A kitchen waste treatment method comprises the following specific steps:
s1: crushing and squeezing the kitchen waste, adding bentonite and anaerobic bacteria, and mixing and stirring;
s2: the mixed and stirred kitchen waste is conveyed into a fermentation tank 1, the fermentation tank 1 is anaerobic, the temperature and the pH value are kept within a certain range, after fermentation for a certain time, methane is generated, the methane rises and is discharged from an air outlet pipeline 4, a rotary impeller 5 is pushed when the methane is discharged, then the kitchen waste is stirred by a stirring impeller 7 in the fermentation tank 1 through the transmission of a transmission device 6, the methane is stored in a methane storage device 11 after being discharged, and the residual residue after fermentation is conveyed into a sterilization tank 14 through a discharge machine 9;
s3: after the residues enter the sterilization tank 14, biogas in the biogas storage device 11 is led into the annular biogas stove 15 to be ignited, water in the sterilization tank 14 is heated to a certain temperature to sterilize the residues, the heated water in the sterilization tank 14 can be led into the fermentation tank 1 to heat and preserve heat of the fermentation tank 1.
S4: the sterilized residue is deodorized and can be used as feed or fertilizer.
Wherein, the anaerobic bacteria comprise methane bacteria, cellulose decomposition bacteria, fat decomposition bacteria, protein decomposition bacteria, acid-producing bacteria and bacillus, the ratio of the addition amount of bentonite to the total solid mass of TS in the kitchen garbage is 1: 10, the bentonite adsorbs sodium ions in the kitchen garbage, so that the impact on methane bacteria is reduced, and simultaneously, a large amount of calcium ions and magnesium ions can be released, and the two ions can change the permeability of anaerobic microorganism cells, so that the microorganisms can selectively absorb nutrient components required by the microorganisms, and the activity of the anaerobic bacteria is improved.
Wherein the temperature required in the fermentation tank 1 is 50-60 ℃, and the temperature in the sterilization tank 14 is 70-80 ℃.
The working principle is that after the kitchen waste is pretreated, the kitchen waste is sent into the fermentation tank 1 from the feeding port 2 by the feeding machine 3 to be fermented, after a certain period of time, methane is generated and rises into the air outlet pipeline 4 to push the rotary impeller 5, the stirring impeller 7 is driven by the transmission device 6 to rotate at a certain speed to stir the kitchen waste, the methane continuously rises into the methane storage device 11 to be stored, after the fermentation is finished, the residual residues are transmitted to the sterilization tank 14 by the discharging machine 9 at the bottom of the fermentation tank 1 to be sterilized, the methane in the methane storage device 11 is led into the annular methane stove 15 to be ignited to heat the water in the sterilization tank 14 to 70-80 ℃ for sterilization, the heat-resistant stop valve 13 is opened to communicate the hollow layer one with the hollow layer two, so that the heat in the sterilization tank 14 enters the fermentation tank 1, the temperature in the fermentation tank 1 is increased, the heat-resistant stop valve 13 is closed after the temperature and the PH value detector 8 detect the appropriate temperature, and the heat transmission is interrupted.
