Abstract
本发明公开了M85车用醇烃清洁燃料,属于甲醇汽油技术领域,由以下成份组成(按质量计):84~86%的甲醇、14~16%的混合轻烃油及0.1~0.5%的添加剂构成;其中,混合轻烃油由以下碳四至碳十烃类物质组成,组分如下(按质量计):正构烷烃3‑5%,异构烷烃25‑40%,烯烃5‑10%,环烷烃5‑10,芳烃30‑50%;添加剂由以下组分混合而成(按质量计):80~90%的脂肪醇、5~10%的抗氧剂T502、5~10%的苯并三氮唑。本发明克服了其他甲醇汽油成份繁多、调配工艺复杂的缺点;所用轻烃油是由甲醇制取,无需使用汽油,因此硫化物含量为零,是一种清洁的车用燃料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用清洁燃料,可作为汽油的替代品。
背景技术
2009年5月,国家公布了M85车用甲醇汽油的国家质量标准。甲醇汽油作为一种清洁的车用燃料,无论在技术上还是经济上都具有可行性,并且可以大规模市场供应,是实现车辆尾气清洁排放的理想燃料。近些年已在国内多地开展甲醇汽车试验示范工作,并将进入产业化。
目前甲醇汽油,是将国标汽油(93#、97#等)、甲醇、添加剂按一定的体积(质量)比调配而成的甲醇与汽油的混合物;其中添加剂包括互溶剂、润滑剂、防金属腐蚀抑制剂、冷启动剂以及增能剂等,添加剂成份复杂,许多对环境有危害的物质混于其中,标准难于控制。下面列举一些制备甲醇汽油的配方及方法,可以看出其添加剂之多,调配之复杂。
CN200610150666.0高适应性车用环保甲醇汽油(长春张劲松):产品中甲醇占燃料的百分比为590-3006,添加剂占0.1-0.596,助溶剂占0-800.上述添加剂由甲醇改性剂和甲醇汽油复合添加剂两部分组成,甲醇改性剂的组成为:正丁醇45-55;UOP4 5-10%;氯化石蜡7-1506:4-醇10-1590PPG10-15快丙醇15-12甲醇汽油复合添加剂的组成为:甲苯或二甲苯(包括邻口甲蓉间二甲茶对二甲苯)35-500:羟基二苯胺2-100%%:苯三唑脂肪酸铵盐5-150%:N,N1-二亚水杨丙二胺0.01-0.1%:二聚酸3-80%:烷基水杨酸铬 0.05-0.10%:;丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钙0.05-0.1;异丁醇25-45
申请号为2012104258511,发明名称为甲醇汽油速溶剂的专利和申请号2014108190555的专利只是“一种甲醇汽油用助溶剂”,都不能作为动力燃料或清洁剂使用。申请号2013100877841的专利,一种甲醇汽油及制备方法,其成分“余量汽油”成分较多,既增加了成本,又增加了尾气CO、HC、NOX等有害物的排放,对汽油依赖性过高。
本发明以用甲醇制备的混合轻烃油替代石油法炼制的汽油,将混合轻烃油与甲醇混合,只需加入及少量的添加剂即可得到清洁的醇烃燃料,使甲醇汽油不再依赖于石油,同时将油品中的硫化物含量降为零,是为真正的清洁燃料。
发明内容
为解决当前甲醇汽油存在的相关问题,本发明公开了一种M85车用醇烃清洁燃料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
M85车用醇烃清洁燃料由以下成份组成(按质量计):84~86%的甲醇、14~16%的混合轻烃油及0.1~0.5%的添加剂构成。其中,
上述组分甲醇为纯度为99.99%的精甲醇
上述组分混合轻烃油是将甲醇通过催化剂制备而得,制得的混合轻烃油由以下碳四至碳十烃类物质组成,组分如下(按质量计):正构烷烃3-5%,异构烷烃25-40%,烯烃5-10%,环烷烃5-10,芳烃30-50%;
上述组分混合轻烃油制取步骤如下:
A、将装有烃化催化剂、叠合催化剂和烷基化催化剂的反应器催化剂床层温度升温至300-380℃;
B、将甲醇用泵打入上述装有催化剂的反应器,保持反应器催化剂床层温度在300-380℃;
从反应器出来的气体进入冷凝器,冷凝温度控制在10-25℃,气体经冷凝后,液相部分为水和轻烃油,将水分离后即得到所需轻烃油;
C、冷凝后气相部分为乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、丙烷、丁烷及少量氢气组成,为增加轻烃油产率,将这部份气体用气泵送回反应器进口,与甲醇一起进入反应器继续进行反应。
上述组分添加剂由以下组分混合而成(按质量计):80~90%的脂肪醇、5~10%的抗氧剂T502、5~10%的苯并三氮唑;
本发明还公开了M85车用醇烃清洁燃料制备方法,包含以下步骤:
A、按质量计将84~86份的所述甲醇与0.1~0.5份的添加剂加入混合罐混合均匀;
B、再按质量计取14~16份的所述混合轻烃油用泵打入混合罐与甲醇和添加剂混合均匀,即可制得M85车用醇烃清洁燃料。
本发明具有如下优点:
(1)M85车用醇烃清洁燃料中的轻烃油是由甲醇制取得来,因此是甲醇完全替代了石油法汽油;
(2)由于轻烃油是由甲醇制取得来,因此硫化物含量为零,是非常清洁的车用燃料;
由甲醇制得的轻烃油可以与甲醇任意比例混溶,因此调配M85车用醇烃清洁燃料非常简便。

混合轻烃油油组分如下(按质量计):4.6%的正构烷烃,31.3%的异构烷烃,8.6%的烯烃,8.9%的环烷烃,46.6%的芳烃; |
添加剂由以组分构成(按质量计): 80%的脂肪醇、10%的抗氧剂T502、10%的苯并三氮唑; |

Claims (5)
1.M85车用醇烃清洁燃料,其特征在于,由以下成份组成(按质量计):84~86%的甲醇、14~16%的混合轻烃油及0.1~0.5%的添加剂构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合轻烃油,其特征在于,由以下成分组成(按质量计):正构烷烃3-5%,异构烷烃25-40%,烯烃5-10%,环烷烃5-10,芳烃30-50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合轻烃油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将装有烃化催化剂、叠合催化剂和烷基化催化剂的反应器催化剂床层温度升温至300-380℃;
将甲醇用泵打入上述装有催化剂的反应器,保持反应器催化剂床层温度在300-380℃;
从反应器出来的气体进入冷凝器,冷凝温度控制在10-25℃,气体经冷凝后,液相部分为水和混合轻烃油,将水分离后即得到所需混合轻烃油;
冷凝后气相部分为,为增加轻烃油产率,将这部份气体用气泵送回反应器进口,与甲醇一起进入反应器继续进行反应。
4.根据权利要求1所述的添加剂,其特征在于,由以下成分组成(按质量计):80~90%的脂肪醇、5~10%的抗氧剂T502、5~10%的苯并三氮唑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的M85车用醇烃清洁燃料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按质量计将84~86份的所述甲醇与0.1~0.5份的添加剂混合均匀;
再按质量计取14~16份的所述混合轻烃油用泵打入到甲醇与添加剂的混合液中,即可制得M85车用醇烃清洁燃料。
