(3) cleaning semen Sojae Atricolor, air drying, parching slowly with slow fire, and grinding with stone mill to obtain powder;
(4) cleaning black rice, air drying, parching with slow fire, and grinding with stone mill to obtain black rice powder;
(5) cleaning Lycium ruthenicum Murr, adding 6 times of water, decocting for 3h, filtering, decocting the residue with 6 times of water for 3h, filtering, decocting the residue with 4 times of water for 2h, and mixing the three filtrates; concentrating the extractive solution to obtain soft extract with density of 1.10-1.20;
(6) boiling Mel in copper pot with strong fire, decocting with slow fire for 20min, filtering with sterile gauze, and cooling;
(7) respectively mixing and stirring black ginseng extract, black sesame powder, black bean powder, black rice powder, black wolfberry extract and tea polyphenol uniformly according to the weight ratio, then adding honey into the mixture, kneading the mixture into a dough, preparing the dough into pills, and carrying out aseptic packaging by wax paper or food tin foil paper to obtain the black ginseng and black sesame pills.
