本发明提供一种疏水可印刷标签材料及其制备方法,从上到下包括:纳米涂层,PET面材,普通胶水,透明PET离型底;所述纳米涂层的原料包括:聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯,诱导剂;所述诱导剂包括:异丙醇铝,β‑环糊精,乙酸乙酯。

技术领域
本发明属于膜材料领域,具体涉及一种疏水可印刷标签材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国广告外立面最大的污染源是粉尘污染,所以建筑物防污首要的是防止灰尘粘附,自洁涂料将来的方向在超亲水防静电上。
疏水性材料具有广泛的用途,用于各种建筑物的内外墙壁,能够长时间保持墙壁的新鲜度和清洁度。用于各种金属、玻璃、塑料、木制品、油漆等表面。用于汽车的前后风挡玻璃、侧风挡玻璃、后视镜的表面,保证雨天玻璃不挂水视线良好。用于。汽车驾驶室的天棚及地板、脚垫表面,实现长久的自清洁功能,特别是很多汽车脚垫地毯用水冲洗不易晒干,如果用该产品处理后冲洗就不怕湿,因为表面形成的纳米保护膜油水不沾,轻轻甩一下便可使用。用于浴池、卫生间的大理石、瓷砖、玻璃及其它涂层表面实现自洁。用于马桶、洗手池、洁具、家具、地板、窗帘、地毯、墙壁纸、儿童玩具、手机、电脑、冰箱、空调等表面可保持长期的清洁。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有耐冲击的疏水可印刷标签材料及其制备方法,是一种新型工业生产纳米涂布技术,可进行反复的纳米涂布,能够让的室外广告减少清洁次数,节省成本。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种疏水可印刷标签材料,从上到下包括:纳米涂层,PET面材,普通胶水,透明PET离型底;所述纳米涂层的原料包括:聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯,诱导剂;所述诱导剂包括:异丙醇铝,β-环糊精,乙酸乙酯。
进一步地,所述聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯,诱导剂的比例为100:3.6:2:50。
进一步地,所述诱导剂中异丙醇铝,β-环糊精,乙酸乙酯的比例为2:2:100。
一种疏水可印刷标签材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)利用蒸馏烧瓶将聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯在纯净水中搅拌混合30min;
(2)加入诱导剂,利用蒸馏冷凝装置在温度为70摄氏度中进行水浴恒温加热,待乙酸乙酯蒸发干净就可以得到一种疏水可印刷涂层液体;
(3)将疏水可印刷涂层液体利用滚轮涂布技术利用网纹轮进行PET面材的表面涂层,干燥后,多次涂布,直到涂层厚度为2μ;
(4)利用逗号涂布头在PET面材另一面进行刮普通胶水24μ;
(5)在普通胶水上用25μm透明PET离型底进行挤压贴合。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的产品
莲花效应主要是指莲叶表面具有超疏水以及自洁的特性,可以通过模拟这一生物表象进行纳米疏水可印刷的制作。水落在该材料表面,水滴接触角大于110度,从外观上看水在该材料表面会形成水珠,如果是在立面上,水珠会在重力的作用下滚落。水落在超疏水材料表面,水滴接触角小于10度,从外观上看即水在该材料表面不会形成水滴而是水膜。
本发明的产品具有如下性质:
1、疏水,进行涂液后表面材料接触角大于60度。
2、一种新型工业生产纳米涂布技术,可进行反复的纳米涂布。有利于多层微分子结构的建立。
3、涂液价格便宜环保,材料仅仅需要常见的一些材料。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限制本发明的范围。在不背离本发明的技术解决方案的前提下,对本发明所作的本领域普通技术人员容易实现的任何改动都将落入本发明的权利要求范围之内。
实施例1
一种疏水可印刷标签材料,从上到下包括:纳米涂层,PET面材,普通胶水,透明PET离型底;所述纳米涂层的原料包括:聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯,诱导剂;所述诱导剂包括:异丙醇铝,β-环糊精,乙酸乙酯。所述聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯,诱导剂的比例为100:3.6:2:50。所述诱导剂中异丙醇铝,β-环糊精,乙酸乙酯的比例为2:2:100。
一种疏水可印刷标签材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)利用蒸馏烧瓶将聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯在纯净水中搅拌混合30min;
(2)加入诱导剂,利用蒸馏冷凝装置在温度为70摄氏度中进行水浴恒温加热,待乙酸乙酯蒸发干净就可以得到一种疏水可印刷涂层液体;
(3)将疏水可印刷涂层液体利用滚轮涂布技术利用网纹轮进行PET面材的表面涂层,干燥后,多次涂布,直到涂层厚度为2μ;
(4)利用逗号涂布头在PET面材另一面进行刮普通胶水24μ;
(5)在普通胶水上用25μm透明PET离型底进行挤压贴合。

与实施例1相同,除了不添加环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯。

与实施例1相同,除了不添加环氧石墨烯。

与实施例1相同,除了不添加异丙醇铝,β-环糊精。

将实施例和对比例的产品用接触角测量仪测试接触角,同时在潮湿环境中长时间1个月放置测试吸水率。

通过测试可知,本发明中通过聚氨酸甲酯与环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯进行配合,通过环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯的添加协同提高了疏水效果。同时,通过诱导剂中添加异丙醇铝,β-环糊精,可以明显改善疏水性的同时,进一步改善吸水效果。

1.一种疏水可印刷标签材料,其特征在于:从上到下包括:纳米涂层,PET面材,普通胶水,透明PET离型底;所述纳米涂层的原料包括:聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯,诱导剂;所述诱导剂包括:异丙醇铝,β-环糊精,乙酸乙酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏水可印刷标签材料,其特征在于:所述聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯,诱导剂的比例为100:3.6:2:50。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏水可印刷标签材料,其特征在于,所述诱导剂中异丙醇铝,β-环糊精,乙酸乙酯的比例为2:2:100。
4.一种疏水可印刷标签材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)利用蒸馏烧瓶将聚氨酸甲脂,环氧石墨烯,正硅酸乙酯在纯净水中搅拌混合30min;
(2)加入诱导剂,利用蒸馏冷凝装置在温度为70摄氏度中进行水浴恒温加热,待乙酸乙酯蒸发干净就可以得到一种疏水可印刷涂层液体;
(3)将疏水可印刷涂层液体利用滚轮涂布技术利用网纹轮进行PET面材的表面涂层,干燥后,多次涂布,直到涂层厚度为2μ;
(4)利用逗号涂布头在PET面材另一面进行刮普通胶水24μ;
(5)在普通胶水上用25μm透明PET离型底进行挤压贴合。
