And 6, mixing the materials prepared in the steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 with the Chinese medicinal soup obtained in the step 5, putting the mixture into a pot, steaming the mixture at the temperature of 200 ℃ for 40 minutes to obtain steamed coarse cereal rice, and then putting the steamed coarse cereal rice into an electric heating forced air drying box to dry the rice until the water content is 50% for later use.
And 7, putting the prepared coarse cereal rice into a sealed lunch box-shaped container, standing for 1.5h, cooking for sterilization after the moisture in the coarse cereal rice is uniformly dispersed, and steaming for 8 minutes at the temperature of 140 ℃.
Example 4:
animal experiment effect verification of the coarse cereal rice with the function of reducing blood fat.
Experimental animals: 52 male SPF Wistar rats weighing 220 +/-20.1 g
The experimental method comprises the steps of feeding 52 male SPF Wistar rats with high-fat feed (70.8% of basal feed, 2% of cholesterol, 16% of egg yolk powder and 0.2% of bile salt) for 10 days in an SPF animal laboratory to measure the initial body weight, dividing the rats into 4 groups by adopting a layering random sampling method according to TC (total cholesterol in serum), wherein each group comprises 13 rats, and properly adjusting the TG (triglyceride) and the body weight of each group to be balanced as much as possible. (blood was collected at the inner canthus of the eye to determine TC, TG and HDL-C (elevated high density lipoprotein cholesterol) contents for observation of normal values). After 10 days, the control group was fed with the basic feed, and the other groups were fed with the same weight of the same amount of the basic feed according to the different embodiments of the present invention, 1 time per day, 35 days continuously, and 1 weight per week. The TC, TG and HDL-C contents of serum are measured by blood collection from the 15 th and 36 th days of the experiment, and rats in each group before blood collection are fasted for 16 h.

The comparison of tables 4, 5 and 6 shows that the TC content of the three example groups is lower than that of the high-fat control group, and the differences are significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01), which indicates that the invention has the effect of reducing serum total cholesterol; the content of TG in serum of rats in each example group is consistent when the experiment is started, the content of TG in a control group is lower than that in each example group from the 15 th day to the 36 th day of the experiment, and the difference is significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01), the content of TG in each example group is lower than that in the control group from the 36 th day, and the difference is significant (P <0.01), which shows that the invention has the effect of reducing triglyceride in serum of rats, and has a certain effect of increasing the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum of rats.
Typical experimental examples:
populus littoralis, male, 33 years old, weighing 97 kg, is represented by: dark and pale purple tongue, abdominal distension after eating, edema of both lower limbs, poor sleep and slight atherosclerosis. The blood lipid index is as follows: total Cholesterol (TC) 6.1mmol/L, Triglyceride (TG) 2.92mmol/L, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C): 3.42mmol/L, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C): 4.22mmol/L, and is diagnosed as the symptom of hyperlipemia.
After receiving the experiment of the volunteer, 150 g of the product is taken as staple food by the patient for lunch and dinner every day, the amount of the pork and mutton taken by the patient is reduced by 1 to 2 times every day, and the amount of the vegetable oil for frying is reduced by 10 to 20 g every day, after 45 days, the patient has obviously improved self-complaints of physical conditions, the body is relaxed more than before, and edema and poor sleep of the lower limbs are obviously improved. The blood lipid index is as follows: total Cholesterol (TC) 4.7mmol/L, Triglyceride (TG) 0.91mmol/L, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C): 1.21mmol/L, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C): 2.55mmol/L, has fallen to the normal reference range and lost 10 kg of body weight.
In conclusion, the coarse cereal rice provided by the invention is prepared by adding the traditional Chinese medicines to coarse cereals with the effect of preventing and treating hyperlipidemia, improves the effect of preventing and treating hyperlipidemia on the basis of balanced nutrition, and is suitable for being eaten by hyperlipidemia people for a long time.

A coarse cereal rice with the efficacy of reducing blood fat is characterized in that: the coarse cereal rice with the blood fat reducing effect is prepared from 15-20 parts by weight of rice, 4-8 parts by weight of oat, 4-8 parts by weight of buckwheat, 2-4 parts by weight of corn, 2-4 parts by weight of black bean and 2-4 parts by weight of pea; the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials: 1-3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 1-3 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 1-3 parts of sophora flower, 1-3 parts of ginkgo leaves and 1-3 parts of hawthorn; the auxiliary materials comprise: 2-5 parts of cashew nuts, 3-6 parts of sweet potatoes, 3-6 parts of purple potatoes, 2-4 parts of celery, 2-4 parts of carrots, 2-4 parts of mushrooms and 2-4 parts of cucumbers; according to the proportion, cleaning hawthorn, salvia miltiorrhiza, polygonum multiflorum, sophora japonica and ginkgo leaf, removing impurities by 40-55 ℃, drying by air blowing for 3-4 hours, primarily crushing, sieving with a 80-100-mesh sieve, then carrying out superfine crushing, sieving with a 300-mesh sieve and 400-mesh sieve, putting the obtained traditional Chinese medicine mixed powder into 6 times of water, carrying out ultrasonic-assisted extraction on the traditional Chinese medicine extract, soaking at 30-40 ℃ and carrying out ultrasonic oscillation for 10-20 minutes, then carrying out decoction for three times, and filtering to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine decoction.

step 2, putting the oat and the buckwheat into a baking machine, baking for 15-25min at 55-65 ℃, taking out and cooling;
step 3, cleaning the sweet potatoes and the purple sweet potatoes, scraping the skins, and cutting into blocks of 1-2 cm;
step 4, cleaning celery, carrots, mushrooms and cucumbers, and cutting into blocks of 1-2 cm;
step 5, cleaning hawthorn, salvia miltiorrhiza, polygonum multiflorum, sophora japonica and ginkgo leaf, removing impurities, drying for 3-4 hours at 40-55 ℃ by air blast, primarily crushing and sieving with a sieve of 80-100 meshes, then carrying out superfine crushing and sieving with a sieve of 300-400 meshes, putting the obtained traditional Chinese medicine mixed powder into water with the weight of 6 times, then, carrying out ultrasonic-assisted extraction on the traditional Chinese medicine extract, soaking at 30-40 ℃, and carrying out ultrasonic oscillation for 10-25 minutes in a matching manner, wherein the ultrasonic oscillation frequency range is 50-60Khz, then carrying out decoction, wherein the first decoction is carried out for 20-30 minutes at 140 ℃, the fire is stopped for 20 minutes, the second decoction is carried out for 60-70 minutes at 100 ℃, the fire is stopped for 20 minutes, the third decoction is carried out for 90-100 minutes at 80 ℃, then filtering is carried out, and the filtrate is taken out and introduced into a suction filtration device for secondary filtration to obtain traditional Chinese medicine decoction;
