Description

Hair dyeing spray, preparation method and application method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair dyeing, in particular to a hair dyeing spray, a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
The hair dye has the effect of changing the appearance color of hair, and mainly comprises temporary hair dyeing, semi-permanent hair dyeing and permanent hair dyeing. The young people pursue more colors, and along with the development of the entertainment industry, many people select the disposable temporary hair dye, can select the color at will and can wash off the hair dye easily.
The main principle of the temporary hair dye is to form a film on the surface of hair by using a film forming agent, and to deposit a coloring agent on the surface of the hair to form a color coating layer. The hair dyeing spray in the market has poor film strength and high brittleness, and after the hair dyeing spray is attached to the outer surface of hair, the hair becomes inelastic, the appearance and the texture of the hair are influenced, and the hair dyeing spray looks unnatural.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the disadvantages of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hair dye spray which can provide natural elasticity to the hair after dyeing.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the hair dyeing spray, which can obtain stable and uniform hair dyeing spray.
The invention also aims to provide a method for using the hair dyeing spray, so that the hair dyeing is more uniform.
In order to achieve the first object, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the hair dyeing spray comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
1-8% of film-forming agent;
3-7% of a colorant;
23-38% of a dispersant;
3-10% of a humectant;
0.01-0.04% of EDTA disodium;
0.3 to 1 percent of phenoxyethanol;
30-80% of dimethyl ether;
the film forming agent consists of 50-55 wt% of water, 22-26 wt% of polyurethane-14 and the balance of acrylic acid (ester) copolymer AMP salt;
the humectant is a mixture of butanediol and glycerol or butanediol.
By adopting the technical scheme, after the obtained hair dyeing spray is sprayed on hair, a film with elasticity and lasting strength can be quickly formed, the coloring agent is attached to the film, the hair is more natural due to the elasticity and lasting strength of the film, the originally curled hair can also be in a naturally bent state, and the coloring durability is good; in addition, in a high humidity environment, the film is not easy to crystallize, cannot influence the appearance of color development, has good moisture resistance, is low in sticky feeling in use, is smooth after coloring, and is not frizzy.
More preferably: the composite material consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5% of a film forming agent; 5% of a coloring agent; 29.47% of a dispersant; 6% of a humectant; 0.03 percent of EDTA disodium; 0.5 percent of phenoxyethanol; and 54% of dimethyl ether.
By adopting the technical scheme, experiments show that the dyeing spray prepared according to the proportion has low using sticky feeling, can keep the natural drapability and natural elasticity of hair to the maximum extent after being used, and has lasting coloring.
More preferably: the film forming agent consists of 50 weight percent of water, 25 weight percent of polyurethane-14 and 25 weight percent of acrylic acid (ester) copolymer AMP salt.
By adopting the technical scheme, experiments show that the film forming agent prepared according to the proportion can quickly form a film on hair, and the hair still has natural elasticity and a bending state after the film is formed.
More preferably: the dispersing agent consists of ethanol accounting for 20-30% of the total amount of the hair dyeing spray, hydrophobic fumed silica accounting for 1-3% of the total amount of the hair dyeing spray and phenyl isopropyl polydimethylsiloxane accounting for 2-5% of the total amount of the hair dyeing spray.
By adopting the technical scheme, ethanol is used as a solvent, and the hydrophobic fumed silica can reduce the hydrophilicity of the coloring agent attached to the outside of the membrane while providing a dispersing effect, so that the possibility that the membrane formed by the coloring agent and the film forming agent on the outer surface of hair is wetted by water can be reduced, and the moisture resistance of the membrane and the coloring agent on the hair after hair dyeing can be improved; the phenyl isopropyl polydimethylsiloxane can provide a moisturizing effect for the outer surface of hair, so that the hair is shinier after dyeing, and the occurrence of rough hair is reduced. Experiments show that the moisture resistance of the hair dye spray on hair can be improved by using the dispersant with the proportion.
More preferably: the dispersing agent consists of ethanol accounting for 24.17 percent of the total amount of the hair dyeing spray, hydrophobic fumed silica accounting for 1.8 percent of the total amount of the hair dyeing spray and phenyl isopropyl polydimethylsiloxane accounting for 3.5 percent of the total amount of the hair dyeing spray.
By adopting the technical scheme, experiments show that the dispersing agent prepared according to the proportion has good moisture retention on hair, uniform dispersion of the pigment and excellent moisture resistance.
In order to achieve the second object, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a hair dyeing spray comprises the following steps:
s1: adding a film forming agent into ethanol to obtain a transparent mixture A;
s2: adding disodium EDTA and hydrophobic fumed silica into the mixture A, uniformly mixing, and homogenizing for 1min to obtain a mixture B;
s3: adding the phenyl isopropyl polydimethylsiloxane into the mixture B, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture C;
s4: adding a coloring agent into the mixture C, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture D;
s5: adding phenoxyethanol and butanediol into the mixture D, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture E, and discharging;
s6: and bottling the mixture E and dimethyl ether to obtain the hair dyeing spray.
By adopting the technical scheme, uniform hair dyeing spray is obtained.
More preferably: in the step S1, the stirring speed is 100r/min, and the stirring time is 28-35 min; in step S2, stirring speed is 100r/min, stirring time is 11-18min, and stirring speed during homogenizing is 3000 r/min; in step S3, the stirring speed is 100r/min, and the stirring time is 13-16 min; in steps S4 and S5, the stirring speed is 300r/min, and the stirring time is 30-35 min.
By adopting the technical scheme, the raw materials in each step are fully stirred and mixed to obtain uniform hair dyeing spray.
In order to achieve the third object, the invention provides the following technical solutions: a method for using hair dyeing spray for drying hair comprises shaking bottle body for 10s, keeping the bottle body vertical, spraying hair uniformly at a distance of 25-40cm away from hair, spraying for several times, standing for 3-5min, and drying.
By adopting the technical scheme, the dyed hair is uniform in coloring and good in durability.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. by adopting the film forming agent consisting of water, polyurethane-14 and acrylic acid (ester) copolymer AMP salt, after the hair dyeing spray is sprayed on the hair, a film with elasticity and lasting strength can be quickly formed, the coloring agent is attached to the film, the film has elasticity and lasting strength, so that the hair is more natural, the originally curled hair can also present a natural bending state, and the coloring durability is good.

TABLE 2 comparative examples 1-5 compositions and corresponding masses (kg)
Figure BDA0002351489380000051
Characterization experiment:
1. evaluation experiment of dyeing uniformity and natural degree
Subject: examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-5, for a total of 12 experimental groups.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: a total of 6 evaluators who were not achromatous and had no other eye disease, and one operator, were selected for 3 males and 3 females. 12 groups of 30cm long and 3g human black straight hair bundles were prepared, and 12 groups of the straight hair bundles corresponded to examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 5, respectively. Before using the hair dyeing spray, combing the hair bundle in the length direction for 10 times, and then carrying out hair dyeing operation; and (3) dyeing the hair: the bottle body is shaken for 10s, the vertical state of the bottle body is kept, the hair is uniformly sprayed at a distance of 30cm away from the hair, the hair is not required to be sprayed in a spot mode, a small amount of spraying is carried out for multiple times, after three times of spraying, the bottle body is placed for 3min, and then the bottle body is dried completely, and hair dyeing is completed.
The evaluators visually evaluate the dyeing uniformity of 12 groups of hair strands, evaluate the natural degree of the hair after the hair is dyed in a shaking way, evaluate the hair by 1-5 points, evaluate the hair by 1 point, evaluate the hair by integers and multiples of 0.5, and record and calculate the average score.
The experimental results are as follows: the results of the dyeing uniformity and naturalness evaluation are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 dyeing uniformity, evaluation of natural degree test results
Figure BDA0002351489380000061
And (3) data analysis: as can be seen from the data in Table 3, the scores of 4 points or more were obtained for the dyeing uniformity and the degree of naturalness after dyeing in examples 1 to 7, while the scores of 1 to 3 points were obtained for the dyeing uniformity and the degree of naturalness after dyeing in comparative examples.
As can be seen from the data in the table, the components of the dispersant and the mixture ratio of the components can directly influence the dispersibility of the colorant in the hair dyeing spray, thereby influencing the uniformity after hair dyeing; meanwhile, the adoption of the film forming agent also influences the uniformity of the dyed hair to a certain extent. The proportion of the three components in the film forming agent can directly influence the natural degree of dyed hair through the elasticity of the film after film forming, which shows that the film forming agent with the optimal proportion can form an elastic film, thereby improving the natural degree of hair.
2. Evaluation of moisture resistance and coloring durability
Subject: examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-5, for a total of 12 experimental groups.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the hair bundles obtained in experiment 1, dyeing uniformity and natural degree evaluation experiment are divided into two 30cm hair bundles in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 5, and the two hair bundles are respectively a first hair bundle group and a second hair bundle group, wherein the first hair bundle group is subjected to a durability evaluation experiment, and the second hair bundle group is subjected to a moisture resistance evaluation experiment.
Evaluation test of durability: hanging all the tufts in the first tuft group in an environment with the temperature of 26 +/-2 ℃ and the humidity of 45% RH, taking photos of all the tufts at 0h and placing the photos beside the corresponding tufts, and comparing the photos with the colors of the tufts in the corresponding photos at 12h and 18h for scoring, wherein the color of the tufts in the photos is no different from the original color at 0, the persistence is good, the color of the tufts in the photos is 5, the color of the tufts in the photos is seriously faded, and the scores can be calculated by taking integers and multiples of 0.5.
Moisture resistance evaluation experiment: hanging all the hair bundles in the second hair bundle group to an environment with the temperature of 26 +/-2 ℃ and the humidity of 70% RH and 85% RH respectively, observing whether white crystallization occurs on the outer surface of the hair for 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours, and grading by 0-5 parts, wherein the white crystallization does not occur when the white crystallization occurs when the.
The experimental results are as follows: the results of evaluation of the coloring durability are shown in Table 4, and the results of evaluation of the moisture resistance are shown in Table 5.
TABLE 4 coloring durability evaluation test results
Figure BDA0002351489380000071
TABLE 5 moisture resistance evaluation test results
Figure BDA0002351489380000072
And (3) data analysis: as can be seen from Table 4, the examples showed good dyeing durability at both 12h and 24h, and the comparative example showed poor durability at 12 h. Examples the tendency of change in the degree of permanence, similar to the tendency of change in the degree of naturalness of dyeing in experiment 1, shows that the film-forming agent can form an elastic and strong film on the hair, thereby achieving the advantages of imparting both naturalness and dyeing permanence to the hair. Comparing with the comparison ratios 1-5, it was found that the combination of the humectant and the film forming agent can improve the adhesion of the film on the hair, thereby improving the durability of the dyeing.
As can be seen from Table 5, under the condition of humidity of 70% RH, the crystallization in examples 1-4h was not crystallized, while the crystallization in comparative example was severe and the crystallization was more severe with the lapse of time. The examples also started to crystallize under the condition of 85% RH, but the crystallization was better than the comparative example.
The humidity of the external environment is generally between 40 and 70 percent RH, so the non-crystallization embodiment can be well adapted to the external environment under the condition that the humidity is 70 percent RH, the use in daily life is enough, and the crystallization of the polymer on the hair can be well avoided, so that the appearance of the dyed hair is influenced.
The embodiments are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and those skilled in the art can make modifications to the embodiments without any inventive contribution as required after reading the present specification, but only protected by the patent laws within the scope of the claims.
