Abstract
本发明公开了一种改性硅灰棉及其制备方法与应用。所述改性硅灰棉为3‑异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和如式I所述的硅烷偶联剂联合改性制备。本发明制备的改性硅灰棉采用两种硅烷偶联剂联合改性,大大提高了材料的耐摩擦性能,采用改性硅灰棉为原料制备的盘式刹车片,摩擦系数达到0.63,满足目前盘式刹车片制备的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于摩擦材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种改性硅灰棉及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
随着现代交通工具的高速发展,汽车使用越来越广泛,汽车运行中的安全性能主要依靠制动系统。而摩擦材料对汽车制动行为有着关键的作用,在一次制动过程中,行使着的车辆的动能转换成摩擦副表面的热能,这些热能主要是通过制动盘的传导和向大气的对流来消耗。摩擦材料上引发一些化学反应、金相变化以及磨损过程,通常,轿车前制动盘的温度为150-250℃,而后制动片的表面温度可达380℃或更高。
摩擦材料是通过摩擦制动使行驶中的汽车停下来且具有一定结构强度的三元复合材料,主要为刹车片。随着科技的进步,汽车工业的不断推进,人们对汽车行驶速度的要求不断提高,摩擦材料也应该做出改进,不但要求摩擦系数较高而平稳,还要求磨损率低、机械强度高、噪音低、导热率高、能经受化学腐蚀、原材料经济实惠、制造工艺简单等。
偶联剂是一种具有极性相反的两个官能团的有机化合物,它可以通过自身的偶联作用将理化性质区别较大的两种材料紧密點合起来改善复合材料的力学性能。硅灰棉是树脂基摩擦材料常用的主要组分,对其进行改性可以提高材料的性能,但是,目前的改性提高摩擦因数有限,没有达到目前盘式刹车片的新标准要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改性硅灰棉及其制备方法与应用。
一种改性硅灰棉,所述改性硅灰棉为3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和如式I所述的硅烷偶联剂联合改性制备:
一种改性硅灰棉的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷溶解于水中,配制成质量浓度为10-30%的水溶液;
(2)将式I所述的化合物溶解于无水乙醇中,配制成质量浓度为10-30%的乙醇溶液;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)制备的溶液按照体积比(0.5-3):1的体积比混合,加入硅灰棉,水浴加热并搅拌8-15min,然后过滤,自然风干,放入烘箱,在70-90℃下干燥0.5-2h,即得到经过偶联剂改性的硅灰棉。
所述硅灰棉与硅烷偶联剂溶液的用量质量比为1:(0.5-2)。
上述改性硅灰棉在制备摩擦材料中的应用。
优选的,所述硅灰棉作为制备盘式刹车片。
一种盘式刹车片,包括如下重量份数的组分:改性硅灰棉20-30份、酚醛树脂10-20份、丁晴橡胶10-20份、萤石5-8份、黄铜矿3-8份、鳞片石墨5-8份。
上述盘式刹车片的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份数,取改性硅灰棉20-30份、酚醛树脂10-20份、丁晴橡胶10-20份、萤石5-8份、黄铜矿3-8份、鳞片石墨5-8份,放入立式高速混料机混合均匀,然后放入烘箱中,150-170℃烘干8-10h;
(2)干燥后的混和料在150-170℃,15-25MPa条件下干燥10-15min,加热加压固化成形;
(3)固化成形后的盘式刹车片在烘箱中进行热处理,热处理温度180-220℃,时间4-7h。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的改性硅灰棉采用3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和如式I所述的硅烷偶联剂联合改性,大大提高了材料的耐摩擦性能,采用改性硅灰棉为原料制备的盘式刹车片,摩擦系数达到0.63,满足目前盘式刹车片制备的要求。

实施例1

一种改性硅灰棉的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷溶解于水中,配制成质量浓度为20%的水溶液;
(2)将式I所述的化合物溶解于无水乙醇中,配制成质量浓度为20%的乙醇溶液;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)制备的溶液按照体积比1:1的体积比混合,加入硅灰棉,硅灰棉与硅烷偶联剂溶液的用量质量比为1:2,水浴加热并搅拌12min,然后过滤,自然风干,放入烘箱,在80℃下干燥1.5h,即得到经过偶联剂改性的硅灰棉。
实施例3
一种改性硅灰棉的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷溶解于水中,配制成质量浓度为20%的水溶液;
(2)向步骤(1)制备的硅烷偶联剂溶液中加入硅灰棉,硅灰棉与硅烷偶联剂溶液的用量质量比为1:2,水浴加热并搅拌12min,然后过滤,自然风干,放入烘箱,在80℃下干燥1.5h,即得到经过偶联剂改性的硅灰棉。
实施例4
一种改性硅灰棉的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将式I所述的化合物溶解于无水乙醇中,配制成质量浓度为20%的乙醇溶液;
(3)向步骤(1)制备的硅烷偶联剂溶液中加入硅灰棉,硅灰棉与硅烷偶联剂溶液的用量质量比为1:2,水浴加热并搅拌12min,然后过滤,自然风干,放入烘箱,在80℃下干燥1.5h,即得到经过偶联剂改性的硅灰棉。
实施例5盘式刹车片的制备
盘式刹车片的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份数,取改性硅灰棉25份、酚醛树脂15份、丁晴橡胶15份、萤石6份、黄铜矿7份、鳞片石墨6份,放入立式高速混料机混合均匀,然后放入烘箱中,160℃烘干9h;
所述改性硅灰棉分别采用实施例2-4制备的改性硅灰棉及未改性硅灰棉(标记组别为组1,组2,组3及对照组);
(2)干燥后的混和料在160℃,20MPa条件下干燥12min,加热加压固化成形;
(3)固化成形后的盘式刹车片在烘箱中进行热处理,热处理温度200℃,时间6h。
按国家标准GB5763-2008《汽车用制动衬片》中第四类盘式制动器衬片规定的要求,采用D-MS150摩擦磨损试验机进行摩擦磨损试验,转速为500r/min,压力为0.98MPa,从100℃升到350℃,每隔50℃运转5000转,然后再从300℃降温到100℃,每隔50℃运转1500转,记录运转中的摩擦因数。

以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (7)
2.一种改性硅灰棉的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将3-异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷溶解于水中,配制成质量浓度为10-30%的水溶液;
(2)将式I所述的化合物溶解于无水乙醇中,配制成质量浓度为10-30%的乙醇溶液;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)制备的溶液按照体积比(0.5-3):1的体积比混合,加入硅灰棉,水浴加热并搅拌8-15min,然后过滤,自然风干,放入烘箱,在70-90℃下干燥0.5-2h,即得到经过偶联剂改性的硅灰棉。
3.根据权利要求2所述改性硅灰棉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅灰棉与硅烷偶联剂溶液的用量质量比为1:(0.5-2)。
4.权利要求1所述改性硅灰棉在制备摩擦材料中的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述性硅灰棉在制备摩擦材料中的应用,其特征在于,所述硅灰棉作为制备盘式刹车片。
6.一种盘式刹车片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:改性硅灰棉20-30份、酚醛树脂10-20份、丁晴橡胶10-20份、萤石5-8份、黄铜矿3-8份、鳞片石墨5-8份。
7.权利要求6所述盘式刹车片的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份数,取改性硅灰棉20-30份、酚醛树脂10-20份、丁晴橡胶10-20份、萤石5-8份、黄铜矿3-8份、鳞片石墨5-8份,放入立式高速混料机混合均匀,然后放入烘箱中,150-170℃烘干8-10h;
(2)干燥后的混和料在150-170℃,15-25MPa条件下干燥10-15min,加热加压固化成形;
(3)固化成形后的盘式刹车片在烘箱中进行热处理,热处理温度180-220℃,时间4-7h。
