背景技术
人体肥胖和超重在生理上是一种常见的内分泌代谢疾病。当能量摄取超过能量消耗时,就会引起过量脂肪在体内的沉积,即体内的碳水化合物。蛋白质、脂质在代谢过程中产生的甘油三酯贮存在脂肪细胞的空泡内,并通过水解作用,根据身体各器官的需要,将脂类释放出来,若这一进程发生障碍,由于贮存脂肪的细胞的个数不变.这时细胞就会充满了过多的脂肪,使细胞变得肥大。体形随之肥砚,过量脂肪的沉积还可能是由胞内酶和激素分泌功能的异常而引起。

一种NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品,由以下成分组成:NK-T细胞因子粉和NK-T细胞因子溶剂。
作为优选,所述的NK-T细胞因子溶剂,按质量百分比有以下成分构成:2-10%常春藤提取液、2-10%桦树汁原液、2-10%海藻提取液、5-10%透明质酸,余量为纯化水。
本发明还提供了所述的NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分离培养NK-T细胞,待细胞在细胞培养基中培养,待其增殖100倍后,收集细胞培养液;
(2)将步骤(1)中收集到的细胞培养液冷冻,干燥,获得NK-T细胞因子粉;
(3)按照质量比将2-10%常春藤提取液、2-10%桦树汁原液、2-10%海藻提取液、5-10%透明质酸和纯化水混匀,制备成NK-T细胞因子溶剂;
(4)将1-5%的NK-T细胞因子粉添加至步骤(3)中制备成的NK-T细胞因子溶剂中,混合均匀,即得到NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品。
作为优选,步骤(1)中细胞培养基为北京同立海源NKT细胞无血清培养基,取培养第14天细胞做流式细胞术检测CD3+CD56+为60.15%,CD3+CD16+CD56+为50.51%,CD8+为87.73%。
作为优选,步骤(1)中细胞培养的条件为温度37℃,二氧化碳浓度为5%,湿度99%。
作为优选,步骤(3)中透明质酸为低分子透明质酸。
作为优选,所述的低分子透明质酸的分子量范围为10000-500000。

一种NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品,由以下成分组成:NK-T细胞因子粉和NK-T细胞因子溶剂;所述的NK-T细胞因子溶剂,按质量百分比有以下成分构成:5%常春藤提取液、6%桦树汁原液、5%海藻提取液、8%透明质酸,余量为纯化水。
所述的NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分离培养NK-T细胞,待细胞在细胞培养基中培养,待其增殖100倍后,收集细胞培养液;所述的细胞培养基为北京同立海源NKT细胞无血清培养基,取培养第14天细胞做流式细胞术检测CD3+CD56+为60.15%,CD3+CD16+CD56+为50.51%,CD8+为87.73%;所述细胞培养的条件为温度37℃,二氧化碳浓度为5%,湿度99%;
(2)将步骤(1)中收集到的细胞培养液冷冻,干燥,获得NK-T细胞因子粉;
(3)按照质量比将5%常春藤提取液、6%桦树汁原液、5%海藻提取液、8%透明质酸和纯化水混匀,制备成NK-T细胞因子溶剂;所述的透明质酸为低分子透明质酸;所述的低分子透明质酸的分子量范围为200000;
(4)将2%的NK-T细胞因子粉添加至步骤(3)中制备成的NK-T细胞因子溶剂中,混合均匀,即得到NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品。
使用效果调查:
使用方法:每日早晚洗净并擦干腹部后取2mL实施例1-3中制备的护肤品均匀涂于腹部,轻轻拍打1分钟使其完全吸收。15天后对腹部堆积脂肪及腹部皮肤的状态进行观察。各取100例,调查结果见下表1。

由表1可知,在每组100例试用案例中,实施例1-3中至少83例腹部堆积的脂肪明显减少;至少91例腹部皮肤变得紧致。

Claims (7)
1.一种NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品,其特征在于,由以下成分组成:NK-T细胞因子粉和NK-T细胞因子溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品,其特征在于,所述的NK-T细胞因子溶剂,按质量百分比有以下成分构成:2-10%常春藤提取液、2-10%桦树汁原液、2-10%海藻提取液、5-10%透明质酸,余量为纯化水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)分离培养NK-T细胞,待细胞在细胞培养基中培养,待其增殖100倍后,收集细胞培养液;
(2)将步骤(1)中收集到的细胞培养液冷冻,干燥,获得NK-T细胞因子粉;
(3)按照质量比将2-10%常春藤提取液、2-10%桦树汁原液、2-10%海藻提取液、5-10%透明质酸和纯化水混匀,制备成NK-T细胞因子溶剂;
(4)将1-5%的NK-T细胞因子粉添加至步骤(3)中制备成的NK-T细胞因子溶剂中,混合均匀,即得到NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中培养基为北京同立海源NKT细胞无血清培养基,取培养第14天细胞做流式细胞术检测CD3+CD56+为60.15%,CD3+CD16+CD56+为50.51%,CD8+为87.73%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中细胞培养的条件为温度37℃,二氧化碳浓度为5%,湿度为99%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中透明质酸为低分子透明质酸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的NK-T细胞因子减肥护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的低分子透明质酸的分子量范围为10000-500000。
