Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to mascara and a preparation method thereof, in particular to light and wax-free mascara and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Mascara is a product which is commonly used when women make up. However, in the using and manufacturing process, the following problems exist: (1) the traditional mascara adopts a large amount of wax to shape the shape of eyelashes, and has dry and astringent skin feel, hard texture and poor comfort; (2) after the traditional mascara is dressed up, eyelashes can be bent aside to form interlacing, which is not natural enough; (3) the traditional mascara needs to be emulsified at high temperature, and the energy consumption is large.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the object of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a light mascara free of wax.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a light and wax-free mascara comprises the following components in parts by weight: 32-36 parts of acrylate copolymer, 4-6 parts of ethyl cellulose, 0.5-1.5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.5-1.5 parts of sucrose laurate and 0.3-0.5 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose.
The mascara formula disclosed by the invention does not contain wax raw materials, has no heavy feeling and light texture, is formed by adopting ethyl cellulose, has soft skin feeling, and is prepared by utilizing the adhesive force of the ethyl cellulose and hair; because the acrylate polymer can form a long-lasting waterproof film on eyelashes; the ethyl cellulose has good affinity and adhesive force to eyelashes, so that the product has good water resistance and lasting makeup effect; the sucrose laurate has strong emulsifying power, and when makeup is removed, the paste body can be dissolved in water and washed away by the water as long as the paste body is kneaded for a moment by water or makeup removing liquid.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the acrylate copolymer to the ethyl cellulose to the polyvinylpyrrolidone is: acrylate copolymer: ethyl cellulose: polyvinylpyrrolidone ═ 34: 5: 1.
through a large number of creative tests, the inventor of the application finds that the compounding of the three components in the weight ratio can further realize the synergistic effect, and the mascara is endowed with a more lasting waterproof effect.
Preferably, the mascara comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 34 parts of acrylate copolymer, 5 parts of ethyl cellulose, 1 part of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1 part of sucrose laurate and 0.4 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose. The mascara with the components and the content has lighter texture, softer skin feel and longer water resistance.
Preferably, the acrylate copolymer is COVACRYL MS 11.
Preferably, the mascara further comprises the following solvents in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of deionized water and 8-12 parts of ethanol.
Preferably, the mascara further comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 0.5-1.5 parts of butanediol and 9-11 parts of isostearic acid. The butanediol is used as a humectant and endows the mascara with a better moisturizing effect, and the isostearic acid is used as a moisturizer and endows the mascara with a better moisturizing effect.
Preferably, the mascara further comprises 0.5-0.7 weight part of PE 9010. The PE9010 has a good anticorrosion effect.
Preferably, the mascara further comprises 11-13 parts by weight of a colorant, and the colorant is black iron oxide.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the mascara, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing water and sucrose laurate in a container A, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, uniformly dispersing, and then cooling to the normal temperature of 25 ℃ for later use;
2) adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxyethyl cellulose, butanediol and PE9010 into the container A, and uniformly stirring and dispersing;
3) mixing ethyl cellulose, ethanol and isostearic acid uniformly, adding into a container A, homogenizing and emulsifying;
4) adding iron oxide black into the container A, and homogenizing;
5) adding the acrylate copolymer into the container A, and uniformly stirring;
6) and sealing at normal temperature for filling into the mascara package.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the mascara formula disclosed by the invention is free of wax raw materials, free of heavy feeling and light in texture. This patent adopts ethyl cellulose element shaping, and the skin feels soft moist, utilizes the adhesive force of ethyl fibre and hair, prepares a mascara that the comfort is strong.
Because the acrylate polymer can form a long-lasting waterproof film on eyelashes; the ethyl cellulose has good affinity and adhesive force to eyelashes, so that the product has good water resistance and lasting makeup effect, and the cream does not fall off after being soaked in water for 2 hours after being tested to be formed; the sucrose laurate has strong emulsifying power, and when makeup is removed, the paste body can be dissolved in water and washed away by the water as long as the paste body is kneaded for a moment by water or makeup removing liquid. In addition, the formula is convenient to prepare, and the oil phase raw material and the water phase raw material can be emulsified at low temperature after being respectively stirred uniformly.
