Abstract

本发明涉及一种无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其重量份组成为:50‑60份聚烯烃树脂、10‑20份无醇增塑剂、3‑10份纳米二氧化硅、2‑5份钙锌复合稳定剂、15‑20份低密度聚乙烯树脂、2‑8份无机阻燃剂,以及0.2‑0.4份抗氧剂。通过该无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物制得的汽车线束具有无味、阻燃效果好等特性,且无卤族元素,对环境友好。

无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,属于电线线缆材料领域。
背景技术
基于聚氯乙烯树脂的组合物通常作为汽车线束中的包覆线,虽然其具有良好的阻燃和耐磨性能,但是,聚氯乙烯树脂往往会因焚烧或车辆事故火灾而燃烧产生大量卤素气体之类的有害物质,从而造成环境问题。
并且,由于现有的聚氯乙烯树脂的组合物中添加了大量的增塑剂、稳定剂和润滑剂等低分子物质,例如,常规的增塑剂因酯化反应而残余的低分子直链醇和副生的异构醛、醇等气体性挥发物;而该直链醇和副生的异构醛、醇等气体性挥发物采用工业蒸馏手段是难以从增塑剂中完全去除的,因此使得其加工得到的汽车线束具有难闻、有害的气味。
基于上述情况,本发明提供一种无味、无卤素,且具有良好阻燃效果汽车线束用电缆料组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,通过该组合物制得的汽车线束具有无味、阻燃效果好、耐磨等特性,且无卤族元素,对环境友好。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,重量份组成为:
50-60份聚烯烃树脂、10-20份无醇增塑剂、3-10份纳米二氧化硅、2-5份钙锌复合稳定剂、15-20份低密度聚乙烯树脂、2-8份无机阻燃剂,以及0.2-0.4份
抗氧剂。
进一步地,所述聚烯烃树脂为聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂。
进一步地,所述无醇增塑剂由聚酯增塑剂和聚碳酸增塑剂复合而成。
进一步地,所述聚酯增塑剂为己二酸增塑剂,所述聚碳酸增塑剂为二氧化碳基聚合物。
进一步地,在所述无醇增塑剂中,所述己二酸增塑剂与二氧化碳基聚合物的质量比为1:4。
进一步地,所述聚烯烃树脂的聚合度为1600~2000。
进一步地,所述聚烯烃树脂为聚丙烯树脂。
进一步地,所述无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物还包括1-3份重量份的硫酸钡和硅酮粉体。
进一步地,所述纳米二氧化硅为活性气相纳米二氧化硅。
进一步地,所述活性气相纳米二氧化硅的密度为0.1-0.2g/cm3
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物选用特定组分和含量的聚烯烃树脂和低密度聚乙烯树脂,未采用含有卤族元素的材料,使其对环境友好。其次,采用二氧化碳基聚合物作为主要增塑剂,完全排除了直链醇和副生的异构醛、醇等气体性挥发物的产生,并加入适量的聚酯型增塑剂来辅助调节配方硬度。故,通过该无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物制得的汽车线束具有无味、阻燃效果好等特性,且无卤族元素,对环境友好。
并且,本发明还通过向组合物中加入硫酸钡和硅酮粉体,使其具有耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
本实施例的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物以聚丙烯树脂(聚合度为1600)为主要成分,还添加有己二酸增塑剂、二氧化碳基聚合物、纳米二氧化硅、钙锌复合稳定剂、低密度聚乙烯树脂、无级阻燃剂以及抗氧剂,按重量份计分别为:

纳米二氧化硅为活性气相纳米二氧化硅,其密度为0.1-0.2g/cm3
本实施例中,该无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物的制备工艺如下:将50份聚丙烯树脂-1600与3份纳米二氧化硅、4份钙锌复合稳定剂、17份低密度聚乙烯树脂、3份无机阻燃剂和0.2份抗氧剂在150±10℃下混合低速搅拌,随后升温至180℃,缓慢加入3份己二酸增塑剂和12份二氧化碳基聚合物(可使增塑剂被充分吸收,从而辅助调节其硬度),搅拌均匀后得到本实施例的组合物。
本实施例所制得的电缆料组合物经过测试,具有无味、阻燃效果好等特性。
实施例二
本实施例的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物以聚丙烯树脂(聚合度为1600)为主要成分,还添加有己二酸增塑剂、二氧化碳基聚合物、纳米二氧化硅、钙锌复合稳定剂、低密度聚乙烯树脂、无级阻燃剂以及抗氧剂,按重量份计分别为:

纳米二氧化硅为活性气相纳米二氧化硅,其密度为0.1-0.2g/cm3
本实施例中,该无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物的制备工艺如下:将58份聚丙烯树脂-2000与6份纳米二氧化硅、5份钙锌复合稳定剂、18份低密度聚乙烯树脂、5份无机阻燃剂、0.4份抗氧剂、2.5份硫酸钡和1.7份硅酮粉体在150±10℃下混合低速搅拌,随后升温至180℃,缓慢加入3份己二酸增塑剂和12份二氧化碳基聚合物(可使增塑剂被充分吸收,从而辅助调节其硬度),搅拌均匀后得到本实施例的组合物。
与实施例一所制得的电缆料组合物相比,本实施例的电缆料组合物还具有耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。
综上所述:本发明的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物选用特定组分和含量的聚烯烃树脂和低密度聚乙烯树脂,未采用含有卤族元素的材料,使其对环境友好。其次,采用二氧化碳基聚合物作为主要增塑剂,完全排除了直链醇和副生的异构醛、醇等气体性挥发物的产生,并加入适量的聚酯型增塑剂来辅助调节配方硬度。故,通过该无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物制得的汽车线束具有无味、阻燃效果好等特性,且无卤族元素,对环境友好。

Claims (10)

1.一种无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,重量份组成为:
50-60份聚烯烃树脂、10-20份无醇增塑剂、3-10份纳米二氧化硅、2-5份钙锌复合稳定剂、15-20份低密度聚乙烯树脂、2-8份无机阻燃剂,以及0.2-0.4份抗氧剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃树脂为聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,所述无醇增塑剂由聚酯增塑剂和聚碳酸增塑剂复合而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,所述聚酯增塑剂为己二酸增塑剂,所述聚碳酸增塑剂为二氧化碳基聚合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,在所述无醇增塑剂中,所述己二酸增塑剂与二氧化碳基聚合物的质量比为1:4。
6.如权利要求1所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃树脂的聚合度为1600~2000。
7.如权利要求6所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃树脂为聚丙烯树脂。
8.如权利要求1所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,所述无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物还包括1-3份重量份的硫酸钡和硅酮粉体。
9.如权利要求1所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅为活性气相纳米二氧化硅。
10.如权利要求9所述的无味阻燃汽车线束用电缆料组合物,其特征在于,所述活性气相纳米二氧化硅的密度为0.1-0.2g/cm3
