Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and particularly relates to hawthorn-ginger massecuite for treating female dysmenorrhea, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, the variety of herbal foods in the market is more, modern food processing technology and technology are mostly adopted, a small amount of herbal elements are added, the number of foods based on the traditional Chinese medicine formula theory is small, and foods dug from the traditional health-preserving ancient prescription and foods processed by adopting the traditional processing means are few and few.
The hawthorn has the effects of promoting qi circulation and removing blood stasis, can be used for treating blood stasis amenorrhea and postpartum blood stasis, and is a good food therapy product for blood stasis type dysmenorrheal patients; the ginger has the effect of warming interior, can be used for treating gastrointestinal cold, can promote secretion of digestive juice and protect gastric mucosa, and has the effects of resisting ulcer, protecting liver and benefiting gallbladder. In addition, modern medical research proves that brown sugar can promote uterine contraction and help extravasated blood to be discharged.
So far, no report about the application of the hawthorn, ginger juice and brown sugar after being combined and steamed in treating female dysmenorrhea is found.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the hawthorn-ginger sugar paste for treating female dysmenorrhea.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the hawthorn-ginger massecuite.
The invention also aims to provide application of the hawthorn-ginger massecuite.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a hawthorn and ginger sugar paste for treating female dysmenorrhea is prepared by steaming raw materials including hawthorn, ginger juice and brown sugar.
The hawthorn mainly contains flavonoid compounds, organic acids, trace elements, amino acids, flavan, polymers thereof and the like. The fresh hawthorn has higher organic acid content than the dry hawthorn, but the excess organic acid content is harmful to teeth and has larger irritation to gastrointestinal tract, the fresh hawthorn is steamed to destroy part of the organic acid, and the remained organic acid can help to promote digestion and eliminate indigestion; however, if the dried hawthorn is used, the content of organic acid is too low after steaming, and the digestion-aiding effect is not good; the invention has the advantages that the stimulation is relieved by steaming the fresh hawthorn, the efficacy of promoting digestion and relieving stasis is enhanced, and the damage of heating to the total flavone is reduced compared with the method for cooking the hawthorn product by adopting the steaming method; the brown sugar is added into the formula in a large amount, so that the health-care tea has the effects of harmonizing spleen and liver, enriching blood, activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and expelling lochia. The hawthorn is taken and is matched with the liquorice (cane sugar and the like) simultaneously, so that the hawthorn can dissolve extravasated blood without damaging new blood, and can relieve depression without damaging healthy qi, and the nature is good.
In the technical scheme, the raw materials of the hawthorn-ginger massecuite for treating female dysmenorrhea also comprise high fructose syrup and maltitol.
Further, in the technical scheme, the hawthorn-ginger massecuite for treating female dysmenorrhea is prepared by steaming the following raw materials in parts by weight:
96-105 parts of hawthorn, 2-4 parts of ginger juice, 60-80 parts of brown sugar, 36-48 parts of high fructose corn syrup and 0.42-0.85 part of maltitol.
Furthermore, in the technical scheme, the hawthorn-ginger sugar paste for treating female dysmenorrhea is prepared by steaming the following raw materials in parts by weight:
97.5 to 103 portions of hawthorn, 2.4 to 3.5 portions of ginger juice, 65 to 75 portions of brown sugar, 40.8 to 45.5 portions of high fructose corn syrup and 0.48 to 0.72 portion of maltitol.
Still further, in the above technical scheme, the hawthorn-ginger syrup for treating female dysmenorrhea is prepared by steaming the following raw materials in parts by weight:
101.8 parts of hawthorn, 3.2 parts of ginger juice, 68.5 parts of brown sugar, 42.5 parts of high fructose corn syrup and 0.63 part of maltitol.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the hawthorn is fresh hawthorn.
The fresh hawthorn has high organic acid content and fruit flavor.
Preferably, in the above technical scheme, the raw material for squeezing the ginger juice is fresh luoping little yellow ginger.
The Yunnan Xiaohuangjiang has strong pungent taste, fine fiber, rich ginger oil and delicious taste, wherein the quality of the Roping Xiaohuangjiang is the best.
The invention provides a preparation method of the hawthorn and ginger massecuite, which comprises the following steps:
spraying the ginger juice onto the hawthorn, adding other raw materials including brown sugar, sealing, steaming under normal pressure, filtering, and vacuum concentrating the filtrate.
Vacuum concentration can avoid sugar coking in the paste during concentration.
In the above technical solution, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting fresh picked hawthorns, removing pedicles, keeping kernels, washing, draining water, meanwhile, taking fresh small yellow gingers, washing, and squeezing for later use;
s2, spraying the ginger juice squeezed in the step S1 on the hawthorn in proportion, then adding brown sugar, high fructose corn syrup and maltitol, sealing, and steaming for 4-8 hours under normal pressure;
s3, filtering, vacuum concentrating the filtrate, and sterilizing.
Further, in the above technical solution, in step S2, the normal pressure steaming specifically comprises steaming at 88-95 ℃ for 150min, soaking for 8-12h after shaking uniformly, then soaking for 8-12h after steaming at 90-98 ℃ for 150min, and finally steaming at 88-95 ℃ for 80-100 min.
The invention also provides application of the hawthorn-ginger candy paste in preparation of foods, medicines or health-care products for treating female dysmenorrhea
The hawthorn and ginger massecuite for treating female dysmenorrhea can be increased or reduced according to corresponding proportion during production, for example, the mass production can be in kilogram or ton units, the small-scale production can be in gram units, the weight can be increased or reduced, but the weight proportion of the raw materials among the components is unchanged.
The hawthorn-ginger massecuite for treating female dysmenorrhea has the following advantages:
(1) the hawthorn and the ginger are matched according to the traditional Chinese medicine using theory, the medical health care effect is exerted, other auxiliary materials are matched according to the modern food nutrition, the fructose syrup is added, the stability of the paste can be improved, the crystallization and sand return of sucrose are inhibited, the stability of the paste can be improved by adding maltitol, the decayed tooth is prevented, and the advantages of low heat and the like are achieved, so that the hawthorn and ginger health care paste has the medical health care effect, is easy to take, has good taste, and is suitable for women in menstrual period and people with deficiency-cold spleen and stomach;
(2) according to the hawthorn processing method with the ginger as the auxiliary material, the raw and auxiliary materials are mixed and then steamed, the hawthorn and the ginger are fully fused after steaming, the chemical reaction of the effective components is sufficient, in addition, the conversion rate of cane sugar is increased in the steaming process, the content of reducing sugar is increased, the digestion is facilitated, the filtrate is concentrated after steaming, the content of the effective components is high, the attributes of the traditional Chinese medicinal ointment formula are reserved, meanwhile, the hawthorn processing method is more acceptable in taste and convenient to eat, and the hawthorn processing method can be taken as a beverage after being mixed with water and can also be used as a flavoring agent to be added into other foods;
(3) the invention selects fresh hawthorn, maintains the fragrance of hawthorn fruits and the efficacy of hawthorn fruits to a large extent, and selects the small yellow ginger with Luoping simultaneously, thereby having excellent effect.
