Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,上、下箱体的左右均穿接两输入空心轴,输入空心轴上均穿接输入齿轮,所述下箱体上经轴承支撑输出轴并由上箱体盖装;所述输出轴上穿接输出齿轮,输出齿轮包括齿轮部和轴套部,齿轮部啮合上述输入齿轮,齿轮部的两端均同轴连接轴套部,轴套部外壁支撑在轴承内,内壁经键连接输出轴。采用四个外挂减速机穿接在上、下箱体中部输出轴的四角的输入空心轴,输入动力经四个输入齿轮圆周依次啮合在输出齿轮上经输出轴输出高扭矩,结合将输出齿轮的轴套部支撑在轴承上,能有效提高输出扭矩,满足钢厂转炉的倾动要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机。
背景技术
随着我国工业技术的高速发展,对广泛应用在冶金、矿山、化工、建筑、农业、交通运输、发电等行业的机械设备中的减速机,要求越来越高,尤其是在钢厂中,钢水炉较重,其倾斜转动所需的扭矩较大,如采用传统标准结构传动结构的减速机,需要配备多台减速机,以及较大的设备安装空间,适用性差,使用成本较高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单、紧凑,兼顾大扭矩和减速机一体化结构,有效提高传动平稳和使用寿命的用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,包括上、下箱体,其特征在于:所述上、下箱体的左右均穿接两输入空心轴,输入空心轴上均穿接输入齿轮,所述下箱体上经轴承支撑输出轴并由上箱体盖装;所述输出轴上穿接输出齿轮,输出齿轮包括齿轮部和轴套部,齿轮部啮合上述输入齿轮,齿轮部的两端均同轴连接轴套部,轴套部外壁支撑在轴承内,内壁经键连接输出轴。
所述输出轴一端经端盖封装,另一端由透盖穿出,输出轴一端对应的轴套部经双列圆锥滚子轴承支撑在下箱体上,另一端经单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承支撑在下箱体上。
所述上箱体上设有对应轴承的润滑通道。
所述单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承与齿轮部件设有定距环。
所述轴承外端经轴套通过端盖或透盖压接在齿轮部上。
所述轴套外周套接轴承盖,轴承盖连接在上、下箱体上,轴承盖内端抵紧轴承外端,轴承盖与轴套间由内向外设置支撑环、密封环、压环,压环经密封压盖连接在轴承盖上压接。
本发明采用四个外挂减速机穿接在上、下箱体中部输出轴的四角的输入空心轴,输入动力经四个输入齿轮圆周依次啮合在输出齿轮上经输出轴输出高扭矩,结合将输出齿轮的轴套部支撑在轴承上,能有效提高输出扭矩,满足钢厂转炉的倾动要求。

图1、2所示:一种用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,包括下箱体1、上箱体2、输入空心轴3、输出齿轮4、齿轮部5、轴套部6、输出轴7、端盖8、透盖9、轴套10、双列圆锥滚子轴承11、单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承12、润滑通道13、定距环14、轴承盖15、密封压盖16、密封环组17。上、下箱体的左右均穿接两输入空心轴3,输入空心轴上均穿接输入齿轮,输入齿轮啮合输出齿轮4,输出齿轮包括齿轮部5和轴套部6,齿轮部5啮合上述输入齿轮,齿轮部5的两端均同轴连接轴套部6,轴套部内壁经键连接输出轴7,输出轴一端经端盖8封装,另一端由透盖9穿出,输出轴7一端对应的轴套部经双列圆锥滚子轴承11支撑在下箱体1上,另一端经单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承12支撑在下箱体上;上箱体两端上分别设有对应上述两轴承的润滑通道13,单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承与齿轮部件设有定距环14;上述两轴承外端分别经轴套10通过端盖、透盖压接在齿轮部上;每个轴承外端的轴套10外周均套接轴承盖15,轴承盖连接在上、下箱体上,轴承盖内端抵紧该端轴承外端,轴承盖与轴套间由内向外设置由支撑环、密封环、压环组成的密封环组17,密封环组17经密封压盖16连接在轴承盖上压接。

1.一种用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,包括上、下箱体,其特征在于:所述上、下箱体的左右均穿接两输入空心轴,输入空心轴上均穿接输入齿轮,所述下箱体上经轴承支撑输出轴并由上箱体盖装;所述输出轴上穿接输出齿轮,输出齿轮包括齿轮部和轴套部,齿轮部啮合上述输入齿轮,齿轮部的两端均同轴连接轴套部,轴套部外壁支撑在轴承内,内壁经键连接输出轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,其特征是:所述输出轴一端经端盖封装,另一端由透盖穿出,输出轴一端对应的轴套部经双列圆锥滚子轴承支撑在下箱体上,另一端经单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承支撑在下箱体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,其特征是:所述上箱体上设有对应轴承的润滑通道。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,其特征是:所述单列向心短圆柱滚子轴承与齿轮部件设有定距环。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,其特征是:所述轴承外端经轴套通过端盖或透盖压接在齿轮部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于钢厂转炉倾动减速机,其特征是:所述轴套外周套接轴承盖,轴承盖连接在上、下箱体上,轴承盖内端抵紧轴承外端,轴承盖与轴套间由内向外设置支撑环、密封环、压环,压环经密封压盖连接在轴承盖上压接。
