The first conveyance unit 2a1, the second conveyance unit 2a2, and the third conveyance unit 2a3 each have one conveyance motor 223 so that the first conveyance unit 2a1, the second conveyance unit 2a2, and the third conveyance unit 2a3 can be individually activated.
The second conveying table 2b is identical in structure to the first conveying unit 2a1 except that the conveying length is different from that of the first conveying unit 2a 1. The second conveyance table 2b and the first conveyance table 2a are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction, and the length of the first conveyance table 2a and the length of the second conveyance table 2b are kept uniform.
The second conveyance table 2b and the first conveyance table 2a are opposite in conveyance direction. The input end of the second transfer station 2b has a first station 231; the output end of the second conveying table 2b has a second station 232; the input end of the first conveying table 2a has a third station 233; the output end of the first transfer station 2a has a fourth station 234.
The first transfer mechanism 4a is able to transfer the assembly seat 1 of the second station 232 to the third station 233; the second transfer mechanism 4b is capable of transferring the assembly nest 1 of the fourth station 234 to the second transfer mechanism 4b of the first station 231.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, the first transfer mechanism 4a includes a transfer bracket 41, a magnetic chuck 42, a translation driving component for driving the magnetic chuck 42 to move from the position above the second station 232 to the position above the third station 233, and a lifting driving component for driving the magnetic chuck 42 to vertically lift.
The top of the shift bracket 41 has a horizontally arranged shift platform 411. The translational driving assembly comprises a longitudinal sliding rail 431 fixed on the top surface of the displacement platform 411, a longitudinal sliding plate 432 for installing the lifting driving assembly, a longitudinal sliding block 433 fixed on the bottom surface of the longitudinal sliding plate 432 and matched with the longitudinal sliding rail 431, and a first magnetic rodless cylinder 434 parallel to the longitudinal sliding rail 431. Wherein, the slider of the first magnetic rodless cylinder 434 is fixed on the bottom of the longitudinal sliding plate 432.
A longitudinally arranged longitudinal vertical plate 435 for installing the lifting driving assembly is fixed on one side of the longitudinal sliding plate 432. The elevating driving assembly includes an elevating cylinder 441 and an elevating block 442 horizontally and longitudinally disposed. The piston rod of the lifting cylinder 441 is vertically arranged downwards, and the lifting block 442 is fixed on the piston rod. The elevator block 442 has two vertically downward links 443 fixed to both longitudinal ends thereof. The two magnetic suction heads 42 of the first transfer mechanism 4a are fixed to the bottom of the connecting rod 443 at the two ends of the lifting block 442. In this embodiment, the magnetic chuck 42 is an electromagnet.
When the assembly base 1 is located at the second station 232, the two magnetic attraction heads 42 of the first transfer mechanism 4a are opposite to the iron base 13 on the assembly base 1, and when the magnetic attraction heads 42 are abutted to the iron base 13 (see fig. 5) of the assembly base 1, the first transfer mechanism 4a can lift the assembly base 1 and transfer the assembly base 1 to the third station 233.
The second transfer mechanism 4b has a structure identical to that of the first transfer mechanism 4a, and is capable of transferring the package tray 1 at the fourth station 234 to the first station 231.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the first conveying table 2a is further provided with a limiting mechanism at the third station 233, and the limiting mechanism includes two limiting rods 251 and two limiting driving members for respectively controlling the two limiting rods 251 to ascend and descend. The limit driving part is a limit cylinder 252 and is fixed at the bottom of the supporting top plate 211, and the supporting top plate 211 is provided with a limit through hole 24 for the limit rod 25 to penetrate out. After the limiting rod 25 extends out of the corresponding limiting through hole 24, the limiting rod 25 abuts against the side edge of the assembling seat 1 at the third station 233 close to the fourth station 234.
Referring to fig. 4 and 9, the first conveying table 2a has a first press-fitting station 235 at the first conveying unit 2a1 and a first press-fitting mechanism 3a at the first press-fitting station 235. The first press-fitting mechanism 3a comprises a press-fitting support 31, a press-fitting block 37, a first driving assembly for driving the press-fitting block 37 to ascend and descend and a second driving assembly for driving the press-fitting block 37 to horizontally and longitudinally slide.
The press-fitting bracket 31 includes a press-fitting frame 311 and four support posts 312. Four struts 312 are all fixed to the second skid platform. The press-fit frame 311 partially extends to just above the first conveying table 2 a.
The second driving assembly comprises two guide slide rails 32, two guide slide blocks 33 which are respectively installed on the two guide slide rails 32 in a sliding manner, a press-fitting slide plate 34 which is installed on the top of the two press-fitting slide blocks, and a sliding cylinder 35 which drives the press-fitting slide plate 34 to slide along the press-fitting slide rails. Wherein, two guide slide rails 32 are fixed on the top surface of the press-fitting support 31 and are arranged longitudinally. The piston rod of the sliding cylinder 35 horizontally extends and is connected to the press-fitting sliding plate 34, and can drive the press-fitting sliding plate 34 to longitudinally slide along the length direction of the guide slide rail 32.
The first drive assembly is a press-fit cylinder 36. The press-fitting cylinder 36 is fixed to a side of the press-fitting slide plate 34 remote from the second conveying table 2 b. The piston rod of the press-fitting cylinder 36 is arranged vertically downward. The press-fitting block 37 is arranged at the bottom end of the piston rod of the press-fitting cylinder 36, and the bottom of the press-fitting block 37 is provided with a slot 371 into which six longitudinal fan blades 821 are correspondingly inserted one by one.
Referring to fig. 4 and 10, the first transfer table 2a has a second press-fitting station 236 at the third transfer unit 2a3, and a second press-fitting mechanism 3b is provided at the second press-fitting station 236. Except that the shape of the press-fitting block 37 in the second press-fitting mechanism 3b is different from that of the press-fitting block 37 in the first press-fitting mechanism 3a, the rest of the structure is the same as that of the first press-fitting mechanism 3 a. The bottom surface of the press-fitting block 37 of the second press-fitting mechanism 3b is provided with a side pressing plate 372 which is correspondingly abutted against the first side plate 832 and the second side plate 833 of the transverse fan blade assembly 83.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 11, the first and third transfer units 2a1 and 2a3 are provided with lifting mechanisms at the first and second press-fitting stations 235 and 236, respectively. The lifting mechanism comprises four lifting heads 51 and a first driving piece for driving the four lifting heads 51 to ascend and descend. The four lifters 51 are arranged opposite to the first insertion holes 14 of the assembly seat 1 arranged at the first press-fitting station 235 or the second press-fitting station 236, and the supporting top plate 211 is further provided with through holes for the lifters 51 to extend out at the first press-fitting station 235 and the second press-fitting station 236, respectively. The first driving member is a lift cylinder 52, and each lift head 51 is provided with a lift cylinder 52.
The tip of the poppet 51 has a support pyramid part 511 whose outer diameter is gradually reduced in the ascending direction, and the maximum outer diameter of the support pyramid part 511 is smaller than the through-hole diameter of the support top plate 211 and larger than the outer diameter of the first insertion hole 14, so that the poppet 51 can protrude from the through-hole of the support top plate 211 and jack up the assembly tray 1.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the vehicle air conditioner outlet assembly line is provided with a first robot 6 at a side of the first press-fitting station 235 away from the second conveying table 2 b. The first robot 6 includes a first joint robot 61, a first platform 62 mounted on an output end of the first joint robot 61, and a clamping mechanism 63 mounted on the first platform 62.
Referring to fig. 14, the clamping mechanism 63 includes a first clamping plate 631 and a second clamping plate 632 which are stacked, and a first pneumatic finger 633 for driving the first clamping plate 631 and the second clamping plate 632 to slide relatively. The first clamping plate 631 is provided with five first clamping grooves 6311 which are arranged at intervals and used for inserting the longitudinal fan blades; the second clamp plate 632 has five second clamp grooves 6321 arranged at intervals and used for inserting the longitudinal fan blades. The first clamping plate 631 and the second clamping plate 632 are arranged with a gap of one clamping groove such that the four first clamping grooves 6311 of the first clamping plate 631 and the four second clamping grooves 6321 of the second clamping plate 632 face each other. The clamping mechanism 63 is driven by the first pneumatic finger 633 to have a clamping state for clamping the longitudinal blade assembly 82 and a releasing state for releasing the longitudinal blade assembly 82.
When the clamping mechanism 63 is in the clamping state, the first clamping plate 631 and the second clamping plate 632 move relatively, so that the longitudinal fan blade originally located in the first clamping groove 6311 and the second clamping groove 6321 is clamped by the first clamping plate 631 and the second clamping plate 632, and the assembly of the assembled longitudinal fan blade assembly 82 is realized.
When the clamping mechanism 63 is in the unclamped state, the first pneumatic finger 633 does not drive the first clamping plate 631 and the second clamping plate 632 to move relatively, so that the longitudinal fan blade is in the unclamped state when being in the first clamping groove 6311 of the first clamping plate 631 and the second clamping groove 6321 of the second clamping plate 632.
Referring to fig. 5 and 12, by adopting the setting of the clamping mechanism 63, in the process that the longitudinal blades clamped by the clamping mechanism 63 are installed on the housing base 1 at the first press-fitting station 235, the longitudinal blades in the longitudinal blade assembly 82 are more easily clamped into the limiting grooves 122 of the assembly base 1 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Referring to fig. 12 and 15, the air outlet assembly line of the vehicle air conditioner is further provided with a second robot 7 at a side of the second press-fitting station 236 away from the second conveying table 2 b. The second robot 7 includes a second joint type robot arm 71, a second platform 72 mounted on an output end of the second joint type robot arm 71, and two second pneumatic fingers 73 mounted on the second platform 72 and arranged in parallel.
The assembly principle of the automobile air conditioner air outlet assembly line is as follows:
1. an operator, located at the side of fourth station 234 of first transfer station 2a and first station 231 of second transfer station 2b, places assembly seat 1 at first station 231 of second transfer station 2 b;
2. the assembly seat 1 is conveyed to the second station 232 by the second conveying table 2b and is moved to the third station 233 by the first transfer mechanism 4 a;
3. after the assembly seat 1 moves to the first press-fitting station 235, the first conveying unit 2a1 stops operating, and the lifting mechanism at the first press-fitting station 235 acts, so that the assembly seat 1 at the first press-fitting station 235 is lifted;
4. the first robot 6 mounts the longitudinal fan blade assembly 82 to the housing base of the assembly seat 1 at the first press-fitting station 235, so that the six longitudinal fan blades are correspondingly clamped into the limiting grooves 122 of the first convex portion of the assembly seat 1 one by one;
5. the first press-mounting mechanism 3a presses the longitudinal fan blade assembly 82 into the base of the shell, so that the hinged head of the longitudinal fan blade is clamped into the hinged hole 813;
6. after the lifting mechanism at the first press-fitting station 235 is reset, the first conveying unit 2a1 resumes movement, so that the assembly seat 1 moves to the second press-fitting station 236 under the action of the first conveying unit 2a1, the second conveying unit 2a2 and the third conveying unit 2a3, and the lifting mechanism at the second press-fitting station 236 acts, so that the assembly seat 1 at the second press-fitting station 236 is lifted;
7. the second robot 7 places the transverse fan blade component 83 on the shell base on the assembly seat 1;
8. the second press-fitting mechanism 3b presses the transverse fan blade assembly 83 onto the housing base, and presses the first side plate 832 and the second side plate 833 into the first mounting groove 814 and the second mounting groove 815 respectively;
9. the lifting mechanism at the second press-fitting station 236 is reset, and the assembly base 1 is conveyed to the fourth station 234 by the third conveying unit 2a 3;
10. the operator detaches the housing base on the assembly base 1 on which the longitudinal fan blade assembly 82 and the transverse fan blade assembly 83 are mounted from the assembly base 1, and the second transfer mechanism 4b moves the detached assembly base 1 to the first station 231.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. An automobile air conditioner air outlet assembly line is characterized by comprising a first conveying platform (2a), at least one assembly seat (1) for mounting a shell base (81), a first press-fitting mechanism (3a) for press-fitting a longitudinal fan blade assembly (82) placed on the shell base (81), and a second press-fitting mechanism (3b) for press-fitting a transverse fan blade assembly (83) placed on the shell base (81); the first conveying table (2a) is sequentially provided with a first press-fitting station (235) and a second press-fitting station (236) along the conveying direction of the first conveying table, the first press-fitting mechanism (3a) is arranged on one side of the first press-fitting station (235), and the second press-fitting mechanism (3b) is arranged on one side of the second press-fitting station (236).
2. The air outlet assembly line according to claim 1, wherein the first conveying table (2a) is provided with a lifting mechanism at each of the first press-fitting station (235) and the second press-fitting station (236), and the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting head (51) abutting against the bottom of the assembly base (1) to lift the assembly base and a first driving member for driving the lifting head (51) to lift.
3. The air outlet assembly line according to claim 2, wherein the assembly base (1) has a first insertion hole (14), the number of the poppet (51) in the lifting mechanism is four and is arranged corresponding to the first insertion hole (14), and the tip of the poppet (51) has a support taper portion (511) whose outer diameter is gradually reduced in the ascending direction.
4. The assembly line of the air outlet of the air conditioner for the automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first press-fitting mechanism (3a) and the second press-fitting mechanism (3b) are respectively provided with a press-fitting support (31), a press-fitting block (37), a first driving assembly for driving the press-fitting block (37) to ascend and descend and a second driving assembly for driving the press-fitting block (37) to horizontally slide.
5. The assembly line according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a second conveying table (2b) arranged side by side with the first conveying table (2a) and having a conveying direction opposite to that of the first conveying table (2 a); the input end of the second conveying table (2b) is a first station (231), the output end of the second conveying table (2b) is a second station (232), the input end of the first conveying table (2a) is a third station (233), and the output end of the fourth conveying table is a fourth station (234); the automobile air conditioner air outlet assembly line is further provided with a first transfer mechanism (4a) for transferring the assembly seat (1) of the second station (232) to the third station (233) and a second transfer mechanism (4b) for transferring the assembly seat (1) of the fourth station (234) to the first station (231).
6. The assembly line of the air outlet of the automobile air conditioner is characterized in that the first transfer mechanism and the second transfer mechanism are respectively provided with a transfer bracket (41), a magnetic suction head (42), a translation driving component for driving the magnetic suction head (42) to move from the position above the second station (232) to the position above the third station (233) or from the position above the fourth station (234) to the position above the first station (231), and a lifting driving component for driving the magnetic suction head (42) to vertically lift; and an iron seat (13) matched with the magnetic suction head (42) is arranged on the assembling seat (1).
7. The assembly line of the air outlet of the air conditioner for the automobile as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first conveying table (2a) is further provided with a limiting mechanism at the third station (233), and the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting rod (251) and a limiting driving member for driving the limiting rod (251) to ascend and descend; the limiting rod (251) can abut against the side edge, close to the fourth station (234), of the assembling seat (1) at the third station (233) after being driven by the limiting driving piece.
8. The assembly line for the air outlet of the automobile air conditioner is characterized in that the assembly seat (1) is provided with a fixing block (12) inserted into the first cavity (811), and the top of the fixing block (12) is provided with a limiting groove (122) for clamping a longitudinal fan blade with a linkage rod (823).
9. The assembly line of the air outlet of the automobile air conditioner is characterized by further comprising a first robot (6) for transferring the longitudinal fan blade assembly (82) into the shell base (81) of the assembly seat (1) at the first press-fitting station (235); and a second robot (7) for transferring the transverse fan blade assembly (83) to the shell base (81) of the assembly seat (1) at the second press-fitting station (236) is also arranged.
