Experimental animals: 52 male SPF Wistar rats weighing 220 +/-20.1 g
The experimental method comprises the steps of feeding 52 male SPF Wistar rats with high-fat feed (70.8% of basal feed, 2% of cholesterol, 16% of egg yolk powder and 0.2% of bile salt) for 10 days in an SPF animal laboratory to measure the initial body weight, dividing the rats into 4 groups by adopting a layering random sampling method according to TC (total cholesterol in serum), wherein each group comprises 13 rats, and properly adjusting the TG (triglyceride) and the body weight of each group to be balanced as much as possible.
