Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用手术器械包装薄膜,由不同物理性能的聚乙烯类塑胶颗粒原料搭配,分内、中、外三层由三层共挤吹膜机制成薄膜。制备的薄膜,内、中、外三层温差为:中层>外层15—20℃,外层>内层30—40℃。这种特殊性的薄膜热封温度只有105—110℃,易于热合,并且热合处平整,不收缩起皱,提高了产品的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备领域,特别涉及医疗器械薄膜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,使用单层薄膜装医疗器械,在制备的过程中需要对单层薄膜进行热合,经常密封,而单层薄膜容易起皱,导致安全性低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种医疗器械薄膜及其制备工艺,该薄膜为多层薄膜,内层薄膜与外层薄膜有温差,防止该薄膜表面热合起泡,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种医用手术器械包装薄膜,由不同物理性能的聚乙烯塑胶原料颗粒,分内、中、外三层根据不同温度需要搭配,用三层共挤吹膜机吹制成膜,三层聚乙烯类薄膜的组分按质量百分比如下:
内层占总厚度25%:
线性低密度聚乙烯:30%;低密度聚乙烯:5%;茂金属线性聚乙烯:10%;茂金属线性聚乙烯:50%;医用乙烯—醋酸乙酸共聚物:5%。
中层占总厚度50%:
中密度聚乙烯:40%;低密度聚乙烯:30%;线性低密度聚乙烯:30%;
外层占总厚度25%:
低密度聚乙烯:25%;茂金属线性聚乙烯:25%;线性低密度聚乙烯:50%。
一种医用手术器械包装薄膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)制备内层薄膜,将原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机内层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度,再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的内层基膜;
2)制备中层薄膜,将原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机中层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度,再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的中层基膜;
3)制备外层薄膜,将原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机外层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度,再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的外层基膜;
4)内、中、外三层基膜从螺杆通过三层共挤吹膜机模头挤出吹胀成成品膜。
优选的,所述步骤1)中,内层螺杆挤出机在135—140℃的范围内进行挤出作业。
优选的,所述步骤2)中,中层螺杆挤出机在175—185℃的范围内进行挤出作业。
优选的,所述步骤3)中,外层螺杆挤出机在160—170℃的范围内进行挤出作业。
优选的,所述步骤4)中,挤出模头吹胀温度165—175℃的范围内进行挤出作业。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明制备的塑料薄膜,薄膜内层温度为110℃,薄膜外层温度为140℃,这样就可以保证当里面热合的时候,比如采用130度热合刀热合之后,而由于外表面最高适用温度是140度的,从而即能保证里层紧固合成,也不会产生表面热合起泡的情况,防止薄膜的热何处破损,提高安全性能。
具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
本发明一种医用器械薄膜的具体实施方式:
由不同物理性能的聚乙烯塑胶原料颗粒,分内、中、外三层根据不同温度需要搭配,用三层共挤吹膜机吹制成膜,三层聚乙烯类薄膜的组分按质量百分比如下:
内层(总厚度25%):
线性低密度聚乙烯(卡塔尔LLDPE Q2018H融指2克/10min,融点110℃):30%;
低密度聚乙烯(中海壳牌LDPE 2426K融指4克/10min,融点110—112℃):5%;
茂金属线性聚乙烯(埃克森化学MLLDPE 1018LA融指1克/10min,融点118-120℃):10%;
茂金属线性聚乙烯(日本普瑞曼MLLDPE SP0540融指3.8—4克/10min,融点88℃):50%;
医用乙烯—醋酸乙酸共聚物(陶氏杜邦EVA 3172Z融指2.5克/10min,融点88℃,VA含量18%):5%。
中层(总厚度50%):
中密度聚乙烯(北欧化工MDPE FB2230融指0.2克/10min,融点125—129℃):40%;
低密度聚乙烯(中海壳牌LDPE 2426K融指4克/10min,融点110—112℃):30%;
线性低密度聚乙烯(上海科赛LLDPE 0220KJ融指2克/10min,融点110℃):30%;
外层(总厚度25%):
低密度聚乙烯(中海壳牌LDPE 2426K融指4克/10min,融点110—112℃):25%;
茂金属线性聚乙烯(埃克森化学MLLDPE 1018LA融指1克/10min,融点118-120℃):25%;
线性低密度聚乙烯(上海科赛LLDPE 0220KJ融指2克/10min,融点110℃):50%。
一种医用手术器械包装薄膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)制备内层薄膜,将LLDPE、LDPE、EVA及两种MLLDPE原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机内层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度(135—140℃),再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的内层基膜;
2)制备中层薄膜,将MDPE、LDPE、LLDPE原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机中层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度(175—185℃),再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的中层基膜;
3)制备外层薄膜,将LDPE、MLLDPE、LLDPE原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机外层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度(160—170℃),再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的外层基膜;
4)内、中、外三层基膜从螺杆通过三层共挤吹膜机模头(模头温度设置为165—175℃)挤出吹胀成成品膜。
本发明制备的塑料薄膜,薄膜内层温度为110℃,薄膜外层温度为140℃,这样就可以保证当里面热合的时候,比如采用130度热合刀热合之后,而由于外表面最高适用温度是140度的,从而即能保证里层紧固合成,也不会产生表面热合起泡的情况,防止薄膜的热何处破损,提高安全性能。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种医用手术器械包装薄膜,其特征在于,由不同物理性能的聚乙烯塑胶原料颗粒,分内、中、外三层根据不同温度需要搭配,用三层共挤吹膜机吹制成膜,三层聚乙烯类薄膜的组分按质量百分比如下:
内层占总厚度25%:
线性低密度聚乙烯:30%;低密度聚乙烯:5%;茂金属线性聚乙烯:10%;茂金属线性聚乙烯:50%;医用乙烯—醋酸乙酸共聚物:5%。
中层占总厚度50%:
中密度聚乙烯:40%;低密度聚乙烯:30%;线性低密度聚乙烯:30%;
外层占总厚度25%:
低密度聚乙烯:25%;茂金属线性聚乙烯:25%;线性低密度聚乙烯:50%。
2.一种医用手术器械包装薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备内层薄膜,将原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机内层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度,再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的内层基膜;
2)制备中层薄膜,将原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机中层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度,再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的中层基膜;
3)制备外层薄膜,将原料颗粒按配制比例混合均匀,添加到三层共挤吹膜机外层料斗,根据不同的原料组合的融点设定好螺杆挤出机的温度,再通过螺杆挤出成为三层膜的外层基膜;
4)内、中、外三层基膜从螺杆通过三层共挤吹膜机模头挤出吹胀成成品膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用手术器械薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中,内层螺杆挤出机在135—140℃的范围内进行挤出作业。
4.根据权利要求2所述的医用手术器械薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,中层螺杆挤出机在175—185℃的范围内进行挤出作业。
5.根据权利要求2所述的医用手术器械薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中,外层螺杆挤出机在160—170℃的范围内进行挤出作业。
6.根据权利要求2所述的医用手术器械薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,挤出模头吹胀温度165—175℃的范围内进行挤出作业。
