The invention controls the friction force between the leather cup 3 and the inner wall of the oil pipeline by adding the actuator 1 woven by the thermal contraction type artificial muscle into the traditional pipe cleaner to achieve the purpose of adjusting the speed of the pipe cleaner, and the input and the output of the self-deblocking speed-adjustable pipe cleaner form closed circulation by introducing the power generation unit and supplying electric energy to the actuator 1 for use, thereby completely not needing external control during working, having compact and reasonable structure and good practicability.
The invention applies the thermal contraction artificial muscle to the leather cup part of the pipe cleaner, simultaneously installs the impeller on the pipe cleaner, forms a closed loop system by controlling the action speed of the pipe cleaner, the rotating speed of the impeller, the output voltage, the heat productivity of the artificial muscle, the deformation of the leather cup, the friction force and the speed of the pipe cleaner, analyzes and calculates the working environment of the self-deblocking speed-adjusting pipe cleaner before working, and the arranged artificial muscle can realize the automatic adjustment of the speed of the pipe cleaner and realize the self deblocking when the pipe cleaner is blocked.
