本发明公开了一种智能板材柔性开槽系统,包括自动输送滚道、位于两个自动输送滚道之间的板材柔性开槽系统、用于待加工板材移动的桁架吸盘系统、去除开槽产生的废屑的自动排屑系统、电气控制系统和数控系统,所述桁架吸盘系统和气动系统连接。本发明,将现有低效落后的钣金开槽线高度集成化。如现有人工参与的搬运、定位及开槽全部替代为高效的自动一体式作业流程,提高各行业钣金加工的节拍和效率、减低人工成本,提高了单位面积土地产出,实现智能化、柔性化的钣金加工的新的加工工艺,填补国内空白。

技术领域
本发明涉及钣金加工技术领域,具体为一种智能板材柔性开槽系统。
背景技术
目前金属钣材加工领域如电梯行业、家电行业、橱柜等需要进行开槽工序的加工大都采用的是借助单台设备的人工上料,人工定位,人工下料,同时如果是工艺需求的二次加工采用的依然是手动的单一加工和再加工,针对钣材行业的板材单薄、形状多样化等特点,采用人工参与的非连续性的作业生产线及系统存在以下问题和缺点:
1、人工搬运、分拣定位、开槽等工序,人工成本高、产线效率低下,同时需要半成品库存,增加厂房使用面积,降低单位面积土地产出。
2、钣材生产线中缺少再加工的智能化设备,导致钣金的产线工艺流程滞后、关键工序如板材开槽等工序无法实现自动化、智能化,很难满足日益增长的工艺需求。
3、钣金行业的开槽系统的柔性化、高智能化的生产线目前国内尚属空白,而现有的系统存在低能低效、人工参与多、耗能大,生产节拍长,无法实现高效化和高度集成化,并且影响整个钣金板材加工的流程的柔性化。
4、开槽系统的最大难点是废屑处理,废屑不能自动处理导致无法实现自动化,省人化,柔性化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能板材柔性开槽系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能板材柔性开槽系统,包括自动输送滚道、位于两个自动输送滚道之间的板材柔性开槽系统、用于待加工板材移动的桁架吸盘系统、去除开槽产生的废屑的自动排屑系统、电气控制系统和数控系统,所述桁架吸盘系统和气动系统连接。
优选的,所述板材柔性开槽系统包括板材台面定位系统、开槽主轴伺服进给机构、自动刀具更换系统、自动刀具视觉检测系统。
优选的,所述板材台面定位系统由配合对待加工板材进行固定的定位板材夹紧系统、板材自动伺服定位机构、伺服夹钳单元和定位系统。
优选的,所述桁架吸盘系统包括桁架横梁及X轴移动机构、桁架立柱、吸盘系统、桁架Z轴移动机构,所述桁架Z轴移动机构和X轴移动机构连接,所述X轴移动机构移动设置在桁架横梁上,所述桁架横梁和桁架立柱连接。
优选的,所述吸盘系统由真空发生器吸盘和定位吸盘组成。
优选的,所述定位系统包括基准定位块和位置传感器。
优选的,所述自动刀具更换系统配置了16工位的开槽刀具。
优选的,所述电气控制系统为西门子控制系统。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明,将现有低效落后的钣金开槽线高度集成化。如现有人工参与的搬运、定位及开槽全部替代为高效的自动一体式作业流程,提高各行业钣金加工的节拍和效率、减低人工成本,提高了单位面积土地产出,实现智能化、柔性化的钣金加工的新的加工工艺,填补国内空白;
2、本发明,该系统中的板材柔性开槽系统,是结合现代数字控制技术、智能检测技术、视觉系统、刀具自动换刀技术等不同行业的技术成果,研发的钣金行业的板材开槽的新的工艺方法的技术设备和技术方法,从而组成新的智能板材的柔性生产线,实现了板材开槽等工序自动化、智能化,为未来电梯行业、家电行业、橱柜及工业电柜等钣金的应用领域的需求发展提供了新的思路,有望成为钣金行业板材加工的新的标准,具有钣金行业标杆的指导价值;
3、本发明,自动排屑系统能够很好的实现对废屑的自动处理,从而实现自动化,省人化,柔性化生产。

工作原理:智能板材柔性开槽系统主要由自动输送滚道1、桁架吸盘系统2、板材柔性开槽系统5、板材台面定位系统、气动系统3、电气控制系统6等部分构成。自动输送滚道1主要是由电机结合同步带的驱动方式,利用圆筒滚动的原理实现板材的输送功能,输送到位后,桁架吸盘系统2移动至板材位置,利用气动系统3,并通过吸盘吸附板材,利用伺服电机和机械移动机构将板材输送至板材台面定位系统,其系统上面的双方向的伺服驱动装置和智能伺服夹钳单元使板材精准定位,并推送板材进入板材柔性开槽系统5,开槽系统由数控系统、电气控制系统6控制伺服电机、配合直线导轨副、滚珠丝杠副等运动副、同时利用专用的特制刀具模块实现不同形式、不同结构的槽型的开槽数字化自动加工,当然可以开发专用的不同的数控加工程序满足不同的开槽工艺要求。在板材的开槽过程中,开槽系统利用单独的排屑通道实时自动排屑,通过自动刀具视觉检测系统503定时检测开槽刀具的磨损情况,利用数控系统的逻辑处理功能、自动诊断功能结合开槽系统配备的刀库自动换刀,从而达到智能化的效果。整个系统的操作宜人化、维护便捷化,流程集成化,体现高效、快捷,方便的诸多优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能板材柔性开槽系统,其特征在于:所述板材柔性开槽系统包括板材台面定位系统、开槽主轴伺服进给机构、自动刀具更换系统、自动刀具视觉检测系统。
