一种陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料的制造方法,包括将含有Li2MoO4或其他陶瓷的第一陶瓷粉末溶解于水中,得到第一陶瓷的水溶液。将第二陶瓷粉末与所述第一陶瓷的水溶液混合,所述第二陶瓷粉末具有多峰粒度且最大颗粒尺寸为电子设备最小尺寸的四分之一,以获得包含第一陶瓷沉积在所述第二陶瓷颗粒表面上的粉末;将上述已获得的所述粉末与粒径小于50μm的第一陶瓷粉末混合,得到粉末混合物;将所述第一陶瓷的饱和水溶液添加到所述粉末混合物中以获得包含所述第一陶瓷和所述第二陶瓷的水溶液复合物;通过成型压力在模具中压缩所述水溶液复合物,以形成包含第一陶瓷和第二陶瓷的陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料的盘状物;干燥所述盘状物以除去所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料中的水;其中所述盘状物中第一陶瓷含量为10vol%-35vol%。
所述第一陶瓷包含Li2MoO4,NaCl,Na2Mo2O7,K2Mo2O7,(LiBi)0.5MoO4,KH2PO4,Li2WO4,Mg2P2O7和/或V2O5中的至少一种。所述第二陶瓷包含PZT,BaxSr1-xTiO3,TiO2,Al2O3,KNBNNO及相关材料,铁氧体相关材料以及其他电陶瓷材料中的至少一种。所述第一陶瓷和所述第二陶瓷彼此不同。
所述水溶液复合物的压缩在100至500MPa的成型压力下进行,优选地为250MPa。
所述盘状物可以在20℃至120℃的温度下干燥至少16小时,优选地在120℃的温度下干燥16小时。
干燥后,可以对所述盘状物的表面进行抛光以获得光滑的盘状物表面,其中在光滑的盘状物表面上制备电极(例如通过印刷)。
所述陶瓷-金属复合材料的陶瓷含量可以为10vol%-35vol%,并且包括具有多峰粒度的金属粉末,其中最大粒度为电子装置(电子元件)的最小尺寸的四分之一。所述陶瓷-金属复合材料可以通过上述方法获得。
所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料的第一陶瓷含量可以为10vol%-35vol%,并且包括具有多峰粒度的第二陶瓷粉末,其中最大粒度为电子装置(电子元件)的最小尺寸的四分之一。所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料可以通过上述方法获得。
公开了一种电子元件,包括所述陶瓷-金属复合材料或所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料。所述电子元件可以包括电阻,导体和电容器的至少一种。
所述陶瓷-金属复合材料或所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料可用于电子元件,例如电阻,电容,线圈,传感器,致动器,高频无源设备,能量存储和收集器,调谐元件和/或变压器。
公开了一种电子产品,所述电子产品包括所述电子元件。
所述第二陶瓷粉末的粒径可以大于50μm。这能够最大化所述复合材料中第二陶瓷粉末的量。所述复合材料中第二陶瓷粉末的量可以高于65vol%。因此,所述第二陶瓷粉末可以是所述复合材料中的主要成分。
所述第二陶瓷粉末可以由不溶性金属/陶瓷形成,并且所述复合材料中大于65vol%由所述第二陶瓷粉末形成。
所述不溶性颗粒的粒径分布是多峰的,其中最大颗粒的粒径大于50μm。这增强了模具的填充和所述盘状物的制备。
所述复合材料的制造过程中的温度不超过150℃,也不需要超过溶液的沸腾温度。在压缩过程中不需要额外加热,而是可以在室温下进行压缩。可以在压缩并制成所述盘状物后执行可选的热处理。准备所述盘状物的处理时间只需要2至5分钟。
对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,随着技术的进步,可以以各种方式来实现本发明的构思。本发明及其实施例不限于上述示例,而是可以在权利要求的范围内变化。

Claims (27)

1.一种合成陶瓷-金属复合材料的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
将陶瓷粉末溶解在水中以获得所述陶瓷的水溶液;
将金属粉末与所述陶瓷的水溶液混合,以获得包含所述陶瓷沉积在金属颗粒表面的粉末,所述金属粉末具有多峰粒度且最大粒度大于50μm小于180μm;
将包含所述陶瓷沉积在金属颗粒表面的所述粉末与所述陶瓷粉末混合,以获得粉末混合物,混合的所述陶瓷粉末的粒度小于50μm;
将所述陶瓷的饱和水溶液添加到所述粉末混合物中,以获得包含所述陶瓷以及金属的水溶液复合物;
在模具中将所述水溶液复合物压缩,以形成所述陶瓷-金属复合材料的盘状物,所述陶瓷-金属复合材料包含所述陶瓷粉末以及所述金属;
干燥所述盘状物以除去所述陶瓷-金属复合材料中的水;
所述盘状物中所述陶瓷粉末的含量为10vol%-35vol%;以及
所述盘状物中所述金属的含量大于65vol%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述陶瓷为Li2MoO4或其他陶瓷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属包括Al,Fe,Ni,Co,Ag,Cu,TbxDy1- xFe2,NdFeB合金,SmCo5
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述其他陶瓷包括Na2Mo2O7,K2Mo2O7,(LiBi)0.5MoO4,Li2WO4,Mg2P2O7和/或V2O5中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水溶液复合物的压缩在成型压力100到500MPa下进行。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水溶液的压缩在成型压力250MPa下进行。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述盘状物在20℃至120℃的温度下干燥至少16小时。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述盘状物在120℃下干燥16小时。
9.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,干燥后,将所述盘状物的表面抛光以获得光滑的盘状物表面,然后在所述光滑的盘状物表面上制备电极。
10.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,干燥后,将所述盘状物的表面抛光以获得光滑的盘状物表面,然后通过印刷在所述光滑的盘状物表面上制备电极。
11.一种合成陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
将Li2MoO4或其他陶瓷粉末溶解在水中以获得第一陶瓷的水溶液;
将第二陶瓷粉末与所述第一陶瓷的水溶液混合,以获得包含所述Li2MoO4沉积在所述第二陶瓷颗粒表面的粉末或所述其他陶瓷沉积在所述第二陶瓷颗粒表面的粉末,所述第二陶瓷粉末具有多峰粒度且最大粒度大于50μm且小于180μm;
将包含所述Li2MoO4沉积在所述第二陶瓷颗粒表面的所述粉末与所述Li2MoO4混合,以获得粉末混合物,或将包含所述其他陶瓷沉积在所述第二陶瓷颗粒表面的所述粉末与所述其他陶瓷粉末混合,以获得粉末混合物,所述Li2MoO4或所述其他陶瓷粉末的粒度小于50μm;
将所述Li2MoO4的饱和水溶液添加到所述粉末混合物中,以获得包含所述Li2MoO4以及所述第二陶瓷的水溶液复合物,或将所述其他陶瓷的饱和水溶液添加到所述粉末混合物中,以获得包含所述其他陶瓷以及所述第二陶瓷的水溶液复合物;
在模具中将所述水溶液复合物压缩,以形成所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料的盘状物,所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料包含所述Li2MoO4以及所述第二陶瓷,或包含所述其他陶瓷以及所述第二陶瓷;
干燥所述盘状物以除去所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料中的水;
所述盘状物中所述Li2MoO4或所述其他陶瓷的含量为10vol%-35vol%,以及所述盘状物中所述第二陶瓷的含量大于65vol%。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,
所述第一陶瓷包括Li2MoO4,Na2Mo2O7,K2Mo2O7,(LiBi)0.5MoO4,Li2WO4,Mg2P2O7和/或V2O5中的至少一种;
所述第二陶瓷包括PZT,BaxSr1-xTiO3,TiO2,Al2O3,KNBNNO,铁氧体陶瓷材料以及其他电陶瓷材料中的至少一种;
所述第一陶瓷和所述第二陶瓷彼此不相同。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水溶液复合物的压缩在成型压力100到500MPa下进行。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水溶液的压缩在成型压力250MPa下进行。
15.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述盘状物在20℃至120℃的温度下干燥至少16小时。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述盘状物在120℃下干燥16小时。
17.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,干燥后,将所述盘状物的表面抛光以获得光滑的盘状物表面,然后在所述光滑的盘状物表面上制备电极。
18.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,干燥后,将所述盘状物的表面抛光以获得光滑的盘状物表面,然后通过印刷在所述光滑的盘状物表面上制备电极。
19.一种通过如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的方法制备的陶瓷-金属复合材料,其特征在于,所述陶瓷-金属复合材料中陶瓷的含量为10vol%-35vol%,而且包括金属粉末,所述金属粉末具有多峰粒度且最大粒度大于50μm小于180μm。
20.一种通过如权利要求11-18中任一项所述的方法制备的陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料,其特征在于,所述陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料中的第一陶瓷含量为10vol%-35vol%,而且包括第二陶瓷粉末,所述第二陶瓷粉末具有多峰粒度且最大粒度大于50μm小于180μm。
21.一种电子元件,其特征在于,所述电子元件包括如权利要求19中所述的陶瓷-金属复合材料。
22.根据权利要求21所述的电子元件,其特征在于,所述电子元件包括电阻,导体和电容中的至少一种。
23.一种电子元件,其特征在于,所述电子元件包括如权利要求20中所述的陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料。
24.根据权利要求23所述的电子元件,其特征在于,所述电子元件包括电阻,导体和电容中的至少一种。
25.一种将权利要求19中所述的陶瓷-金属复合材料应用在电子元件中的方法,所述电子元件包括电阻,电容,线圈,传感器,致动器,高频无源器件,能量存储和收集器,调谐元件和变压器中的一种或多种。
26.一种将权利要求20中所述的陶瓷-陶瓷复合材料应用在电子元件中的方法,所述电子元件包括电阻,电容,线圈,传感器,致动器,高频无源器件,能量存储和收集器,调谐元件和变压器中的一种或多种。
27.一种电子产品,其特征在于,所述电子产品包括如权利要求25或26所述的电子元件。
