Abstract
本发明提供一种无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料和制备方法,属于汽车制动新材料技术领域。所发明的材料是由聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂、陶瓷纤维、改性针状硅灰石、纤维状海泡石、重晶石、蓝晶石、石墨、二硫化钼、摩擦粉组成,按干法成型中的预混料模压法制备的材料符合《汽车用制动器衬片》GB5763-2008要求,摩擦性能比传统刹车片好。克服了石棉和金属纤维做刹车片时高温摩擦不稳定、刹车尖叫、震颤、易腐蚀、对人体危害等缺陷,提高了刹车片的整体摩擦性能,延长其使用寿命,净化环境。

技术领域
本发明提供一种无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料和制备方法,属于汽车制动新材料技术领域。
背景技术
汽车用制动器衬片在汽车工业中属于关键的安全件,汽车的制动和驻车都离不开它,汽车用制动器衬片质量的优劣直接关系到人民的生命财产安全,其功能地位不言而喻。刹车片成分中40%~60%是石棉,石棉材料能提供良好的摩擦性能,但是石棉微纤会对人体健康造成巨大威胁,现在,出于环境保护角度的考虑,越来越多的国家通过立法来禁止石棉材料的使用,同时石棉在400℃时会失去结晶水而导致摩擦性能不稳定。半金属配方刹车片,主要采用粗糙钢丝绒做为摩擦纤维,这种刹车片存在密度大,易产生刹车尖叫和震颤,易腐蚀等问题,特别是噪声问题,目前已成为严重的城市公共污染。
发明内容
本发明提供一种无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料和制备方法,属于汽车制动新材料技术领域。所发明的材料是由聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂、陶瓷纤维、改性针状硅灰石、纤维状海泡石、重晶石、蓝晶石、石墨、二硫化钼、摩擦粉组成,按干法成型中的预混料模压法制备的材料符合《汽车用制动器衬片》GB5763-2008要求,摩擦性能比传统刹车片好。克服了石棉和金属纤维做刹车片时高温摩擦不稳定、刹车尖叫、震颤、易腐蚀、对人体危害等缺陷,提高了刹车片的整体摩擦性能,延长其使用寿命,净化环境。
技术方案:
本实验采用的是干法成型中的预混料模压法:
步骤一:将不同质量配比的聚醚亚胺和环氧树脂在一定温度下搅拌均匀、透明,降至一定温度后加入DDS,搅拌至溶解制得聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂复合材料。
步骤二:一种无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料和制备方法的配方组成:(按重量百分比)
聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂35~40,陶瓷纤维7~9,改性针状硅灰石25~30,纤维状海泡石10~12,重晶石3~5,蓝晶石3~5,石墨 2~3,二硫化钼 2~5,摩擦粉1~3
将上述配方中的各组分原料放入50~70℃干燥箱内烘干1~2小时。
步骤三:按比例称量各组分,并在混料机内均匀混合,混合时间为5~8min、速度为600~800转/秒。
步骤四:将模具预热到210~220℃;热压压力:3.0~3.5Mpa(表压);热压温度:220~300℃;
保温时间:50~70s/mm(根据样品厚度5~7mm,在热压开始阶段一般保温时间为8~10min,每隔10~30s打开模腔放气3~5次,之后进入保温阶段)。
步骤五:热压完成后的制品,必须经过固化处理保证树脂完全固化,本实验热处理工艺见下表:

具体实施例:
实施例1:(按重量百分比)聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂40%,改性针状硅灰石28%,纤维状海泡石12%,重晶石5%,蓝晶石5%,石墨3%,二硫化钼5%,摩擦粉2%。模具预热210℃,热压压力3.0Mpa,热压温度250℃,保压时间60s/mm。
实施例2:(按重量百分比)聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂37%,陶瓷纤维9%,改性针状硅灰石28%,纤维状海泡石12%,重晶石4%,蓝晶石4%,石墨2%,二硫化钼3%,摩擦粉1%。模具预热220℃,热压压力3.3Mpa,热压温度300℃,保压时间60s/mm。
实施例3:(按重量百分比)聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂36%,陶瓷纤维9%,改性针状硅灰石30%,纤维状海泡石10%,重晶石4%,蓝晶石4%,石墨3%,二硫化钼2%,摩擦粉2%。模具预热220℃,热压压力3.5Mpa,热压温度230℃,保压时间60s/mm。
现将实施例1~3的性能与《汽车用制动器衬片》GB5763-2008性能和传统刹车片性能进行对比,见下表:

通过表1和表2可以看出,按本发明制得的无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料性能复合《汽车用制动器衬片》GB5763,并且性能明显优于传统刹车片。
Claims (4)
1.一种无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料的组成由以下物料组成按重量百分比:
聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂 , 35~40;陶瓷纤维,7~9;改性针状硅灰石,25~30;纤维状海泡石,10~12;重晶石,3~5;蓝晶石,3~5;石墨,2~3;二硫化钼,2~5;摩擦粉,1~3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料,其特征在于:通过聚醚亚胺(PEI)与环氧树脂(环氧值0.45~0.48)在二氨基二苯砜(DDS)中共混得到基体树脂聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料,其特征在于:替代石棉增强的纤维为陶瓷纤维(长度1.0~3.5mm,直径2~4μm),改性针状硅灰石(长径比L:D>12)纤维状海泡石(长径比L:D>50)进行1:4:3组合复配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无石棉及金属材料刹车片用复合材料,其特征是所述方法为:①、将不同质量配比的聚醚亚胺和环氧树脂在一定温度下搅拌均匀、透明,降至一定温度后加入DDS,搅拌至溶解制得聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂复合材料;②、将所用原料放入50~70℃干燥箱内烘干1~2小时;③、按比例称量各组分,并在混料机内均匀混合,混合时间为5~8min、速度为600~800转/秒;④、设定工艺条件:将模具预热到210~220℃;热压压力:3.0~3.5Mpa(表压);热压温度:220~300℃;保温时间:50~70s/mm(根据样品厚度5~7mm,在热压开始阶段一般保温时间为8~10min,每隔10~30s打开模腔放气3~5次,之后进入保温阶段;⑤、热压完成后的制品,必须经过固化处理保证树脂完全固化,本实验热处理工艺为室温~100℃时0.5~1h匀速升温+0.5~1h保温;100℃~120℃时0.5~1h匀速升温+0.5~1h保温;120℃~150℃时0.5~1h匀速升温+1~2h保温 。
