背景技术
长玻纤增强聚丙烯(LGF-PP)具有高强度、高刚性、好的冲击强度、抗蠕变性能和尺寸稳定性等特点,而且产量大、成本较低,还有良好的流动性,被广泛应用于汽车部件、家电、电动工具等领域。与金属材料和热固性复合材料相比,长玻纤塑料密度低,相同部件重量可减轻20~50%;长玻纤塑料能为设计人员提供更大的设计灵活性,比如成型形状复杂的部件,集成零部件使用数量,节约模具成本,减少能耗,简化装配工序。
激光焊接是利用高能量密度的激光束作为热源的一种焊接方法,即激光辐射加热工件表面,表面热量通过热传导向内部扩散,使塑料表面接触面熔化,形成特定的熔池,进而使得塑料工件粘接在一块;所以激光焊接不仅在聚合物选择上具有广泛的适用性,更具备焊缝美观、焊接灵活、焊接强度高的特点。
激光焊接工艺需要上层透光层保证透过近红外激光,因此激光焊接对材料特性提出了特殊的要求。CN1474850A通过在热塑性树脂中加入由蒽醌染料的胺盐组成的黑着色剂,得到的试样有良好和均匀黑色外观,且有较好的激光透光率。CN104910620A采用尼龙、预处理的无碱无砷短切玻璃纤维、高透光复合协效剂复配,在保证材料优异的机械性能前提下,将材料的透光率大幅度提高,保证激光能量最大限度的穿过材料透射在焊接部位。CN1918239B中说明采用含有两种异构体混合物且在醇酸/三聚氰胺清烘漆中的黑度值为≥210的黑色苝系颜料,可作为激光穿透焊接的塑料制品的着色剂。
玻纤增强聚丙烯会使得机械强度、耐热性大幅提升,但材料透光率下降;透光层对透光率要求较高,因此多为浅色或无色产品,如何通过改性手段进一步提高玻纤增强聚丙烯黑色产品的透光率、焊接剪切力、改善焊接后形貌变化成为本领域的技术难点,因此尚需开发激光焊接中透光层用黑色长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料,用于汽车、电子电器、航空航天等领域。

本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题而提供了一种用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物及其应用,不仅具有较高的激光透射效果,提高激光焊接的效果,而且用途广泛。

抗氧剂选自受阻酚类和亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂;
光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂;
润滑剂选自硅酮类、酯类、酰胺类、聚乙烯类、硬脂酸类、脂肪酸及酯类中的至少一种。
上述的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物中A组分的粒子长度为8-15mm;B组分的粒子长度为8-15mm。
本发明还提供一种用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物在玻纤含量为10%~50%的长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料激光焊接中的应用或在终端产品为汽车和电子电器中的应用。
本发明的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物及其应用,不仅具有较高的激光透射效果,提高激光焊接的效果,而且用途广泛。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开了一种用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物包括:20-80%的A组分和80-20%的B组分;
A组分包括以下组分及重量份数:
B组分包括以下组分及重量份数:
聚丙烯 94-99份;
着色剂 0.2-4份;
助剂 0.2~2份。
聚丙烯选自均聚聚丙烯和共聚聚丙烯中的至少一种,其中,均聚聚丙烯的熔指为10~100g/10min,共聚聚丙烯的熔指为10~100g/10min。
长玻璃纤维为经过硅烷偶联剂改性的无碱连续玻璃纤维,其直径为14-18μm,线密度为2400tex或3600tex。
着色剂为黑色有机颜料,其体结构式如下:
其中R1和R2可以相同或不同,R1和R2选自脂肪基或芳香基,优选的,脂肪基为烷基、烷氧基,芳香基为亚苯基、亚萘基或吡啶亚基
着色剂包括多种有机颜料。
相容剂选自马来酸酐、丙烯酸、马来酸和丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝聚丙烯中至少一种,接枝率为0.7~1.2%。
助剂包括抗氧剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂。
抗氧剂选自受阻酚类和亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂,具体可以是1010、1076、3114、168、PEP-36中的一种或者两种及以上的混合物;
光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂,具体可以是UV-3808PP5、UV-234、LA-402AF中的至少一种;
润滑剂为硅酮类、酯类、酰胺类、聚乙烯类、硬脂酸类、脂肪酸及酯类中的至少一种;
A组分的粒子长度为8-15mm,B组分的粒子长度为8-15mm。
本发明的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物在玻纤含量为10%~50%的长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料激光焊接中的应用或在终端产品为汽车和电子电器中的应用。
实施例1-9
实施例1-9中A组分和B组分的原材料及重量份数如表1所示:

实施例1-9按以下制备方法制备:
(1)首先按照表1重量份数准备原材料;
(2)制备A组分:
然后将聚丙烯、相容剂和助剂在桨叶转速为800-1500r/min高速混合机混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融混炼,熔融状态下的聚丙烯、相容剂和助剂通过浸润模头,此时将长玻纤先通过辅助设备进行预分散后进入浸润模头,在浸润模头中将预分散后的长玻纤与熔融状态下的聚丙烯、相容剂和助剂分散均匀,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机的温度为210-250℃,浸润模头的温度为270-320℃;
(3)制备B组分:
将聚丙烯、着色剂、助剂在桨叶转速为800-1500r/min高速混合机混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融混炼,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机的温度为210-250℃。
(4)制备本发明的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物
称取实例施1-7中的A组分40重量份数,B组分60重量份数,再将称取的A组分和B组分放入立式搅拌机中混合均匀,得到PP-LGF20的长玻纤增强聚丙烯。
称取实施例8中制得的A组分60重量份数,B组分40重量份数,再将称取好的A组分和B组分放入立式搅拌机中混合均匀,得到PP-LGF30的长玻纤增强聚丙烯。
称取实施例9中制得的A组分80重量份数,B组分20重量份数,再将称取好的A组分和B组分放入立式搅拌机中混合均匀,得到PP-LGF40的长玻纤增强聚丙烯。
对比例1-9的原材料和重量份数如表2所示:

对比1-8按以下制备方法制备:
(1)首先按照表2重量份数准备原材料;
(2)制备甲组分:
将中准备好的聚丙烯、相容剂和助剂在桨叶转速为800-1500r/min高速混合机混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融混炼,熔融状态下的聚丙烯、相容剂和助剂通过浸润模头,此时将(1)中准备好的长玻纤先通过辅助设备进行预分散后进入浸润模头,在浸润模头中将预分散后的长玻纤与熔融状态下的聚丙烯、相容剂和助剂分散均匀,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机的温度为210-250℃,浸润模头的温度为270-320℃;
(3)制备乙组分:
将聚丙烯、色粉、助剂在桨叶转速为800-1500r/min高速混合机混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融混炼,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机的温度为210-250℃;
(4)制备对比例的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物
对比例1-8为称取甲组分40重量份数,乙组分60重量份数,再将称取的甲组分和乙组分放入立式搅拌机中混合均匀,得到PP-LGF20的长玻纤增强聚丙烯。其中,对比例1为本色产品做透光层,对比例2-8为配色黑产品做透光层。
将实施例1-9和对比例1-8制得的产品,注塑成ISO力学样条和125mm*13mm*2mm样条,用于测试力学性能、激光焊接焊接剪切力和焊接后形貌变化情况。制备PP-LGF20/PP-LGF30/PP-LGF40黑色样板分别作为激光焊接中的吸光层,实施例1-9和对比例1-8作为激光焊接的透光层,放在连续波长的激光焊接器中,经夹具夹持后,使用二极管激光器以20W的辐射能量,15mm/s的速度进行焊接,每个样条有三个平行的焊接位置,且焊接位置位于样条跨距的中间位置。
性能测试方法
(1)力学性能:按照ISO527/178/179测试;
(2)激光焊接:将焊接后样条采用万能试验机测试焊接剪切力;
(3)透光率:采用2mm样条在色差仪中测试950nm下的透光百分比;
实施例1-9的性能测试结果如表3所示。

对比例1-8的性能测试结果如表4所示。

由表3中测试结果可得出:实施例1/2/3/4对比发现,当着色剂含量逐步提高,焊接剪切力和激光透过率逐步下降,但混色后组分中着色剂含量<0.18%,样板颜色偏浅,不能满足黑色产品的黑度要求。实施例2/5/6/7对比发现,随着共聚聚丙烯含量提高,焊接剪切力和激光透过率逐步下降,共聚聚丙烯中乙烯链段的存在会吸收部分激光;实施例/2/8/9对比发现,随着玻纤含量的提高,采用此着色剂仍然满足焊接剪切力的要求。
实施例1/2/3与对比例1对比发现着色剂的加入并未明显降低剪切力和透光率,可以满足激光焊接的要求。实施例2与对比例2-4/5-8对比发现,蒽醌&偶氮复配系、普通芘系黑色产品做为激光焊接透光层比采用本着色剂激光透光率下降且焊接剪切力弱。
综上,当着色剂在混色成品中含量为0.3%wt时样板外观黑度和焊接剪切力都可满足要求,分别验证了PP-LGF体系中着色剂、PP树脂两种组分对激光焊接剪切剪切力和透光率的影响,实施例2能达到最佳效果。

Claims (10)
2.如权利要求1所述的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯选自均聚聚丙烯和共聚聚丙烯中的至少一种,其中,所述均聚聚丙烯的熔指为10~100g/10min,所述共聚聚丙烯的熔指为10~100g/10min。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物,其特征在于,所述长玻璃纤维为经过硅烷偶联剂改性的无碱连续玻璃纤维,其直径为14-18μm,线密度为2400tex或3600tex。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪基为烷基、烷氧基;所述芳香基为亚苯基、亚萘基或吡啶亚基。
6.如权利要求4所述的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物,其特征在于,所述着色剂包括一种颜料或多种此类有机颜料的混合物。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物,其特征在于,所述相容剂选自马来酸酐、丙烯酸、马来酸和丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝聚丙烯中至少一种,所述相容剂的接枝率为0.7~1.2%。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物,其特征在于,所述助剂包括抗氧剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂中至少一种;
所述抗氧剂选自受阻酚类和亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂;
所述光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂;
所述润滑剂选自硅酮类、酯类、酰胺类、聚乙烯类、硬脂酸类、脂肪酸及酯类中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物,其特征在于,所述A组分的粒子长度为8-15mm;所述B组分的粒子长度为8-15mm。
10.如权利要求1~9所述的任一种用于激光焊接中黑色透光层的长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合物在玻纤含量为10%~50%的长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料激光焊接中的应用或在终端产品为汽车和电子电器中的应用。
