According to the invention, the thermal contraction type artificial muscle is applied to the leather cup part of the pipe cleaner, meanwhile, the impeller is arranged on the pipe cleaner, and a closed loop system is formed by controlling the action speed of the pipe cleaner, the impeller rotating speed, the output voltage, the heat productivity of the artificial muscle, the deformation of the leather cup, the friction force and the speed of the pipe cleaner, the self-unblocking speed-regulating pipe cleaner working environment is analyzed and calculated before working, the arranged artificial muscle can realize the automatic regulation of the speed of the pipe cleaner, and the self-unblocking is realized when the pipe cleaner is blocked.

A self-unblocking speed-regulating pipe cleaner is characterized in that: the device comprises an actuator (1), an actuator protective sleeve (2), a leather cup (3), an outer tube cleaner body (5), a lead (6), a distance adjusting ring (10), a bearing (11), a mandrel (12), an impeller (13), a magnetic pole (14), a coil (15), a supporting ring (17), an inner tube cleaner body (19) and guide wheels (20), wherein the leather cup (3) is arranged at two ends of the outer tube cleaner body (5), the inner tube cleaner body (19) is arranged in the outer tube cleaner body (5), and the inner tube cleaner body (19), the outer tube cleaner body (5) and the leather cup (3) form a hollow structure; the coil (15) is fixed in an annular groove of the inner body (19) of the pipe cleaner, the impeller (13) is positioned in the coil (15), the magnetic poles (14) are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the impeller (13), and the distance-adjusting ring (10) and the supporting ring (17) are arranged on the inner body (19) of the pipe cleaner at two ends of the coil (15); the bearing (11) and the impeller (13) are arranged on the mandrel (12), the mandrel (12) is arranged in the pipe cleaner inner body (19), and two ends of the mandrel are respectively connected with the distance adjusting ring (10) and the supporting ring (17); the guide wheel (20) is arranged in the inner body (19) of the pipe cleaner and is positioned at one side of the supporting ring (17); the actuator protection sleeve (2) is arranged on the leather cup (3), the actuator (1) is positioned in the actuator protection sleeve (2), the electric heating wire arranged in the actuator (1) is connected with the electric heating wire in the actuator (1) through a lead (6), a plurality of strip-shaped magnetic poles (14) are uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the impeller (13) and the magnetic poles (14) are fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the impeller (13) through a magnetic pole blocking sleeve (16), and the actuator (1) is formed by braiding a plurality of linear polymer winding type artificial muscles; the inner body (19) of the pipe cleaner is a hollow cylinder with an annular groove in the middle.
2. A self-unblocking, speed-regulating pig according to claim 1, wherein: the leather cup (3) and the outer body (5) of the pipe cleaner are fixed through a fixed pressing plate (7) and a fastening bolt group (4).
3. A self-unblocking, speed-regulating pig according to claim 1, wherein: the inside of the actuator protecting sleeve (2) is filled with liquid.
4. A self-unblocking, speed-regulating pig according to claim 1, wherein: the mandrel (12) is connected with the distance adjusting ring (10) through the fastening nut (8) and the gasket (9).
5. A self-unblocking, speed-regulating pig according to claim 1, wherein: the mandrel (12) is provided with an erosion preventing head (18) after penetrating through the supporting ring (17).
