Abstract
The invention relates to a hoisting and mounting method of a buckling restrained brace, which comprises the following steps: welding two lifting lugs at 1/3 transversely on each buckling restrained brace member; step two: installing a clamp, an electric hoist and a steel cable on a cross beam on which a buckling restrained brace member is to be installed; step three: the buckling restrained brace component is lifted to a position between steel columns close to the installation position by a tower crane, then the lifting hooks of two electric hoists on the beam are used for respectively hooking two lifting lugs corresponding to the buckling restrained brace component, two ropes are simultaneously adjusted after the lifting, the buckling restrained brace is slowly moved to the installation position, the lower end of the buckling restrained brace component is firstly pulled to reach a lower node position, then the upper end is in place and is in butt joint with the embedded parts of the beam and the column. According to the invention, the buckling restrained brace is hung between the steel columns by using the tower crane and then is pulled, installed and positioned by the electric hoist, so that the labor intensity is effectively reduced, the installation efficiency is improved, and the construction progress is accelerated.

The hoisting and mounting method of the buckling restrained brace is characterized in that: the mounting fixture comprises two semicircles with openings, the lower ends of the two semicircles are coaxially arranged and are connected with the electric hoist through lifting lugs, and the sizes of the openings correspond to the widths of the two sides of the steel beam.
