Abstract
本发明属日化领域,具体涉及一种含协同增效去屑组合的洗发香波。该香波含15.0%‑31.0%的阴离子表面活性剂、2.0%‑5.0%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、0.2%‑8.0%的协同去屑组合、0.5%‑3.0%的增稠剂、1.0%‑5.0%的硅油乳液、0.1%‑0.5%的阳离子调理剂、0.1%‑2.0%的蚕丝氨基酸类、0.1%‑0.2%的透明质酸钠。本发明的含新型去屑组合香波能抑制头皮上马拉色菌的生长。

技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种含协同增效去屑组合的洗发香波。
背景技术
头皮屑的产生原因主要有三个:马拉色菌、头皮脂和个体易感性,因此可以通过设计达到去屑的效果。但是个体易感性因人而异,而皮脂可以抑制但是难以完全抑制,因此抑制马拉色菌的生长是控制头皮屑最有效的手段。马拉色菌是以皮脂为营养而生存,皮脂水解产生的脂肪酸可引起头皮的炎症反应。目前,在洗发香波中常用的抑制马拉色菌成分有吡硫鎓锌(吡硫鎓锌)、吡啶酮乙醇胺盐(OCT)、氯咪巴唑(甘宝素、CLM)、水杨酸及焦油类等,吡硫鎓锌和OCT最常使用的去屑剂。虽然吡硫鎓锌是目前最主流的去屑剂,但是关于其使用的安全性有一定疑问,这也促使国际大公司尝试加快研发寻找可能替代或者减少其使用量的物质。OCT相对吡硫鎓锌来说安全性更高,但是其价格较高,功效也没有吡硫鎓锌好,在控制成本的要求下,OCT优势不是太明显。在吡硫鎓锌有一定使用劣势的背景下,OCT有逐渐受重视的趋势,同时国内外也在不断寻找吡硫鎓锌的协同增效活性物或新型去屑原料,以替代或者减少吡硫鎓锌的使用。
目前,有公司采用脂质(顺式-6-十六碳烯酸、神经鞘氨醇、二氢鞘氨醇、棕榈油酸等)、哌嗪、酚类化合物、二苯酮-1、二苯酮-2、醇类或酚类等物质与吡硫鎓锌复配,表明具有协同去屑功效。但仍然有需要研究其他成分与吡硫鎓锌的复配效果。
萜类化合物具有重要的生理活性,是研究天然产物和开发新药的重要来源,其单独在化妆品中的应用还较少见,特别是探索与吡硫鎓锌复配在特定洗发香波配方中的应用更是少见。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含协同增效去屑组合的洗发香波。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种含协同增效去屑组合的洗发香波,组分重量百分比为:
其中协同去屑组合是吡硫鎓锌和萜烯,且两者的添加比例为1:3至3:1。吡硫鎓锌的结构式如式I,萜烯的结构式如式Ⅱ所示,R1是-H、-CH3或-CH2CH3,R2是-H或-CH3。
本发明的有益效果
本发明添加吡硫鎓锌和萜烯的协同去屑组合,萜烯的加入可减少吡硫鎓锌的使用,同时维持一定的去屑效果;另外含硅油乳液、阳离子调理剂和蚕丝丝氨酸类成分,使香波具有一定的调理和滋润效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
先对本发明组份选取的特点、注意事项作详细介绍、说明。
协同去屑组合选自吡硫鎓锌和萜烯。吡硫鎓锌是基于功效和成本考虑的最佳去屑成分,是目前国内外应用最广泛的化妆品去屑剂。萜烯在药物领域有较广泛的应用,可起到促渗透、抗病毒、消炎、抑制细菌等功效,具有较好的安全性。本发明采用萜烯与吡硫鎓锌复配,可协同增效抑制马拉色菌。
蚕丝氨基酸类是天然蚕丝蛋白的水解产物,含十几种氨基酸,氨基酸分子量小,渗透性强,对头发和头皮具有一定的保湿效果。
本发明所用透明质酸钠有较宽的分子量范围,高分子量透明质酸钠可在头发上成膜形成保护层,小分子量透明质酸钠有渗透进入头发的倾向。另外与阳离子的复配可提高透明质酸钠在头发上的驻留性。
硅油乳液是采用十三烷醇聚醚-10和十三烷醇聚醚-3乳化高粘度聚二甲基硅氧烷,粒径在5微米的乳液,可显著改善湿发的梳理性能。
简要制造过程描述:加入适量柠檬酸到足量去离子水里,加热溶解后加入2.5g瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,搅拌溶解后分别加入150.0g月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、30.0g椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、30.0g椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠、40.0g椰油酰甘氨酸钠,搅拌溶解后加入10.0g丙烯酸(酯)类/硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物,再加入10.0g硅油乳液,8.0g吡硫鎓锌和5.0g萜烯(R1、R2为H),降温后再分别加入防腐剂和香精。
通过ΣFIC实验探索吡硫鎓锌和萜烯是否具有协同增效去屑的功效。以糠秕马拉色菌为测试对象,首先测试得到分别只含吡硫鎓锌和萜烯样品的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),分别记为MIC(吡硫鎓锌)和MIC(Ter),再配制一系列含不同浓度吡硫鎓锌、萜烯的交叉混合物培养液,并测试最小抑菌浓度,得到最小抑菌浓度中两个组分的浓度记为MICm(吡硫鎓锌)和MICm(Ter)。根据以下公式分别计算吡硫鎓锌和萜烯的部分抑制浓度FIC和两个组分的ΣFIC,当ΣFIC<0.9时,表示两个组分协同增效。

FIC(Ter)=MICm(混合物中Ter的浓度)/MIC(Ter)
ΣFIC=FIC(吡硫鎓锌)+FIC(Ter)
测试结果表明,ΣFIC<0.9,既实施例中所用萜烯与吡硫鎓锌复配在特定配方中具有协同增效作用。
