cigarette filter stick is more obvious, the harmony of essence aroma and cigarette aroma is better, the smoking aroma quality of the cigarettes is improved, the aftertaste comfort of the cigarettes is improved, the irritation and miscellaneous gas of smoke are reduced, the cigarettes are free of oil smell during smoking, the sensory quality of the cigarettes is improved, and thus the psychological and physiological requirements of consumers are met.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A composition for tobacco comprising the following components:

more preferably, the solvent is propylene glycol.

5. A cigarette filter rod or filter comprising the tobacco composition of any one of claims 1 to 4;
preferably, the content of the tobacco composition in each cigarette filter stick or each cigarette filter is 1-200 mg;
preferably, the diameter of the cigarette filter stick or the cigarette filter is 1-20 mm;
preferably, the pressure drop of the cigarette filter stick or the cigarette filter is 1000-8000 Pa.
6. A cigarette filter stick or filter according to claim 5 wherein the tobacco composition in the cigarette filter stick or filter is in the form of a gel at ambient temperature;
preferably, the cross-section of the gelatinous smoking composition in a cigarette filter rod or filter is circular, pentagonal, or polygonal;
preferably, the cross-sectional area of the gelatinous smoking composition is from 1% to 16% of the total cross-sectional area of the cigarette filter rod or filter.
7. A cigarette comprising the smoking composition of any one of claims 1 to 4, or comprising the cigarette filter rod or filter of claim 5 or 6.
8. A process for preparing a smoking composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) heating polyethylene glycol 800, polyethylene glycol 1500 and stearic acid to melt, and mixing to obtain a mixture;
(2) mixing the mixture, citric acid, malic acid, tea polyphenols and optional tobacco essence under sealed condition;
preferably, in the step (1), the heating temperature is not lower than 62 ℃;
preferably, in the step (1), the temperature of mixing is not lower than 62 ℃;
preferably, in the step (2), the temperature of mixing is not lower than 62 ℃;
preferably, in step (2), citric acid, malic acid, tea polyphenol and optional tobacco flavor are slowly added to the mixture under sealed conditions for mixing.
9. Use of the composition for tobacco of any one of claims 1 to 4 in the manufacture of a cigarette filter, cigarette filter or cigarette.
10. Use of the tobacco composition of any one of claims 1 to 4, or the cigarette filter rod or filter of claim 5 or 6, for improving the sensory quality of a cigarette;
preferably, the evaluation index of the sensory quality of the cigarette is selected from the group consisting of aroma, harmony, aftertaste, irritation, and offensive odor.
