The seventh set of experiments: the research field is one mu; the seeds planted were the seeds of the present invention (soaked with the cynarin, stored at 5 ℃, sowed directly), and the germination percentage in the study area was calculated.
The planting time, planting conditions (water and fertilizer content in the planting field, the length of illumination time and the like) and the management mode after planting (fertilizing time, fertilizing amount, weeding time and the like) in the seven groups of experiments are the same or similar, and specific data in the seven groups of experiments are shown in table 1:

From the above table it is clear that the average first-year germination rate of the seeds stored using the method of the present invention is 96.85%, which is a significant improvement of 26.18% over the germination rate of the seeds stored in the prior art storage method. The average germination rate in the second year is 94.53%, which is obviously improved by 26.10% compared with the germination rate of the seeds stored by the existing storage method, therefore, the germination rate of the seeds stored by the method of the invention is obviously improved compared with the germination rate of the seeds stored by the existing storage method.

Claims (8)
1. A method for treating seeds of peucedanum praeruptorum, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
selecting seeds positioned in the middle section area of the peucedanum praeruptorum as seeds;
soaking the seeds in an inhibiting solution for a preset time, fishing out and cleaning with clear water;
and storing the seeds washed by clear water in a refrigeration house at the temperature of between 5 ℃ below zero and 5 ℃.
2. The method for seed treatment of peucedanum praeruptorum dunn of claim 1, wherein the seeds are stored in a freezer at 0 to 5 ℃.
3. The method for seed treatment of peucedanum praeruptorum dunn of claim 1, wherein the seeds are stored in a freezer at 5 ℃.
4. The method for treating seeds of peucedanum praeruptorum dunn of claim 1, wherein the illumination time of the seeds after being stored in the refrigerator is less than 0.1 h/d.
5. The method for seed treatment of peucedanum praeruptorum dunn of claim 1, wherein the relative humidity in said freezer is 20% to 30%.
6. The method for seed treatment of peucedanum praeruptorum dunn according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the inhibiting solution is one of paclobutrazol solution, abscisic acid solution, and cynarin solution.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the step of selecting seeds in the midsection region of the peucedanum root as seeds further comprises:
the grain size of the selected grains is 2.5-3 mm.
8. The method for treating seeds of peucedanum praeruptorum dunn according to claim 1, wherein the method for treating seeds by soaking the seeds in the inhibition solution for a preset time, fishing out the seeds and washing the seeds with clean water, and before storing the seeds washed with clean water in a refrigerator at-5 to 5 ℃, further comprises the steps of:
soaking the cleaned seeds in a sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 1.5-2.5% for 15-25 minutes, taking out and cleaning with clear water.
