Abstract
一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底,属高分子鞋底技术领域并包括原料结构和制备工艺,原料结构按质量百分比由18.13%的乙烯‑乙酸乙烯共聚物(E/VAC)、22.67%的乙烯与1‑辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC、36.26%的热塑性聚酯TPE、13.61%的乙烯与1‑辛烯的无规共聚物组成,6.35%的耐磨剂、0.27%硫化促进剂、0.9%的活性剂、0.9%的交联剂、1.36%的发泡剂组成;制备工艺包括配料、密炼、开炼、造粒和发泡成型;配料按照100kg为一手料的投料量,橡塑添加剂中的色料允许误差为±0.1g,其他添加剂允许误差为±0.5g,橡塑原料允许误差±50 g;密炼包括三次开盖调整温度、时间和最后添加;开炼包括厚通和≦1.0mm的最少一次薄通,发泡成型在液压发泡机上进行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底,特别涉及一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底,属高分子鞋底技术领域。
背景技术
鞋子,是以鞋底为基础能穿在脚上以防止脚受到伤害的一种物品,是以皮、布、木、草、塑料等为材料制作并穿在脚上用以着地的物品,也是人类必不可少的生活用品,这是对鞋子通用的释义。但是,在现代文明的今天,对于鞋子在传统意义上又加进了许多的功能元素,如休闲鞋、旅游鞋、登山鞋、跑步鞋、舞鞋等等,都在“用以着地的物品”的基础上,加进了特定功能属性。现代的鞋子有了名目繁多的功能元素附加,如何将这些附加的功能元素做的更好,这对于鞋底研发、生产人员来说,是永远无法结题、充满挑战的课题。
发明内容
为解决现代鞋底在功能元素上尽可能满足市场和消费者需求的技术问题,本发明公开一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底,包括原料结构和制备工艺,原料结构按质量百分比由18.13%的乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(E/VAC)、22.67%的乙烯与1-辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC、36.26%的热塑性聚酯TPE、13.61%的乙烯与1-辛烯的无规共聚物组成,6.35%的耐磨剂、0.27%硫化促进剂、0.9%的活性剂、0.9%的交联剂、1.36%的发泡剂组成;制备工艺包括:
步骤1、配料:按照100kg为一手料的投料量,橡塑添加剂中的色料允许误差为±0.1g,其他添加剂允许误差为±0.5g,橡塑原料允许误差±50 g;
步骤2、密炼:a、将配置好的橡塑组合物和橡塑添加剂中的耐磨剂、硫化活性剂、活性剂、显色剂投入到密炼机、设定密炼温度为100±3℃,放下加压盖、防尘门后启动密炼机,混炼360″;b、停机后开盖清扫并调整设定温度到115±3℃再密炼100″;c、停机后开盖清扫并调整设定温度到120±3℃再密炼150″;d、停机后开盖清扫并保持设定温度到120±3℃,投入发泡剂和交联剂后再密炼180″;
步骤3、开炼:设定开炼机的温度在60~80°C,5~10mm胶片厚度的厚通一次,≦1.0mm的薄通白色一次,彩色二次;
步骤4、造粒:造粒机的模头温度设定为90±10°C,然后对胶片进行挤出造粒;
步骤5、发泡成型:发泡成型在液压发泡机上进行并设定气压为8.0-10KG/cm2,导热油温度为170-190℃,模具温度为175±5℃,压缩空气气压为5-7KG/cm 2,成型发泡时间为每1mm模厚1.2-1.6分钟。
耐磨剂采用的是硅油耐磨剂,硫化促进剂采用的是ST硬脂酸,活性剂采用氧化锌。
交联剂包含过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、过氧化氢二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、二叔丁基过氧化物、2,5-二甲基-2,5 二叔丁基过氧化己烷、双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯,本发明采用双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(BIPB)。
发泡剂包含发泡剂 H 、发泡剂 AC 和发泡剂 OBSH的其中一种,本发明采用偶氮二甲酰胺。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是A.Z-BaBy(安踏公司&智铭公司联合研发的第一个成功项目),经大胆采用全新材料的科学配合后,所制作的鞋底具有1、极佳的柔软性、减震性能、回弹率和手感,回弹率与Boost Foam 相当;2、A.Z-BaBy还具有超好的耐疲劳性能,极佳的抗皱褶效果,良好的抗压缩性并可直接当鞋的外底使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底,包括原料结构和制备工艺,原料结构按质量百分比计包括:
乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(E/VAC) 18.13%
乙烯与1-辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC 22.67%
热塑性聚酯TPE 36.26%
乙烯与1-辛烯的无规共聚物 13.61%
硅油耐磨剂 6.35%
ST硬脂酸 0.27%
氧化锌 0.90%
双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(BIPB) 0.90%
偶氮二甲酰胺 1.36%
制备工艺包括:
步骤1、配料:按照100kg为一手料的投料量,橡塑添加剂中的色料允许误差为±0.1g,其他添加剂允许误差为±0.5g,橡塑原料允许误差±50 g。
步骤2、密炼:
a、将配置好的橡塑组合物和橡塑添加剂中的耐磨剂、硫化活性剂、活性剂、显色剂投入到密炼机、设定密炼温度为100±3℃,放下加压盖、防尘门后启动密炼机,混炼360″;
b、停机后开盖清扫并调整设定温度到115±3℃再密炼100″;
c、停机后开盖清扫并调整设定温度到120±3℃再密炼150″;
d、停机后开盖清扫并保持设定温度到120±3℃,投入发泡剂和交联剂后再密炼180″。
步骤3、开炼:设定开炼机的温度在60~80°C,5~10mm胶片厚度的厚通一次,≦1.0mm的薄通白色一次,彩色二次。
步骤4、造粒:造粒机的模头温度设定为90±10°C,然后对胶片进行挤出造粒。
步骤5、发泡成型:发泡成型在液压发泡机上进行并设定气压为8.0-10KG/cm2,导热油温度为170-190℃,模具温度为175±5℃,压缩空气气压为5-7KG/cm 2,成型发泡时间为每1mm模厚1.2-1.6分钟。
实施例2:本发明的最终制品:极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底与Flash Foam(IP)的同类鞋底进行物理性能检测比对,结果如下:

实施例3:本发明A.Z-BaBy的极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底与安踏的Flash Foam跑鞋的物理性能相比,几个重要参数都略胜一筹,其回弹率与Boost Foam 跑鞋相当,大胆采用全新材料的科学配合和严格的工艺控制后,达到了预期的优良效果。

1.一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底,其特征是:包括原料结构和制备工艺,原料结构由18.13%的乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(E/VAC)、22.67%的乙烯与1-辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC、36.26%的热塑性聚酯TPE、13.61%的乙烯与1-辛烯的无规共聚物组成,6.35%的耐磨剂、0.27%硫化促进剂、0.9%的活性剂、0.9%的交联剂、1.36%的发泡剂组成,制备工艺包括:
步骤1、配料:按照100kg为一手料的投料量,橡塑添加剂中的色料允许误差为±0.1g,其他添加剂允许误差为±0.5g,橡塑原料允许误差±50 g;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底,其特征是:所述的耐磨剂采用的是硅油耐磨剂,所述的硫化促进剂采用的是ST硬脂酸,所述的活性剂采用氧化锌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底,其特征是:所述的交联剂包含过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、过氧化氢二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、二叔丁基过氧化物、2,5-二甲基-2,5 二叔丁基过氧化己烷、双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯,本发明采用双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(BIPB)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种极富柔软减震功能的超感鞋底,其特征是:所述的发泡剂包含发泡剂 H 、发泡剂 AC 和发泡剂 OBSH的其中一种,本发明采用偶氮二甲酰胺。
