Abstract

本发明涉及新材料技术领域的一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,至少依次设有造粒步骤、覆合步骤,造粒步骤依次包括如下子步骤:配料子步骤、球磨制浆子步骤;覆合步骤依次包括如下子步骤:造粒子步骤、整形子步骤、辊压子步骤、卷收子步骤。采用活性炭颗粒层作为复合布的夹层,无论复合布如何活动都始终和活性炭颗粒表面保持相切状态,从而增加复合布织物的柔曲性能。

一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体来说,是一种活性炭纳米球复合布的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,服装或者其他布料大部分是由纺织厂直接提供单层布料,但在某些场合中,需要高强度,甚至是其他一些功能性的时候,单层布料所表现出的强度和功能多样性是不够的。
现有技术中,常见的布料、棉层、布料的组合复合结构都比较厚而且都不够坚挺,而他们大多也只是用来保暖而不能体现其他的功能性。如中国专利00217597号所揭示的一种新型复合保暖绒结构,其在两层布中间有一个多层高密度无序结点网状纤维层,针织布与多层高密度无序结点网状纤维层是由“EVA”粉末低温粘合为一体,多层高密度无序结点网状纤维层选用保暖性强,导湿性好的功能性纤维,并且能阻止层内空气流动,具有保暖性强,强度高弹性好,耐水洗,同时具有良好的透气性。但是,这种新型复合保暖结构主要用于保暖,不能作为布料使用。又如中国专利第02210091号所揭示的一种多层针刺絮片,其结构是将纤维经梳理形成均匀的薄纤维絮片,反复折叠形成具有一定厚度的多层纤维絮片。但是,这种多层针刺絮片主要用于防潮保暖,也不做为不料使用。
因此,提供一种能作为布料使用的高强度功能性多层复合布料成为了业界需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,采用活性炭颗粒层作为复合布的夹层,无论复合布如何活动都始终和活性炭颗粒表面保持相切状态,从而增加复合布织物的柔曲性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,至少依次设有造粒步骤、覆合步骤;
所述造粒步骤依次包括如下子步骤:
A1、配料子步骤:将活性炭粉、烧结助剂、粘结剂、分散剂A、B按比例进行称量:活性炭粉40-60wt%,烧结助剂7-13%,粘结剂1-5wt%,分散剂A0.1-0.5wt%,分散剂B0.5-2.5wt%,加入去离子水,配成固含量40-60wt%的悬浊液;
A2、球磨制浆子步骤:将步骤A1的所有原料放入聚四氟乙烯球磨罐中,加入球磨球置于行星球磨机上,进行球磨混料,以得到稳定的料浆;
所述覆合步骤依次包括如下子步骤:
B1、造粒子步骤:将A2子步骤中所得的料浆泵入喷雾造粒干燥机,输出初步的活性炭颗粒;
B2、整形子步骤:利用颗粒整形机将B1步骤中所得的活性炭颗粒进行整形处理,获得微球状的成品活性炭颗粒,并将成品活性炭颗粒堆放在覆合的执行工位上;
B3、辊压子步骤:同时将尼龙布和无纺布放卷,然后分别对尼龙布、无纺布的覆合面涂胶,然后利用加热辊压的方式覆合尼龙布和无纺布,其中,成品活性炭颗粒在辊压前被尼龙布的涂胶面粘带,并在辊压时被尼龙布和无纺布夹在中间,形成活性炭颗粒层,从而获得复合布;
B4、卷收子步骤:利用带有驱动性能的卷收辊将复合布收卷起来。
进一步地,步骤A1中所述活性炭粉的D50为0.6um。
进一步地,步骤A1中所述烧结助剂为氧化铝和氧化钇,比例为3:2。
进一步地,所述的粘结剂为聚乙烯醇。
进一步地,所述分散剂为四甲基氢氧化铵和聚乙二醇。
进一步地,所述料浆为低粘度稳定分散料。
进一步地,控制喷雾造粒干燥机的入口温度300-350摄氏度,出口温度90-110摄氏度,雾化器转速8000-24000r/min,料浆进料速度为5kg/h。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)采用活性炭颗粒作为复合布的夹层,无论复合布如何活动都始终和活性炭颗粒表面保持相切状态,从而增加复合布织物的柔曲性能;
2)使得复合布既有了无机物活性炭良好的吸附、过滤性能,也结合了尼龙布耐磨性强以及无纺布透气性好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,为复合布的结构,尼龙布1作为表面层,无纺布2作为内层并与人体接触,尼龙布1和无纺布2的结合面均涂覆热熔胶粘合剂4,在尼龙布1和无纺布2覆合起来时将活性炭颗粒层3(本实施例中采用石墨烯活性炭颗粒)夹在两者之间,从而形成一个复合布的结构,使得复合布既有了无机物活性炭良好的吸附、过滤性能,也结合了尼龙布1耐磨性强以及无纺布2透气性好的优点。
活性炭微球复合布的制备方法依次设有造粒步骤、覆合步骤;
上述造粒步骤依次包括如下子步骤:
A1、配料子步骤:将活性炭粉、烧结助剂、粘结剂、分散剂A、B按比例进行称量:活性炭粉40-60wt%,烧结助剂7-13%,粘结剂1-5wt%,分散剂A0.1-0.5wt%,分散剂B0.5-2.5wt%,加入去离子水,配成固含量40-60wt%的悬浊液;
A2、球磨制浆子步骤:将步骤A1的所有原料放入聚四氟乙烯球磨罐中,加入球磨球置于行星球磨机上,进行球磨混料,以得到稳定的料浆,料浆为低粘度稳定分散料;
所述覆合步骤依次包括如下子步骤:
B1、造粒子步骤:将A2子步骤中所得的料浆泵入喷雾造粒干燥机,输出初步的活性炭颗粒,其中,需控制喷雾造粒干燥机的入口温度300-350摄氏度,出口温度90-110摄氏度,雾化器转速8000-24000r/min,料浆进料速度为5kg/h;
B2、整形子步骤:利用颗粒整形机将B1步骤中所得的活性炭颗粒进行整形处理,获得微球状的成品活性炭颗粒,并将成品活性炭颗粒堆放在覆合的执行工位上;
B3、辊压子步骤:同时将尼龙布1和无纺布2放卷,然后分别对尼龙布1、无纺布2的覆合面涂胶,然后利用加热辊压的方式覆合尼龙布1和无纺布2,其中,成品活性炭颗粒在辊压前被尼龙布1的涂胶面粘带,并在辊压时被尼龙布1和无纺布2夹在中间,形成活性炭颗粒层3,从而获得复合布;
B4、卷收子步骤:利用带有驱动性能的卷收辊将复合布收卷起来。
步骤A1中活性炭粉的D50为0.6um,烧结助剂为氧化铝和氧化钇,比例为3:2,粘结剂为聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯醇具有很强的极性,实验所用聚乙烯醇解度88%,平均分子量1700左右,分散剂为四甲基氢氧化铵和聚乙二醇。
上述最终的活性炭颗粒的球直径为1-100um。
以上是本发明的优选实施例,本领域普通技术人员还可以在此基础上进行各种变换或改进,在不脱离本发明总的构思的前提下,这些变换或改进都应当属于本发明要求保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,其特征在于,至少依次设有造粒步骤、覆合步骤;
所述造粒步骤依次包括如下子步骤:
A1、配料子步骤:将活性炭粉、烧结助剂、粘结剂、分散剂A、B按比例进行称量:活性炭粉40-60wt%,烧结助剂7-13%,粘结剂1-5wt%,分散剂A0.1-0.5wt%,分散剂B0.5-2.5wt%,加入去离子水,配成固含量40-60wt%的悬浊液;
A2、球磨制浆子步骤:将步骤A1的所有原料放入聚四氟乙烯球磨罐中,加入球磨球置于行星球磨机上,进行球磨混料,以得到稳定的料浆;
所述覆合步骤依次包括如下子步骤:
B1、造粒子步骤:将A2子步骤中所得的料浆泵入喷雾造粒干燥机,输出初步的活性炭颗粒;
B2、整形子步骤:利用颗粒整形机将B1步骤中所得的活性炭颗粒进行整形处理,获得微球状的成品活性炭颗粒,并将成品活性炭颗粒堆放在覆合的执行工位上;
B3、辊压子步骤:同时将尼龙布和无纺布放卷,然后分别对尼龙布、无纺布的覆合面涂胶,然后利用加热辊压的方式覆合尼龙布和无纺布,其中,成品活性炭颗粒在辊压前被尼龙布的涂胶面粘带,并在辊压时被尼龙布和无纺布夹在中间,形成活性炭颗粒层,从而获得复合布;
B4、卷收子步骤:利用带有驱动性能的卷收辊将复合布收卷起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤A1中所述活性炭粉的D50为0.6um。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤A1中所述烧结助剂为氧化铝和氧化钇,比例为3:2。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的粘结剂为聚乙烯醇。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为四甲基氢氧化铵和聚乙二醇。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述料浆为低粘度稳定分散料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性炭微球复合布的制备方法,其特征在于:控制喷雾造粒干燥机的入口温度300-350摄氏度,出口温度90-110摄氏度,雾化器转速8000-24000r/min,料浆进料速度为5kg/h。
