Before use, the lifting mechanism 3 is adjusted to a position corresponding to the speed-multiplying chain mechanism 1 through the first air cylinder 32; the front check mechanism 5 is adjusted to a position corresponding to the double speed chain mechanism 1 by the fifth cylinder 54.
Before the speed-multiplying chain 1 is started, the second air cylinder 443 and the fourth air cylinder 44 of the clamping and positioning shaping mechanism 4 are in a loose state, and when the third air cylinder 431 is in a tight state to start the speed-multiplying chain mechanism 1, the motor 15 drives the speed-multiplying chain 12 to move forwards; when the photoelectric sensor 58 senses that the carton arrives, the fourth cylinder 44 is tightened, the two profiles 41 are driven to move towards each other through the rack 46 and the gear 47 of the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism 4, and the side pressing plates 45 on the two profiles 41 clamp two sides of the carton; the second cylinder 443 is tightened to drive the first positive pressing piece 441 on the adjusting bottom plate 44 to move forward, so as to adjust the rear side of the carton; meanwhile, the adjusting bottom plate 44 drives the two angle-shaped clamping mechanisms 43 on the rear side to move forward to the carton along the linear guide rails 42 on the two profiles 41 through the adjusting bottom plate guide rail 411 and simultaneously with the first positive pressing piece 441; the third cylinder 431 is released to allow the angle clamp 43 to adjust the angle of the carton.
It should be noted that the direction of movement of the double speed chain 12 is defined as "forward" in the present invention.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (19)

1. A paper support center positioning and clamping device for automatic carton sleeving comprises a speed doubling chain mechanism (1) for conveying cartons and a support base (2); the method is characterized in that: the support base (2) is provided with a lifting mechanism (3), and the lifting mechanism (3) is provided with a clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4) and a front blocking mechanism (5) which are matched with the speed doubling chain mechanism (1); the lifting mechanism (3), the clamping and positioning shaping mechanism (4) and the front blocking mechanism (5) are respectively provided with an air cylinder; the front blocking mechanism (5) comprises a second positive pressing piece (57) and a photoelectric sensor (58); the cylinder on the lifting mechanism (3) controls the lifting mechanism (3) to ascend to a position corresponding to the speed-multiplying chain mechanism (1), when the carton moves on the speed-multiplying chain mechanism (1) and reaches the front blocking mechanism (5), the second forward pressing piece (57) blocks the carton to continue advancing, the photoelectric sensor (58) senses the arrival of the carton, and the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4) clamps and shapes the carton.

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the speed multiplying chain mechanism (1) is arranged on the bracket base (2); the speed-multiplying chain mechanism (1) comprises two speed-multiplying chains (12) which are arranged in parallel and a speed-multiplying chain support (11) which is positioned at the lower part and supports the speed-multiplying chains (12); the outer side of the middle part of the speed doubling chain is provided with a paper support expansion plate (13); and rotating shafts are arranged at two ends of the speed doubling chain (12), and the rotating shaft at any end is connected with the motor (15) through a driving belt, so that the motor (15) can transmit power to the speed doubling chain (12), and the speed doubling chain (12) is driven to rotate.

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the paper holds in the palm and is equipped with a plurality of eyes (14) on supporting expansion board (13), can assist the transmission paper to hold in the palm the carton on supporting expansion board (13).

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lifting mechanism (3) comprises a lifting bottom plate (31) and a first cylinder (32); the lifting bottom plate (31) is arranged on the support base (2), and a telescopic rod of the first air cylinder (32) is connected with the lower side of the lifting bottom plate (31) through a floating joint; a guide column (33) is arranged on the lower side of the lifting bottom plate (31), so that the lifting bottom plate (31) can ascend or descend along the guide column (33).
5. The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 4, wherein: and a buffer spring (34) is sleeved on the guide post (33).

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4) comprises an angle clamping mechanism (43), a first positive pressing piece (441), a side clamping plate (45), a second air cylinder (443), a third air cylinder (431) and a fourth air cylinder (444); the angle clamping mechanism (43) shapes the corners of the carton, and the first positive pressing piece (441) and the side clamping plate (45) clamp the carton.

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4) comprises two parallel profiles (41), an angular clamping mechanism (43) arranged on a linear guide rail (42), a first positive pressing piece (441) arranged on an adjusting bottom plate (44), a side clamping plate (45) fixed in the middle of each profile (41), a rack (46), a gear (47) and a guide wheel (48); the upper side of each section bar (41) is provided with a linear guide rail (42).

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 7, wherein: an adjusting bottom plate guide rail (411) is arranged at the rear part between the two sectional materials (41), and an adjusting bottom plate (44) is arranged on the adjusting bottom plate guide rail (411); a first positive pressing piece (441) is arranged on the adjusting bottom plate (44); the front part of the adjusting bottom plate (44) is connected with a first floating joint (442), and the first floating joint (442) is connected with the telescopic rod of the second air cylinder (443); the second cylinder (443) is fixed on the lifting bottom plate (31); the bottom of the adjusting bottom plate (44) is provided with a cylindrical guide rail (49), and the cylindrical guide rail (49) is fixed on the lifting bottom plate (31).

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the first positive pressing piece (441) comprises a connecting part and a positive pressing part, the connecting part is fixed on the adjusting bottom plate (44), and the pressing surface of the positive pressing part faces to the front of the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4).

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the angle clamping mechanisms (43) are arranged at the front part and the rear part of each section bar (41); the third cylinder (431) and an angle piece (432) are arranged on the angle clamping mechanism (43); the angle of the angle piece (432) is a right angle, and the opening direction of the angle faces to the middle part of the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4); the third cylinder (431) is connected to an angle (432).

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 10, wherein: the number of the angle-shaped clamping mechanisms (43) is four, and the positions of the angle-shaped pieces (432) of the four angle-shaped clamping mechanisms (43) can form four rectangular right angles; the bottoms of two angle-shaped clamping mechanisms (43) positioned at the rear part of the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4) are fixed on a bracket, and the bottom of the bracket is connected with an adjusting bottom plate (44) through an adjusting bottom plate guide rail (411); the carriage cooperates with linear guides (42) on the two profiles (41) such that the carriage can move along the linear guides (42).

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 11, wherein: the rack (46) is arranged between the two profiles (41), the rack (46) is perpendicular to the two profiles (41), the number of the racks (46) is two, each rack (46) comprises a tooth part and a smooth part, and the tooth parts on the two racks (46) are correspondingly arranged; one end of the rack (46) is connected with the bottom of any section bar (41) through a connecting piece, and the other end of the rack is arranged between the gear (47) and the guide wheel (48); the tooth part of the rack (46) is meshed with the gear (47), and the smooth part is matched with the guide wheel (48); the gear (47) and the guide wheel (48) are fixed on the lifting bottom plate (31); the bottoms of the two profiles (41) are provided with cylindrical guide rails (49), and the bottoms of the cylindrical guide rails (49) are fixed on the lifting bottom plate (31); the telescopic rod of the fourth cylinder (44) is connected with the bottom of any section bar (41), and the end part of the fourth cylinder (44) is fixed on the lifting bottom plate (31).

The automatic carton nesting paper holder centering and clamping device as claimed in claim 12, wherein: side clamping plates (45) are arranged at corresponding positions on the two sectional materials (41); the lateral pressure plate (45) on each profile (41) is located between two angle clamping devices (43).

The automatic carton sleeving paper support center positioning and clamping device as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the front blocking mechanism (5) comprises the second positive pressing piece (57), a lifting plate (53) and a fifth air cylinder (54); and a second positive pressing piece (57) is arranged on the lifting plate (53).

The automatic carton nesting paper holder centering and clamping device as claimed in claim 14, wherein: the second positive pressing piece (57) is fixed on the lifting plate (53); the second positive pressing piece (57) comprises a blocking part which can block towards the rear of the clamping and positioning shaping mechanism (4); the photoelectric sensor (58) is arranged on the front side of the blocking part.

The automatic carton nesting paper holder centering and clamping device as claimed in claim 14, wherein: a guide rod (51) is arranged at the bottom of the lifting plate (53) through a fixed shaft support (52); the bottom of the lifting plate (53) is also connected with a second floating joint (55) through a floating joint fixing block (56), and the second floating joint (55) is connected with an expansion rod of the fifth cylinder (54); the fifth cylinder (54) is fixed on the lifting bottom plate (31).
17. A method for clamping and shaping a carton is characterized in that: use of the automated carton nesting clamping device of any of claims 1-16 to adjust the carton shape, comprising the following steps:
the cylinder on the lifting mechanism (3) controls the lifting mechanism (3) to ascend to a position corresponding to the speed doubling chain mechanism (1);
and starting the speed-multiplying chain mechanism (1), when the carton moves on the speed-multiplying chain mechanism (1) and reaches the front blocking mechanism (5), the second forward pressing piece (57) blocks the carton to continue to advance, the photoelectric sensor (58) senses the arrival of the carton, and the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4) clamps and shapes the carton.
18. A method of clamp forming a carton according to claim 17, wherein: the method uses the paper tray center positioning and clamping device of the automatic carton-sleeving, and before the use, the lifting mechanism (3) is adjusted to the position corresponding to the speed-multiplying chain mechanism (1) through the first air cylinder (32); the front blocking mechanism (5) is adjusted to a position corresponding to the speed multiplying chain mechanism (1) through a fifth air cylinder (54).

A method of clamp forming a carton according to claim 17, wherein: the method uses the paper tray center positioning and clamping device of an automatic case sleeving of claim 13, before the speed doubling chain (1) is started, the second air cylinder (443) and the fourth air cylinder (44) of the clamping and positioning shaping mechanism (4) are in a loosening state, and when the speed doubling chain mechanism (1) is started by the third air cylinder (431) in a tightening state, the motor (15) drives the speed doubling chain (12) to move forwards; when the photoelectric sensor (58) senses that the carton arrives, the fourth air cylinder (44) is tightened, the two profiles (41) are driven to move oppositely through the rack (46) and the gear (47) of the clamping, positioning and shaping mechanism (4), and the side pressing plates (45) on the two profiles (41) clamp two sides of the carton; the second air cylinder (443) is tightened to drive the first positive pressing piece (441) on the adjusting bottom plate (44) to move forwards, so that the rear side surface of the carton is adjusted; meanwhile, the adjusting bottom plate (44) drives two angle-shaped clamping mechanisms (43) positioned at the rear side to move forwards to the carton along the linear guide rails (42) on the two profiles (41) through the adjusting bottom plate guide rail (411) and the first positive pressing piece (441) simultaneously; the third cylinder (431) starts to release, so that the angle clamping mechanism (43) adjusts the angle of the carton.
