2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alkali-absorbing layer of step (1) is granular hardwood sawdust.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein said drip irrigation tape of step (2) is located under an anti-alkaloid return material.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the film of step (3) is polyester canvas.
5. The method for planting chrysanthemum by adopting the method as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) laying an alkali absorption layer: laying an alkali absorption layer of 10-15 cm below the ground surface mature soil layer;
(2) ridging: ridging on the alkali absorption layer by using in-situ surface mellow soil, wherein the normal section of the ridge is in a trapezoid shape, the height of the ridge is 15-25cm, and the width of the ridge is 45-55 cm; the ridge spacing is 45-55 cm; an irrigation belt is arranged in the middle of the ridge, and two planting belts are arranged on two sides of the irrigation belt respectively;
(3) film covering and alkali prevention: covering a layer of alkali return prevention material on the ridge integrally;
(4) planting: before 5 months of each year, the water pressure alkali is filled through a drip irrigation zone on the ridge, and in the middle of 5 months, holes are punched on the alkali-proof film, and chrysanthemum is planted.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising applying rotten and fermented cow dung in an amount of 5 cubic meters per mu before ridging in step (2).

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the step (4) further comprises the steps of planting chrysanthemum for 15 days, and applying the chrysanthemum in combination with watering according to the weight ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of 10 kilograms per mu of land by using irrigation pipelines on ridges; in the bud pregnancy period of the chrysanthemum, 20 kilograms of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium per mu of land are watered and applied according to the weight ratio of 15:20: 25.
