技术领域
本发明涉及镜子技术领域,具体涉及一种卫浴镜用防锈镜片及其制备方法。
背景技术
镜子是一种表面光滑,并且具有反射光线能力的物品,最常见的镜子是平面镜,常被人们利用来整理仪容。现有的镜子通常是在玻璃基板的背面镀银,镀银的玻璃镜具有高的可见光反射率。
现有技术中的镜子,尤其是镀银镜子使用一段时间后,镜子边缘处的银暴露于潮气中,易腐蚀、变质,形成黑边现象,黑边会逐步向内移动,当镀银镜子在含硫化合物的高湿环境中放置时,镜子变黑现象更为严重;再者,当镜子的边缘磨倾角或抛光时,碱性强的磨料切削剂留在边缘,会进一步的侵蚀镜子涂料层以及金属膜层。现有的背涂涂膜不能充分地抑制由酸引起的侵蚀,对于设置于浴室、化妆室、盥洗室等的镜子,银镜面膜会有腐蚀的情况,最终逐渐腐蚀,影响镜子的整体使用效果。
综上所述,为解决现有的镜子上的不足,本发明设计了一种耐腐蚀性、不易变黑的卫浴镜用防锈镜片。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:研制开发一种耐腐蚀性、不易变黑的卫浴镜用防锈镜片。
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述现有技术条件存在的问题,提供卫浴镜用防锈镜片及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种卫浴镜用防锈镜片,所述卫浴镜用防锈镜片由下往上依次包括玻璃基板、金属膜层、内涂保护层和背涂保护层,金属膜层涂覆于玻璃基板上且该金属膜层为金属银层,内涂保护层和背涂保护层依次涂覆于金属膜上且延伸至玻璃基板的侧面,
其中,内涂保护层包括醇酸树脂40~60份;双酚A型环氧树脂10~20份;聚氨酯树脂8~15份;环氧树脂E44 5~10份、环氧树脂862 5~10份、聚氨酯树脂MR~706 5~8份、氯化橡胶树脂5~10份、固化剂2~5份;乙酸乙酯15~25份;抗腐蚀助剂0.8~1份;涂料60~70份。
作为本方案的进一步改进,所述固化剂为胺类固化剂和酸酐类固化剂中的一种或者两种。

作为本方案的进一步改进,所述防锈涂料包括鳞片状锌粉40~50份,碳酸钙8~10份,钼酸铵7~8份,二壬基萘磺酸钡10~15份,正硅酸乙酯2~5份,石油磺酸钠0.1~0.4份。
一种卫浴镜用防锈镜片的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
步骤1、玻璃基板,对玻璃基板表面抛光并清洗;
步骤2、使用氯化亚锡溶液对玻璃基板的背面进行敏化,然后同一面上采用氯化钯溶液进行活化;
步骤3、玻璃基板加热到30~35℃,在活化并且加热后玻璃基板的背面使用镀银溶液沉积银层,清洗后干燥,清洗后在65~68℃条件下烘干,再经过加热,使银层温度达到250℃以上;
步骤4、在银层的表面和侧面喷淋内涂保护层涂料,形成内涂保护层,干燥;
步骤5、在银层的表面和侧面喷淋内涂背涂保护层涂料,形成背涂保护层,干燥,制得卫浴镜用防锈镜片。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备下述有益效果:
本发明的镜子,在盐雾试验过程中不仅没有出现斑点数量,银镜的防锈效果佳,长期使用不会发黑,适合在卫浴等潮湿的环境中使用,而且经过两层保护膜的涂覆,复合膜的涂膜外观良好,表面没有凹凸,也没有后的斑块,综合性能优良。

步骤2、使用氯化亚锡溶液对玻璃基板的背面进行敏化,然后同一面上采用氯化钯溶液进行活化;
步骤3、玻璃基板加热到30~35℃,在活化并且加热后玻璃基板的背面使用镀银溶液沉积银层,清洗后在65~68℃条件下烘干,再经过加热,使银层温度达到250℃以上;
步骤4、在银层的表面和侧面喷淋内涂保护层涂料,形成内涂保护层,干燥;
步骤5、在银层的表面和侧面喷淋内涂背涂保护层涂料,形成背涂保护层,干燥,制得卫浴镜用防锈镜片。
实施例1
一种卫浴镜用防锈镜片的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
步骤1、玻璃基板,对玻璃基板表面抛光并清洗;
步骤2、使用氯化亚锡溶液对玻璃基板的背面进行敏化,然后同一面上采用氯化钯溶液进行活化;
步骤3、玻璃基板加热到30~35℃,在活化并且加热后玻璃基板的背面使用镀银溶液沉积银层,清洗后在65~68℃条件下烘干,再经过加热,使银层温度达到250℃以上;

步骤5、在银层的表面和侧面喷淋内涂背涂保护层涂料,形成背涂保护层,干燥,制得卫浴镜用防锈镜片,其中,背涂保护层包括醇酸树脂26份、环氧树脂8份、胺类固化剂4份。
实施例3
一种卫浴镜用防锈镜片的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
步骤1、玻璃基板,对玻璃基板表面抛光并清洗;
步骤2、使用氯化亚锡溶液对玻璃基板的背面进行敏化,然后同一面上采用氯化钯溶液进行活化;

步骤5、在银层的表面和侧面喷淋内涂背涂保护层涂料,形成背涂保护层,干燥,制得卫浴镜用防锈镜片,其中,背涂保护层包括醇酸树脂30份、环氧树脂10份、胺类固化剂5份。
对比例1对比例中的配方组分与实施例2一致,区别仅仅在于不含有内涂保护层和背涂保护层。
对比例2对比例中的配方组分与实施例2一致,区别仅仅在于不含有内涂保护层。
对比例3对比例中的配方组分与实施例2基本一致,区别仅仅在于不含有背涂保护层。
表1实施例1~4及对比例1~2的测试结果
*将表面凹凸显著或局部产生厚的斑块的制品判定为不良
与本发明的镜子按行业标准C/T871-2000进行抗中性盐雾性能检测,结果显示,本发明的实施例2的检测结果最佳,直径小于0.3mm的斑点数目为0个,而且涂膜外观良好,盐酸试验合格;
对比例1为不含内涂保护层和背涂保护层,在盐酸试验过程中,镜子发黑,斑点数量多,可知,金属涂层在实验过程中遭到了损坏,不含上述两层涂层的镜子,不适合在卫浴等潮湿的环境中使用;
对比例2为不含有内涂保护层,在盐酸试验过程中,镜子上出现斑点,涂膜的外观不佳,斑点数量为8~10个。
对比例3为不含有背涂保护层,在盐酸试验过程中,镜子上出现斑点,涂膜的外观不佳,斑点的数量为5~6个。
本发明与对比例1~3相比,尤其实施例2,不仅没有出现斑点数量,银镜的防锈效果佳,长期使用不会发黑,适合在卫浴等潮湿的环境中使用,而且经过两层保护膜的涂覆,复合膜的涂膜外观良好,表面没有凹凸,也没有后的斑块,综合性能优良。

Claims (6)
1.一种卫浴镜用防锈镜片,其特征在于,所述卫浴镜用防锈镜片由下往上依次包括玻璃基板、金属膜层、内涂保护层和背涂保护层,金属膜层涂覆于玻璃基板上且该金属膜层为金属银层,内涂保护层和背涂保护层依次涂覆于金属膜上且延伸至玻璃基板的侧面,
其中,内涂保护层包括醇酸树脂40~60份;双酚A型环氧树脂10~20份;聚氨酯树脂8~15份;环氧树脂E44 5~10份、环氧树脂862 5~10份、聚氨酯树脂MR~706 5~8份、氯化橡胶树脂5~10份、固化剂2~5份;乙酸乙酯15~25份;抗腐蚀助剂0.8~1份;涂料60~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴镜用防锈镜片,其特征在于,所述固化剂为胺类固化剂和酸酐类固化剂中的一种或者两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴镜用防锈镜片,其特征在于,所述涂料为防锈涂料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴镜用防锈镜片,其特征在于,所述背涂保护层包括醇酸树脂20~30份、环氧树脂5~10份、胺类固化剂2~5份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的卫浴用防锈镜片,其特征在于,所述防锈涂料包括鳞片状锌粉40~50份,碳酸钙8~10份,钼酸铵7~8份,二壬基萘磺酸钡10~15份,正硅酸乙酯2~5份,石油磺酸钠0.1~0.4份。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的卫浴镜用防锈镜片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
步骤1、玻璃基板,对玻璃基板表面抛光并清洗;
步骤2、使用氯化亚锡溶液对玻璃基板的背面进行敏化,然后同一面上采用氯化钯溶液进行活化;
步骤3、玻璃基板加热到30~35℃,在活化并且加热后玻璃基板的背面使用镀银溶液沉积银层,清洗后在65~68℃条件下烘干,再经过加热,使银层的温度达到250℃以上;
步骤4、在银层的表面和侧面喷淋内涂保护层涂料,形成内涂保护层,干燥;
步骤5、在银层的表面和侧面喷淋内涂背涂保护层涂料,形成背涂保护层,干燥,制得卫浴镜用防锈镜片。
