本发明实施例公开一种双注塑点连体瓶盖,包括上盖体和下盖体,上盖体和下盖体铰链连接,在下盖体处设置注塑点一,在上盖体处设置注塑点二,本发明通过两个注塑点成型,上盖体和下盖体成型后没有流纹和流痕,大大提高了连体瓶盖注塑成型后的成品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓶盖及瓶盖生产领域,特别涉及一种双注塑点连体瓶盖及模具。
背景技术
连体瓶盖也称为蝴蝶盖,连体瓶盖用于将食用油、饮料等瓶装调味品或饮料密封,实现保质和盛放的作用。目前的连体瓶盖大都是通过注塑成型,瓶盖包括固定在瓶上的下盖体和可开合的上盖体,现有的连体瓶盖在注塑成型后上盖体的中间处出现纹路,影响美观,如市面上的九星包装等厂家的连体瓶盖,在注塑时,相对于分体式的瓶盖,注塑成型连体瓶盖困难;同时,在注塑成型后,在上盖体正前方用于打开瓶盖的把手处朝向中间部分均有流痕或刘纹,美观较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了一种双注塑点连体瓶盖及模具,便于成型,消除连体瓶盖上盖体注塑成型后有流纹或流痕的缺陷。
本发明实施例公开一种双注塑点连体瓶盖,包括上盖体和下盖体,上盖体和下盖体铰链连接,在下盖体处设置注塑点一,在上盖体处设置注塑点二。
进一步的,下盖体的上端设有倒出口,倒出口外圈设有挡环,倒出口中间设有拉环,拉环中间设有封住下盖体中部的拉环底面,在拉环底面中间设有注塑点一,上盖体包括把手、封盖和环盖,把手设置在环盖的中间处,封盖为圆形,在封盖朝向下盖体处设有注塑点二。
进一步的,拉环底面中间部分设有向下凹的凹块,注塑点一位于凹块的正中间处,凹块为球冠形状。
进一步的,拉环底面包括圆环和凹块,拉环与拉环底面通过连接筋连接,连接筋位于圆环上。
进一步的,下盖体的外侧面与把手的对应处设有避让槽。
进一步的,上盖体中间设有密封环,注塑点二位于密封环内。
进一步的,上盖体和下盖体铰接的铰接筋两边对称设有连接筋。
本发明还公开一种专用于生产连体瓶盖的模具,包括公模、母模和进料机构,所述公模和母模组成型腔,所述公模与进料机构连接,进料机构上设有多个进料孔,进料孔与型腔连通,所述进料机构上设有进料总孔、料道和进料孔,料道包括料道一和料道二,进料总孔与喷射机连接,进料总孔的两端分别连接料道一,料道一的另一端与料道二的中间连通,料道二上连接进料分道,进料分道上设有进料孔。
进一步的,进料分道设有多组,每组进料分道设有2个交叉的进料分道,两个进料分道上相邻的两个进料孔对应注塑点一和注塑点二,每组进料分道对应2个连体瓶盖的型腔。
进一步的,进料分道共有8组且对称设置在进料总孔的两边,进料总孔为圆形,进料总孔的底部设有半圆形槽。
本发明实施例创造性的使用双注塑点,分别在上盖体和下盖体处设置注塑点,完美的解决了传统注塑连体瓶盖所产生的上盖体处的纹路和褶皱的缺陷,造型完美无缺点。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图所示,本发明实施例公开一种双注塑点连体瓶盖,包括上盖体1和下盖体2,上盖体1和下盖体2铰链连接,在下盖体2处设置注塑点一7,在上盖体1处设置注塑点二11。
注塑时通过注塑点一和注塑点二将料液注入型腔内,同步成型,不仅提高成型效率,方便成型,同时可以避免因为连体瓶盖上盖体和下盖体分离导致传统的注塑点注塑成型的瓶盖出现的流纹和流痕缺陷。
在本发明一实施例中,下盖体2的上端设有倒出口3,倒出口3外圈设有挡环4,倒出口3中间设有拉环5,拉环5中间设有封住下盖体中部的拉环底面6,在拉环底面中间设有注塑点一7,上盖体1包括把手8、封盖9和环盖10,把手8设置在环盖10的中间处,封盖9为圆形,在封盖9朝向下盖体处设有注塑点二11。
此实施例中,在使用瓶盖后,当拉开拉环后,瓶体内的液体从拉环封住的缺口中流出。此处通过在拉环底面和上盖体的封盖上设置两个注塑点,方便成型,同时上瓶盖和下瓶盖在注塑时料液分别由注塑点一和注塑点二进行注塑,避免出现流纹或流痕,大大提高了瓶盖的美观程度。
在本发明一实施例中,拉环底面6中间部分设有向下凹的凹块62,注塑点一7位于凹块62的正中间处。凹块62为球冠形状。
在本发明一实施例中,拉环底面包括圆环61和凹块62,拉环5与拉环底面6通过连接筋12连接,连接筋12位于圆环61上。
在本发明一实施例中,下盖体2的外侧面与把手8的对应处设有避让槽13。
在本发明一实施例中,上盖体1中间设有密封环13,注塑点二11位于密封环13内。
在本发明一实施例中,上盖体1和下盖体2铰接的铰接筋14两边对称设有连接筋15。
本发明还公开一种专用于生产连体瓶盖的模具,包括公模、母模和进料机构16,所述公模和母模组成型腔,所述公模与进料机构连接,进料机构上设有多个进料孔17,进料孔17与型腔连通,所述进料机构上设有进料总孔18、料道和进料孔17,料道包括料道一20和料道二21,进料总孔18与喷射机连接,进料总孔18的两端分别连接料道一20,料道一20的另一端与料道二21的中间连通,料道二21上连接进料分道19,进料分道19上设有进料孔17。
在本发明一实施例中,进料分道19设有多组,每组进料分道19设有2个交叉的进料分道,两个进料分道19上相邻的两个进料孔对应注塑点一和注塑点二,每组进料分道对应2个连体瓶盖的型腔。即两个交叉的进料分道可以生产2个连体瓶盖。
料液从喷射机中进入进料总孔,然后通过料道一和料道二进入粉料分道,再通过进料孔进入型腔,实现注塑成型。本发明通过设置两个倾斜的进料分道,可以快速的进行分料,同时利用两个进料分道对一个苹果进行成型。
在本发明一实施例中,进料分道共有8组且对称设置在进料总孔的两边,进料总孔为圆形,进料总孔的底部设有半圆形槽。半圆形槽方便将废料从进料机构的孔内取出。
本发明公开的模具一次可生产16个瓶盖。生产效率高,同时生产的连体瓶盖的上盖体处没有纹路和褶皱,外观好。

Claims (10)

1.双注塑点连体瓶盖,包括上盖体和下盖体,上盖体和下盖体铰链连接,其特征在于,在下盖体处设置注塑点一,在上盖体处设置注塑点二。
2.如权利要求1所述的双注塑点连体瓶盖,其特征在于,下盖体的上端设有倒出口,倒出口外圈设有挡环,倒出口中间设有拉环,拉环中间设有封住下盖体中部的拉环底面,在拉环底面中间设有注塑点一,上盖体包括把手、封盖和环盖,把手设置在环盖的中间处,封盖为圆形,在封盖朝向下盖体处设有注塑点二。
3.如权利要求2所述的双注塑点连体瓶盖,其特征在于,拉环底面中间部分设有向下凹的凹块,注塑点一位于凹块的正中间处,凹块为球冠形状。
4.如权利要求3所述的双注塑点连体瓶盖,其特征在于,拉环底面包括圆环和凹块,拉环与拉环底面通过连接筋连接,连接筋位于圆环上。
5.如权利要求1所述的双注塑点连体瓶盖,其特征在于,下盖体的外侧面与把手的对应处设有避让槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的双注塑点连体瓶盖及模具,其特征在于,上盖体中间设有密封环,注塑点二位于密封环内。
7.如权利要求1所述的双注塑点连体瓶盖及模具,其特征在于,上盖体和下盖体铰接的铰接筋两边对称设有连接筋。
8.一种专用于生产如权利要求1~7任意一项所述的连体瓶盖的模具,包括公模、母模和进料机构,其特征在于,所述公模和母模组成型腔,所述公模与进料机构连接,进料机构上设有多个进料孔,进料孔与型腔连通,所述进料机构上设有进料总孔、料道和进料孔,料道包括料道一和料道二,进料总孔与喷射机连接,进料总孔的两端分别连接料道一,料道一的另一端与料道二的中间连通,料道二上连接进料分道,进料分道上设有进料孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的双注塑点连体瓶盖及模具,其特征在于,进料分道设有多组,每组进料分道设有2个交叉的进料分道,两个进料分道上相邻的两个进料孔对应注塑点一和注塑点二,每组进料分道对应2个连体瓶盖的型腔。
10.如权利要求9所述的双注塑点连体瓶盖及模具,其特征在于,进料分道共有8组且对称设置在进料总孔的两边,进料总孔为圆形,进料总孔的底部设有半圆形槽。
