技术领域
本发明涉及是一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,所述汽车发动机指的是以汽油、天然气为燃料的发动机,属于汽车发动机的催化消声器制备技术领域。
背景技术
随着环境保护的要求提高,对汽车的排放标准也逐步提高,目前汽油乘用车的尾气排放已要求达到国六的排放标准,要达到国六的排放标准,需要对传统的催化净化消声器进行技术进步,升级换代。传统的催化净化消声系统,是由独立设置的消声器和独立设置的催化器组成的,使用的消声器是开孔式消音管,在消声器里有许多消声结构件,消声管件和附件,因为声波是直线传播的,采用的是错位孔消声,但做不到100%的抵挡直线声波,故此消声效果需要多管件、多附件进行声音多绕来实现消声效果,工时、耗材成本高,也不能涂覆催化剂,因此,消音效果不好,成本较高。使用的催化剂是由德国巴斯夫采用美国康宁、日本NGK蜂窝陶瓷载体涂覆涂层制备而成,国产600目载体受到模具钢及模具制作瓶颈约束,壁厚存在不稳定,国六国产催化剂还处于少量试用。而业界中公认的金属蜂窝载体目数越高,比表面积就越高,催化效能越高,废气转化度也越高。然而,目前,金属蜂窝载体的目数只能达到600目,制备金属蜂窝载体的材料是铁铬铝簿片,金属蜂窝载体的目数由铁铬铝簿片的片厚度决定,越簿的片厚度,制备出来的金属蜂窝载体的目数就越高,国内目前因为设备的制约,制备的铁铬铝簿片能达到的最簿厚度是0.05毫米,用0.05毫米铁铬铝簿片就只能制备出600目的金属蜂窝载体,而使用600目的金属蜂窝载体制备催化剂成了业界中约定俗成的例规及技术惯性。目前,国内未有使用超过600目的金属蜂窝载体制备催化剂的报道,但因为制备金属蜂窝载体的技术是成熟技术,只要解决了铁铬铝簿片的厚度问题,把簿片厚度降低至0.03毫米,就能制备出750目的金属蜂窝载体,而国外已能生产出厚度是0.03毫米的铁铬铝簿片。实验用直径101mm、长度110mm,涂覆贵金属20克每立方英尺,0.05mm壁厚600目载体及0.03mm壁厚载体个涂覆一只,采用柳州机械动力有限公司生产的1.4升发动机进行排放检测实验,经废气检测试验台架检测0.05mm壁厚的600目的金属蜂窝载体废气转化率是52.3%,0.03mm壁厚750目的金属蜂窝载体的废气转化率是83.2%,从检测排放数据结果可以大幅减低贵金属用量,意味着提升了市场竞争力。因此,对传统的消声器及金属蜂窝载体催化剂进行技术创新,提供一种消音效果好,催化效能高,废气转化度高,成本低的催化净化消声器,就是本发明的意义所在。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,克服传统的催化净化消声器所存在的消音效果不好,催化效能低,废气转化度低,成本高的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了这样的技术措施:一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,包括筒体、筒体前端的进气口和筒体后端的排气口,在筒体内由前端至后端依次设置有前置催化金属泡沫催化消声板,750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂,CDPF,750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂,后置金属泡沫催化消声板。
所述前置金属泡沫催化消声板和后置金属泡沫催化消声板的厚度是5-40厘米,表面涂覆有催化剂涂层。
所述750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂是由750目金属蜂窝载体上涂覆催化剂涂层而成。
所述CDPF载体上涂覆氧化催化剂涂层而成。
所述750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂是由750目金属蜂窝载体上涂覆三元催化剂涂层而成。
采取上述措施的本发明的特点:
1. 传统的消声器上不能涂覆催化剂涂层,只能消声不能催化,功能单一,目前,汽油乘用车还未有采用过催化消声合二为一的结构设计,本发明采用这样的结构既可以消声也可以催化净化,两种功能同时体现,起到100%的直线声波抵挡,同时也使得气流经过金属泡沫后气流分布均匀也就更有利于催化转化率提高;
2.在本技术领域中750目金属蜂窝催化剂的使用还处于空白阶段,而本发明采用750目金属蜂窝催化剂后,导热性能与排气温度同步,催化效能迅速,比表面积高,废气转化率高,减少贵金属用量,无热膨胀性、无机械损伤,耐冲击碰撞,成本降低,性价比更合理,市场竞争力增强;
3.采用带催化剂涂层DPF,充分利用其比表面积涂层氧化催化,将碳粒氧化,延长了DPF使用堵塞时间,减少拆卸维护次数,装置CDPF的筒体段采用两头抱箍形式,方便拆卸清理碳粒进行维护;
4.本发明将金属泡沫催化消声板,750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂,CDPF,750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂,后置金属泡沫催化消声板进行了科学合理的排列与组合,使得汽油发动机从冷车低速起动到高速运转甚至极速运转时排出的废气、有害颗粒都得到了有效的转化与拦截,同时噪声也被消除,噪声分贝降低,噪音分贝优于国家标准。经过废气检测试验台架检测,在采用贵金属每立方英尺15克时,本发明的催化转化率优势明显,本发明废气催化转化率97%以上,而传统结构采用每立方英尺的废气催化转化率是70%以下。

所述750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂5,是在750目金属蜂窝载体上涂覆一元催化剂涂层而成。所述750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂7是在750目金属蜂窝载体上涂覆三元催化剂而成。一元催化剂指的是钯、铂、铑贵金属里只采用一种贵金属配制而成的催化剂,三元催化剂指的是采用钯、铂、铑三种贵金属配制而成的催化剂,它们的配制及制备方法已是公知技术,在本实施例中不做限定。在载体上涂覆催化剂涂层也是公知技术,在本实施例中同样不做限定。750目金属蜂窝载体是以厚度为0.03的铁铬铝簿片按制备金属蜂窝载体的常规方法制备的。在本实施例中,前置金属泡沫催化消声板4,750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂5,CDPF6,750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂7,后置金属泡沫催化消声板8的直径以满足发动机的气体排量为准,发动机气体排量不同,采用的规格不同,750目金属蜂窝催化剂的孔容必须满足发动机排出废气的最大气流容积,孔容越大750目金属蜂窝催化剂的直径就越大,在实际操作中750目金属蜂窝催化剂的孔容是发动机排出废气的最大气流容积的最高动态值的120%以上。750目金属蜂窝催化剂的厚度是根据排量及催化性能要求取舍,当厚度大时,气流从进气口2进入到从排气口3排出的时间就长,反之则短,但当废气的催化转化率达到100%时,厚度再大就没有意义了,所以750目金属蜂窝催化剂厚度的选择以性价比为准,根据催化转化率要求决定750目金属蜂窝催化剂的厚度。上述750目金属蜂窝催化剂包括了750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂5和750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂7。
所述CDPF6,指的是带催化剂涂层的颗粒拦截体,传统的DPF是柴油颗粒过滤器,是安装在柴油车排气系统中,通过过滤来降低排气中颗粒物的装置。在DPF的基础上涂覆了催化剂,就使得原来的DPF成为了CDPF,具有了氧化催化的性能,它首先将废气中肉眼可见的黑烟颗料通过催化氧化作用氧化为更微小的肉眼不可见气体状微粒并拦截下来。在安装CDPF6的筒体处,通过套装的模式把两截筒体用抱箍9箍紧,在需要时松开抱箍9很容易地将CDPF6取出清除拦截下来的微粒。
本发明的工作状态是这样的:在汽油发动机工作时,废气从进气口2进入本发明内,首先经过前置金属泡沫催化消声板4,在这里声音被消除大部份,同时废气得到了初步催化转化,接着通过750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂5,在这里废气进一步被催化转化,经过进一步催化转化的废气接着进入CDPF 6,在这里黑烟颗粒被催化氧化转化为气态微粒而被拦截,随之废气继续进入750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂7中,在这里废气被完全催化转化,继续被后置金属泡沫催化消声板8消声,声音分贝大幅度降低。本发明的催化净化消声器筒体1在设置CDPF 5的部位分为两截安装,以抱箍9进行紧固,这样便于取出因使用时间过长而被微小颗粒堵塞的CDPF 5进行清除杂质维护。
实施2
如附图3所示,附图3是本发明的另一实施方式,这种实施方式主要是根据汽车发动机的具体结构布置而设置的,这一实施方式是将催化净化消声器筒体1分为两个独立的筒体,前一筒体的筒体内设置有前置金属泡沫催化消声板4,750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂5和CDPF6,后一筒体内设置有750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂7和后置金属泡沫催化消声板8,前、后两个筒体之间由气管10连接,连接的方式是焊接,或由抱箍9紧固,连接后前、后两个筒体形成“U”字形的排列形式。除了两个筒体的排列形式外,工作原理及工作状态与实施例1相同。
实施例3
如附图4所示,附图4是本发明的又一实施方式,这种实施方式主要是根据汽车发动机的具体结构布置而设置的,这一实施方式是将催化净化消声器筒体1分为两个独立的筒体,前一筒体的筒体内设置有前置催化金属泡沫消声板4,750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂5和CDPF6,后一筒体内设置有750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂7和后置金属泡沫催化消声板8,前、后两个筒体之间由气管10连接,连接的方式是焊接,或由抱箍9紧固,连接后前、后两个筒体形成“S”字形的排列形式。除了两个筒体的排列形式外,工作原理及工作状态与实施例1相同。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,包括催化净化消声器筒体(1)、催化净化消声器筒体(1)前端的进气口(2)和催化净化消声器筒体(1)后端的排气口(3),其特征是在催化净化消声器筒体(1)内由前端至后端依次设置有前置金属泡沫催化消声板(4),750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂(5),CDPF(6),750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂(7)和后置金属泡沫催化消声板(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,其特征是所述前置金属泡沫催化消声板(4)和后置金属泡沫催化消声板(8)的厚度分别是5-40厘米,表面涂覆有稀簿催化剂涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,其特征是所述750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂(5)是由750目金属蜂窝载体上涂覆一元催化剂涂层而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,其特征是所述750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂(7)是由750目金属蜂窝载体上涂覆三元催化剂涂层而成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,其特征是所述前置金属泡沫催化消声板(4)和后置金属泡沫催化消声板(8)表面涂覆的稀簿催化剂涂层,是用金属泡沫消声板将催化剂浓度是10-20%的催化剂浆液饱和吸附后,烧结形成的固化层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,其特征是所述制备750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂(5)和 750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂(7)的铁铬铝簿片厚度是0.03毫米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机的金属泡沫催化净化消声器,其特征是750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂(5)和750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂(7)的孔容必须分别满足发动机排出废气的最大气流容积, 750目金属蜂窝前端催化剂(5)和750目金属蜂窝后端催化剂(7)的孔容分别是发动机排出废气的最大气流容积的最高动态值的120%以上。
