Description

High-viscosity disinfection laundry detergent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical washing, and particularly relates to a high-viscosity disinfection laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The disinfection type fabric cleaning products on the market are generally low-viscosity water-like products, which can cause overuse during use, and the high-viscosity property is endowed to the disinfection type fabric cleaning products, so that the overuse is avoided. The packaging mode that this also is applicable to the pump head is adopted and is packed, not only is applicable to the machine washing, also is applicable to hand washing and has enlarged application range.
The disinfection products are mainly nonionic and amphoteric plasmas in general, and the technicians in the industry know that the conventional tackifying of the nonionic system is very difficult, the performance of the disinfection products can be affected by using the common tackifier, the detergency and the bactericidal power can be reduced, and a tackifying method suitable for the disinfection products cannot be found for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention finds the tackifier suitable for disinfection products by screening a large amount of raw materials, and achieves the satisfactory tackifying effect by compounding the surfactant with special properties and the thickener.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

Further, the raw materials of the disinfecting laundry detergent also comprise an amphoteric surfactant, and the disinfecting laundry detergent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1-8 parts of amphoteric surfactant.
Further, the anionic surfactant is one or a mixture of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate and modified grease ethoxylate sulfonate.
Further, the nonionic surfactant is one or a mixture of two of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glycoside.
Further, the amphoteric surfactant is one or a mixture of two of lauramidopropyl dimethyl betaine and lauramidopropyl dimethyl amine oxide.
Further, the cationic surfactant is a mixture of two or more of N, N-didecyl-N, N-dimethyl ammonium chloride (2280), dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (1227), polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride (IB), didecylmethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium chloride (DEQ).
Further, the active ferment is cellulase.
Further, the acid includes inorganic acids and organic acids; preferably, the inorganic acid is hydrochloric acid and the organic acid is citric acid.
Another aspect of the invention:
the preparation method of the high-viscosity disinfection laundry detergent comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 50-60 ℃ deionized water with 50-70% of total water into a reaction kettle, then adding the anionic surfactant, stirring for dissolving, then adding the nonionic surfactant and/or the zwitterionic surfactant, stirring for dissolving, and obtaining mixed solution;
(2) and when the temperature of the mixed solution is reduced to below 40 ℃, adding a cationic surfactant into the mixed solution, stirring and dissolving the cationic surfactant, then adding enzyme and essence into the mixed solution, stirring the mixture uniformly, finally adding a thickening agent into the mixed solution, stirring and dissolving the thickening agent, adjusting the pH value to be neutral by using acid, supplementing the rest deionized water, and filtering the mixture to obtain the high-viscosity disinfection laundry detergent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

3. in the high-viscosity disinfection laundry detergent, the methyl glucose dioleate is a nonionic thickener, is a naturally-derived glucoside product, has good compatibility with an anionic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant and a cationic surfactant, and shows excellent thickening effect, and the methyl glucose dioleate can also reduce the irritation of the surfactants, but can not reduce the foam of a disinfection laundry detergent system, and does not influence the decontamination effect;
4. according to the high-viscosity disinfection laundry detergent, the sodium chloride used in the high-viscosity disinfection laundry detergent belongs to inorganic salt, so that a good tackifying effect can be achieved in the system, and the disinfection performance and the decontamination capability of the system are not affected;
5. according to the high-viscosity disinfection laundry detergent, the used tackifiers, namely cocoamidomethyl, methyl glucose dioleate and NaCl, are screened out by researchers through a large number of experiments, and the thickeners can be applied to a cation and anion compound system to play a role in tackifying, and the decontamination performance and the disinfection performance of the disinfection laundry detergent system are not influenced; in contrast, some macromolecular thickeners such as carbomer and hydroxyethyl cellulose thickeners have a certain thickening effect in a nonionic system, but the thickening effect is not obvious, and the use of a large amount of the thickeners can influence the detergency of the system through experiments.
