本发明涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蒸煮袋是能进行加热处理的复合塑料薄膜袋,现有的蒸煮袋所用的复合塑料薄膜多用三层材料复合而成,具有代表性的蒸煮袋的薄膜结构是:外层为聚酯膜,作加强用;中层为铝箔,作防光、防湿和防漏气用;内层为聚烯烃膜(如聚丙烯膜),作热合和接触食品用;
然而现有的蒸煮膜的阻隔性较差,不具有环保特点,且耐高温性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在蒸煮膜的阻隔性较差,不具有环保特点,且耐高温性较差的缺点,而提出的一种高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜,由第一连接层、中间层和第二连接层共挤而成,其中,所述第一连接层和第二连接层的原料由下述按质量百分比计的组成:
聚偏二氯乙烯 10-25%

乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 21-40%
高压聚乙烯 15-36%
聚乙烯醇 13-20%

S2:将上述各层原料混合搅拌,搅拌时间为25min,搅拌均匀后,通过三层共挤吹膜机挤出,得到高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜。

本发明方法制备的蒸煮膜阻隔性较好,材料可降解,具有环保特点,且耐高温性较好,遇高温不变形,抗菌效果好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜,其特征在于:由第一连接层、中间层和第二连接层共挤而成,其中,所述第一连接层和第二连接层的原料由下述按质量百分比计的组成:
聚偏二氯乙烯 13.6%
乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物 22.1%
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 31.8%
高压聚乙烯 15.2%
聚乙烯醇 17.3%;
所述中间层的原料由下述按质量百分比计的组成:
聚四氟乙烯 13.3%
聚苯硫醚 15.7%
爽滑剂 28.5%
聚芳砜 23.6%
防粘剂 18.9%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜,其特征在于,所述爽滑剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜,其特征在于,所述防粘剂为硬脂酸镁、二氧化硅中的一种。
5.一种根据权利要求1-3任一项中所述的高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按第一连接层、中间层和第二连接层所占质量百分数分别为:30%、40%和30%,选取第一连接层、中间层和第二连接层的材料;
S2:将上述各层原料混合搅拌,搅拌时间为25min,搅拌均匀后,通过三层共挤吹膜机挤出,得到高阻隔耐高温杀菌蒸煮膜。
