Description

Special fertilizer for nuts and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological organic fertilizers, and particularly relates to a special fertilizer for nuts and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Nuts, a classification of closed fruit, have a hard pericarp and contain 1 or more seeds. The nuts are the essential parts of plants, are generally rich in nutrition, contain high protein, grease, mineral substances and vitamins, and have excellent effects on growth and development of human bodies, physique enhancement and disease prevention. Eating more nuts, especially tree nuts (e.g. walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, etc.), can reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in type 2 diabetic patients. Nut flowering, fruit setting and fruit development require adequate carbohydrate, reasonable nitrogen fertilizer application is also required, and low nitrogen also results in a reduction in branch count technology with fruiting potential. The nitrogen fertilizer is applied by a small amount for many times, so that the nitrogen fertilizer can be more effectively absorbed and utilized by the tree body. However, no effective nut fertilizer is currently available on the market.
The organic waste generally comprises wormcast, dioscorea cirrhosa residues, cow dung, pig dung, chicken manure, traditional Chinese medicine residues and the like, the earthworms are cultured by the sludge and the organic waste, the cultured wormcast contains a large number of microbial floras and can improve the physical performance of soil, but the moisture content is high (not reaching the organic fertilizer standard), and the organic matter content and the nutrient are not too high. The insect sand produced by breeding the hermetia illucens has very high organic matter content and nutrients, contains chitin, but hardly contains microorganisms.

The optimum production temperature of the nuts is 15-30 ℃, the average annual temperature is over 27 ℃, the average coldest month temperature is over 10 ℃, the extreme lowest temperature is over 0 ℃, the extreme highest temperature is below 38 ℃, the growth temperature is 9-31 ℃, the night temperature of the flower bud differentiation period is 18-20 ℃, the annual precipitation amount is over 1200 mm, the planting altitude is 370-2300 m, and the nuts are most suitable for planting in tropical areas without wind damage.
Planting requirements are as follows: in a gentle circular field below 5 degrees, cross calibration is adopted, the plant spacing is 5 m, the row spacing is 7 m, and plant and row markers are respectively in a straight line and are mutually vertical; and constructing equal-height terraces on sloping fields with the angle of more than 5 degrees according to the row spacing of 7 m, wherein the width of terraces is 3-4 m, the plant spacing is 5 m, and 20 plants are planted per mu.
The row spacing of nuts is large, and the nuts need to be cultivated and weeded two to three times a year. The garden management can be enhanced by adopting an intercropping and interplanting mode. It can be interplanted with beans, potatoes, vegetables and the like, and the crops are interplanted for fertilization, and the increase of soil fertility can be improved, thus being beneficial to seedlings. The fertilizer is used for fertilizing and thin-applying, combines with intertillage and weeding every year, mainly takes organic fertilizer as main raw material, and is matched with proper inorganic fertilizer to ensure that the saplings grow rapidly in dry seasons to meet the needs of fertilizer and moisture.
And (2) applying enough base fertilizer, applying 15-25 kg of calcium superphosphate per mu, and applying 1000 kg of special bio-organic fertilizer for nuts produced by using hermetia illucens sand and organic waste.
The principle of thin and frequent fertilization is to be mastered. After the nut trees are planted and survive for about 1 month, new shoots grow out, and fertilization can be started. Because the root system of the young tree is weak and small, the absorption capacity is poor, and the fertilizer application is carried out frequently and thinly, so that the effect of 'one-shoot two-fertilizer' is achieved, namely, the first fertilizer is applied when the eye of a bud sprouts each time, the young tree is promoted to sprout, and the second fertilizer is applied when the leaves of the young tree are fully unfolded and turn green, so that the young tree is promoted to grow robustly.
The fertilizing amount is determined by the size of the tree body, the fertilizer type and the soil property, and if the fertilizing amount and the method are not properly controlled, the roots are easy to be injured, and the growth of the tree body is influenced. The fertilizer for young trees is mainly nitrogen fertilizer, and properly matched with phosphorus-potassium fertilizer to promote the growth of tree crowns. And 3-5 kg of special bio-organic fertilizer for nuts can be produced by applying the hermetia illucens rotten and organic wastes to each plant in the first year after planting. 30-50 g of compound fertilizer or 25-30 g of urea and 15-20 g of potassium chloride are added.
Topdressing is carried out for 1 time per month after 10 leaves of the seedling, and the seedling is watered once by adding 5-10 kg of water into 5 g of nitrogen fertilizer per plant. 200 kg of special bio-organic fertilizer for nuts is produced by utilizing black soldier fly sand and organic waste per mu.
The fertilizing amount in the second year can be increased by 1 time than that in the first year, and then the fertilizing amount is correspondingly increased along with the increase of the tree age. In addition, according to the size of the crown, 10-15 kg of black soldier fly sand and organic waste are applied to each tree to produce the special bio-organic fertilizer for nuts, furrows or annular furrows (the depth is 15-20 cm, the width is 20-30 cm) are dug along the dripping line of the crown, and soil is returned after fertilization.
And after the fruit trees are mature, fertilization is not needed every month. The topdressing is carried out twice a year, and 1000-1500 kg of the special biological organic fertilizer for nuts is produced by using the hermetia illucens sand and the organic waste per mu. The fertilizing amount is increased every year, and the fixed amount is divided into two according to the total amount and is applied once in 5 months and 10 months respectively. Urea per tree increased to 0 by the sixth year. 2 kg of the compound fertilizer is kept to the tenth year, and the compound fertilizer is increased by 0.3 kg every year.
After planting for 4 years, each plant is insisted with 25-50 kg of special bio-organic fertilizer for producing nuts by using hermetia illucens sand and organic waste every year. Nut trees are very sensitive to water, water shortage is prevented from occurring from flowering to the mature period of nuts, and the nut quality is seriously reduced if the nut is full in 5-8 months. Therefore, it should be noted that if the leaves are wilted and the mature leaves are lusterless, it means that the leaves are lack of water and need to be irrigated in time. Frequent water spraying is needed to keep the soil moist. The black soldier fly sand and organic wastes can be applied to produce the special bio-organic fertilizer for nuts and plant ash in winter and early spring so as to enhance the cold resistance of the seedlings.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
