The brush 25 can penetrate into the concave part of the cocoon cage to scratch the silkworm cocoons out of the concave part, so that the cocoon picking is more thorough, and compared with the existing cocoon picking mechanism, the cocoon picking efficiency and the cocoon picking effect are remarkably improved.
The distance between the upper brush unit 20 and the lower brush unit 21 of the present invention is 1-32 mm. The distance between the upper brush unit 20 and the lower brush unit 21 is controlled so that the brushes 25 can touch all the cocoons on the cocoon cage, and the cocoon cage can smoothly pass through the brush group 19. Through multiple running tests, the cocoon cage can smoothly pass through the brush group 19 at the interval of 1-32mm, and the fault probability is low; but also can keep higher cocoon collection rate and has the best cocoon collection effect.
The brush group 19 further comprises a brush tensioning mechanism 26, and two sides of the brush group 19 are respectively provided with the brush tensioning mechanism 26; the brush tensioning mechanism 26 comprises a guide rail mounting plate 28, a tensioning guide rail 29, a tensioning sliding block 31 and bearing seats 27, wherein the tensioning guide rail 29 is mounted in the guide rail mounting plate 28, the tensioning sliding block 31 is arranged on the tensioning guide rail 29, the bearing seats 27 are mounted on the tensioning sliding block 31, and the two bearing seats 27 are respectively connected with the brush shafts 23 of the upper brush unit 20 or the lower brush unit 21; the bearing block 27 is connected with a tension bolt 30, and the tension bolt 30 penetrates through the guide rail mounting plate 28 and then is connected with the bearing block 27. The brush tensioning mechanism 26 comprises a guide rail mounting plate 28, a tensioning guide rail 29, a tensioning sliding block 31, a bearing seat 27 and a tensioning bolt 30, wherein the tensioning guide rail 29 and the tensioning sliding block 31 provide certain buffer for a brush unit, and the brush unit can quickly rebound and recover after deviation; the tension bolt 30 grips the brush unit by grasping the bearing housing 27, provides a tension force, prevents the brush unit from slipping, shifting, etc. during rotation, and maintains the brush unit to be smoothly operated. This structure simple structure, the tensioning is respond well, compares in other straining device, and the operation of brush unit is more stable.

The side plates 34 are used for installing the brush system 5, and the extension parts 35 are arranged to extend a distance for the input and output of the cocoon cage, so that the cocoon cage can be placed and taken out conveniently. A reinforcing plate 37 is welded between the side plates 34, the reinforcing plate 37 is U-shaped, and the reinforcing plate 37 is arranged at the joint of the side plates 34 and the extension part 35. Both the upper hair combing device 6 and the lower hair combing device 38 comprise a comb 44 and a mounting seat 43, an air cylinder 45 is arranged on the mounting seat 43, a piston rod of the air cylinder 45 penetrates through the mounting seat 43 and is connected with the comb 44, sliding blocks 48 are arranged at two ends of the mounting seat 43, the sliding blocks 48 of the upper hair combing device 6 are connected with the upper sliding rail 39, and the sliding blocks 48 of the lower hair brushing device are connected with the lower sliding rail 40. According to the invention, the air cylinder 45 is arranged to control the comb 44, so that the comb 44 can extend out or retract, and in the extending state, the contact surface area of the comb 44 and the hairbrush system 5 is large, and the combing effect is obvious; in the retracted state, the comb 44 is protected from damage due to external impacts.
