本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体是一种用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦复合母粒,所述的母粒以聚烯烃材料为载体,包含芥酸酰胺、山嵛酸酰胺、TEMPO类自由基捕捉剂和助剂;其中,所述的芥酸酰胺与山嵛酸酰胺的质量比在3∶1到1∶1之间,所述的TEMPO类自由基捕捉剂为芥酸酰胺和山嵛酸酰胺总量的1~20wt%,所述的助剂为抗氧剂,助剂在所述的母粒中的含量为3~20wt%。本发明基于芥酸酰胺制备了一种复合母粒,不仅能够抑制芥酸酰胺的快速迁出问题,并能有效提高芥酸酰胺在制品表面的发粘问题。

一种用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦母粒
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说,是一种用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦母粒。
背景技术
汽车内饰材料为了提高更好的外观性,通常使用抗刮擦母粒来降低制品在使用过程中造成的划痕。其中长碳链酰胺类材料,尤其是芥酸酰胺由于其优良的抗刮擦性,价格便宜被普遍应用于汽车内饰材料改性中,能够满足主机厂的测试要求。
芥酸酰胺由于其极性在制件中会快速迁出到表面,并重新结晶成片状晶体。晶体间相互作用较弱,会像雪片一样很容易滑动,从而提搞材料在外力作用下的抗刮擦性能。但是芥酸酰胺在实际的经历长时间的使用后,表面会存在发粘的现象,严重影响了客户的使用体验。其可能的原因是其碳链含有双键,容易被氧化降解,生成极性小分子,从而导致发粘问题,并降低抗刮擦效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于基于芥酸酰胺制备了一种复合母粒,不仅能够抑制芥酸酰胺的快速迁出问题,并能有效提高芥酸酰胺在制品表面的发粘问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦复合母粒,所述的母粒以聚烯烃材料为载体,包含芥酸酰胺、山嵛酸酰胺、TEMPO类自由基捕捉剂和助剂;其中,所述的芥酸酰胺与山嵛酸酰胺的质量比在3∶1到1∶1之间,所述的TEMPO类自由基捕捉剂为芥酸酰胺和山嵛酸酰胺总量的1~20wt%,所述的助剂为抗氧剂,助剂在所述的母粒中的含量为3~20wt%。
进一步的,所述的聚烯烃载体可选自PP,HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE,POE,EVA,EMA,EBA,EEA等聚烯烃或者聚烯烃共聚物中的一种。优选陶氏AMPLIFYEA 100。
进一步的,所述的TEMPO类自由基捕捉剂为BF251。
进一步的,所述的助剂为巴斯夫抗氧剂B225。
本发明优点在于:
本发明基于芥酸酰胺制备了一种用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦复合母粒,性能测试实验表明,本发明的母粒配方在保持同样的抗刮擦效果情况下,不仅能够抑制芥酸酰胺的快速迁出问题,并能有效提高芥酸酰胺在制品表面的发粘问题,能够明显改善TPO材料的发粘问题。

从以上实验结果可以看出,实施例3和实施例4的力学性能与对比例1一致,但实施例3和实施例4在经过氙灯老化400小时没有观察到表面发粘现象。说明本发明的母粒配方在保持同样的抗刮擦效果情况下,能够明显改善TPO材料的发粘问题。

1.一种用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦复合母粒,其特征在于,所述的母粒以聚烯烃材料为载体,包含芥酸酰胺、山嵛酸酰胺、TEMPO类自由基捕捉剂和助剂;其中,所述的芥酸酰胺与山嵛酸酰胺的质量比在3∶1到1∶1之间,所述的TEMPO类自由基捕捉剂为芥酸酰胺和山嵛酸酰胺总量的1~20wt%,所述的助剂为抗氧剂,助剂在所述的母粒中的含量为3~20wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦复合母粒,其特征在于,所述的聚烯烃载体可选自PP,HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE,POE,EVA,EMA,EBA,EEA等聚烯烃或者聚烯烃共聚物中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦复合母粒,其特征在于,所述的TEMPO类自由基捕捉剂为BF251。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于解决汽车内饰材料表面老化发粘问题的抗刮擦复合母粒,其特征在于,所述的助剂为巴斯夫抗氧剂B225。
