As shown in Table 6, the levels of MTL, GAS, VIP and AMS in the serum of the model mice were significantly reduced as compared with the control group, indicating that the molding was successful. Compared with the model group, the serum MTL, GAS, VIP and AMS levels of the mice of each administration group are obviously increased. For serum MTL, the radix Codonopsis group parched with bran has the best effect (P < 0.05). For GAS, VIP and AMS in serum, the black sesame fried with radix Codonopsis has the best effect (P < 0.05). The data are combined, and the effect of the radix codonopsitis fried black sesame group on the aspect of adjusting the relevant indexes of digestion and absorption is most obvious.
In conclusion, the radix codonopsitis processed product can raise the levels of AMS, MTL, GAS, VIP, TNF-alpha, IL-10, spleen index and thymus index of a spleen-deficiency diarrhea mouse and reduce the level of IL-6, so that the spleen-deficiency diarrhea symptom is relieved. The codonopsis pilosula has the effects of strengthening spleen and replenishing qi, the black sesame contains rich nutrient substances, and after the codonopsis pilosula and the black sesame are fried together, the fragrance is more intense, the effects of activating spleen and stimulating appetite are enhanced, meanwhile, components related to the effects of strengthening spleen and replenishing qi are possibly generated, and the effects of strengthening spleen and replenishing qi are enhanced.

Claims (3)

1. An instant codonopsis pilosula and black sesame food is prepared from codonopsis pilosula and black sesame serving as raw materials, milk and calcium stearate serving as auxiliary materials in parts by weight as follows: 80-110 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 10-20 parts of black sesame, 2-5 parts of calcium stearate and 8-15 parts of milk.
2. The codonopsis pilosula-black sesame instant food according to claim 1, wherein the codonopsis pilosula is in a shape of a sheet, a segment or a coarse powder or a combination of several of the codonopsis pilosula-black sesame instant food.
3. The preparation method of the codonopsis pilosula and black sesame instant food is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step 1: cleaning radix Codonopsis, moistening, slicing or cutting, and drying in a 60 deg.C oven for 3 hr;
step 2: washing semen Sesami Niger, spreading and air drying;
and step 3: putting the radix codonopsitis slices or radix codonopsitis sections dried in the step 1 into a pot, putting black sesame in proportion, frying with soft fire until popping occurs, taking out when smelling obvious fragrance, and cooling;
and 4, step 4: directly pulverizing parched radix Codonopsis and semen Sesami Niger product into powder;
and 5: adding milk into the powder in the step 4 according to a ratio to enable the milk to be slightly pasty, adding calcium stearate for bonding, rolling and kneading the mixture into a mixture in a lumpy shape, and preparing the mixture into a formed product in a sheet or block or granule shape;
step 6: and (5) sterilizing the formed product in the step (5) and packaging the sterilized product by using an aluminum foil bag.
