随着社会的发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,越来越多的上班族有时间去参加健身活动,而运动装备自然少不了具有吸湿排汗性能的衣服。市面上有很多的运动面料,很大一部分是通过提高面料的孔隙,促进其透气性,从而提高其吸湿排汗的效果。由于对面料进行进一步的化学处理成本高,因此,市面上只有少部分是通过对面料的进一步的化学处理,且效果不是很好。
因此,需要设计一种成本可控、适合大部分企业使用,且面料的吸湿排汗效果强吸湿排汗面料的的制备方法。

步骤四:柔软处理:
通过柔软助剂对步骤三所得染色面料进行柔软处理,得柔软坯布;

通过吸湿排汗实际对步骤四所得柔软坯布进行处理,得吸湿排汗面料;
步骤六、固色、定型及包装:
将步骤五所述吸湿排汗面料进行固色及定型处理,经包装后得吸湿排汗面料。
进一步的,步骤二采用了退浆剂进行退浆处理,所述退浆剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚7~8g/L,顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠11~15g/L
进一步的,步骤三采用了染色助剂进行染色,所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~12g/L,释酸剂3~6g/L,冰醋酸0.5~0.8g/L;
所述染色时,先升温至55~65℃,然后通过1~1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至100~125℃,保温30~40min,然后以1~1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至55~65℃。
进一步的,步骤四采用的柔软助剂为按照水量计的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯14~18g/L。
进一步的,步骤五所述吸湿排汗剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:丙二醇嵌段聚醚12~16g/L,硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯7~11g/L,丙烯酰胺16~21g/L,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇硬脂酸酯14~18g/L。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
第一、本发明的吸湿排汗面料的制备方法,申请人通过长期的实验得出,采用异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂的同时,充分利用其洗涤性能,并配合具有降低织物表面张力的顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠,进一步提高退浆效果,有助于提高下一步的染色效果,提高色牢度;
第二、在染色过程中,通过脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂,采用了释酸剂和冰醋酸提高面料染色效果,提高色牢度;
第三、为了使得面料具有优异的吸湿排汗效果,申请人通过长期的研发后,采用丙二醇嵌段聚醚作为表面活性剂,以硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯作为乳化剂,配合邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、丙烯酰胺和聚二甲基硅氧烷醇硬脂酸酯混合使用,充分利用聚二甲基硅氧烷醇硬脂酸酯的透气性能,获得的面料具有优异的吸湿排汗效果,且面料手感好,柔软度高。
具体实施方式
本发明所使用的的原料均为市售品。
释酸剂为购自广州瑞启化工科技有限公司的ENRICH-AS-35。
实施例1
吸湿排汗面料的制备方法,吸湿排汗面料由锦纶、涤纶和氨纶交织混纺而成,其中,锦纶、涤纶和氨纶的混纺比为:45%锦纶、25%涤纶和30%氨纶。
吸湿排汗面料的制备方法包括如下步骤:织造、退浆、染色、柔软处理、吸湿排汗处理、定型和包装。
具体如下:
步骤一、织造:
将锦纶、涤纶和氨纶交织混纺,得面料坯布;
步骤二、退浆:

步骤三、染色:
将步骤二所得退浆坯布进行染色,得染色坯布;
其中,所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12g/L,释酸剂6g/L,冰醋酸0.8g/L;
所述染色时,先升温至65℃,然后通过1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至125℃,保温40min,然后以1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至65℃;
步骤四:柔软处理:
通过柔软助剂对步骤三所得染色面料进行柔软处理,得柔软坯布。
其中,采用的柔软助剂为按照水量计的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯18g/L;
步骤五、吸湿排汗处理:
通过吸湿排汗实际对步骤四所得柔软坯布进行处理,得吸湿排汗面料;
其中,所述吸湿排汗剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:丙二醇嵌段聚醚16g/L,硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯11g/L,丙烯酰胺21g/L,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇硬脂酸酯18g/L;
步骤六、固色、定型及包装:
将步骤五所述吸湿排汗面料进行固色及定型处理,经包装后得吸湿排汗面料。
表1:实施例1~4所得的吸湿排汗面料的检测结果
从表1中可知,实施例1~4制得的吸湿排汗面料,具有优异的光照色牢度,且具有很强的吸湿排汗性能,同时,触摸手感好,柔软度高。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。
Claims (6)
1.吸湿排汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,吸湿排汗面料由锦纶、涤纶和氨纶交织混纺而成,其制备方法包括如下步骤:织造、退浆、染色、柔软处理、吸湿排汗处理、定型和包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线面料的制作方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤一、织造:
将锦纶、涤纶和氨纶交织混纺,得面料坯布;
步骤二、退浆:
将步骤一所得面料坯布进行退浆处理,得退浆坯布;
步骤三、染色:
将步骤二所得退浆坯布进行染色,得染色坯布;
步骤四:柔软处理:
通过柔软助剂对步骤三所得染色面料进行柔软处理,得柔软坯布;
步骤五、吸湿排汗处理:
通过吸湿排汗实际对步骤四所得柔软坯布进行处理,得吸湿排汗面料;
步骤六、固色、定型及包装:
将步骤五所述吸湿排汗面料进行固色及定型处理,经包装后得吸湿排汗面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤二采用了退浆剂进行退浆处理,所述退浆剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚7~8 g/L,顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠11~15 g/L。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤三采用了染色助剂进行染色,所述染色助剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~12g/L,释酸剂3~6g/L,冰醋酸0.5~0.8g/L;
所述染色时,先升温至55~65℃,然后通过1~1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至100~125℃,保温30~40min,然后以1~1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至55~65℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤四采用的柔软助剂为按照水量计的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯14~18g/L。
6.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤五所述吸湿排汗剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:丙二醇嵌段聚醚12~16 g/L,硬酯酸聚氧乙烯酯7~11 g/L,丙烯酰胺16~21 g/L,聚二甲基硅氧烷醇硬脂酸酯14~18 g/L。
