Abstract
The invention discloses a novel feed additive and a preparation method thereof, wherein the novel feed additive comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-80 parts of cinnamon extract, 1-15 parts of carvacrol, 1-15 parts of eucalyptus oil, 150-400 parts of plant compound extract, 3-50 parts of coating agent and 300-1000 parts of carrier, wherein the plant compound extract is prepared by separating, concentrating and purifying a mixture of coptis chinensis, cinnamon, microcos paniculata and clove at high pressure and low temperature. The novel feed additive provided by the invention has excellent resistance-reducing, antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties, can improve the production performance of animals and promote the growth of the animals, and has the advantages of rapid action, no residue, no drug resistance and the like.

Technical Field

Background
With the concern of the whole people on food safety and the regulation that the use of antibiotics as feed growth promoting agents is forbidden in the livestock breeding industry by the European Union, the Chinese call for banning the antibiotics as additives in the livestock production is higher and higher. With the continuous progress of science and technology, the research on effective components playing a role in plants is more and more clear, the extraction and purification processes of plant components are continuously improved, and products of pure plant extracted components are accepted by wide users. However, limited by the research and development level, the existing feed additive containing plant extracts, especially traditional Chinese medicine components, has many defects in the aspects of eating mouthfeel and antibacterial property, so the research and development of a high-performance feed additive based on traditional Chinese medicine extracts has wide market application prospect.

s3, mixing and adsorbing the aged mixture obtained in the step S2 for 2-10 min by using 10-70% of carriers, mixing the mixture for 5-10 min by using the rest carriers, and uniformly spraying a coating agent.
Preferably, in step S2, the plant compound extract, the cinnamon extract, the carvacrol and the eucalyptus oil are dosed in a solid-liquid manner.

615 parts of a carrier;
wherein the plant compound extract comprises 84 parts of goldthread root, 100 parts of cinnamon, 100 parts of microcos paniculata and 16 parts of clove.
The preparation process of the novel feed additive comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing the coptis chinensis, the cinnamon, the microcos paniculata and the clove, placing the mixture in a vacuum pressure reduction extraction tank, controlling the pressure to be 20-130 Mpa and the temperature to be 80-100 ℃, performing high-pressure low-temperature efficient extraction, placing the mixture in a concentration tank, performing concentration and purification through a separation concentration technology, integrally extracting Chinese herbal medicines and natural plant components, and keeping the original color, aroma and effective components to obtain a plant compound extract; wherein the concentration and purification are carried out for 6-8 h at 50-70 ℃;

s3, firstly, mixing and adsorbing the aged mixture obtained in the step S2 for 2-10 min by using 50% of carrier, then, secondarily mixing the rest carriers for 5-10 min, and simultaneously, uniformly spraying a coating agent.
Example 2
A novel feed additive comprises the following components in parts by mass:
50 parts of cinnamon extract;
15 parts of carvacrol;
10 parts of eucalyptus oil;
350 parts of plant compound extract;
30 parts of a coating agent;
545 parts of a carrier;
wherein the plant compound extract comprises 90 parts of goldthread root, 120 parts of cinnamon, 120 parts of microcos paniculata and 20 parts of clove.
1. Test of antibacterial Property
In vitro bacteriostasis tests are carried out by taking pathogenic escherichia coli (CICC10899), staphylococcus aureus (CICC21600) and salmonella (CICC10420) as indicator bacteria, and through experimental observation, the bacteriostasis diameter of the novel feed additive disclosed in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 is more than 20 mm. Therefore, the novel feed additives described in the embodiments 1 and 2 of the invention have the anti-attenuation, anti-bacterial and bacteriostatic properties.
2. Broiler production test
2.1 design of the experiment
2.1.1 Experimental materials: the novel feed additive of example 1 is named as Yishengbao.

2.1.3 test methods: the test was performed in two treatment groups, one control group and one test group.
2.1.4 test animals and groups: the method comprises the steps of selecting healthy Kebao broiler chicks of 1 day old to feed about ten thousand three thousand feathers in 8 broiler raising fences respectively, dividing each fence into about 1620, dividing each fence into 2 treatment groups at random, repeating each treatment group for 4 times (each), feeding a control material (commercial feed without any antibiotics) and a test material (probiotic is added by 400 g/ton based on the commercial feed formula) respectively, producing by the same feed manufacturer, granulating and then feeding to a test chicken farm.
2.2 Breeding management

2.5 results of experiments
2.5.1 Effect of Probiotics on broiler chicken production Performance

As can be seen from Table 1, after the probiotics are added, the average body weight of the broiler chickens spot-checked at the age of 14 days and the broiler chickens spot-checked at the age of 28 days are higher than that of the control group, and are respectively increased by 1.85 percent and 5.50 percent. At the end of the test (42 days old), the average end body weight (42 days old) of the experimental group was 65.81 g, which was increased by 2.08% compared with 64.47 g of the control group. The average death and wash number of each crop in the experimental group and the control group is 932.5 and 1107.25 respectively, the experimental group is reduced by 174.75 compared with the control group, and the total death and wash rate is reduced from 6.78% to 5.71%.
The experimental results show that the addition of probiotics can improve the average weight and average daily gain of the early stage of the broiler chickens, and can reduce the feed conversion ratio and the death elimination rate, which indicates that the probiotics have certain effect on improving the production performance of the early stage of the broiler chickens. Therefore, the novel feed additive provided by the invention also has the effects of improving the animal production performance, promoting the growth and the like.
