Abstract
本发明提供了一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,由月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、癸基葡糖苷、甘油月桂酸酯、PEG‑120甲基葡糖二油酸酯、硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐‑10、PEG‑7甘油椰油酸酯、羟乙基脲、辛酰甘氨酸、柠檬酸、尿囊素、三乙醇胺、水解燕麦蛋白、水解胶原、姜根油、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐和基质组成。本发明还公开了上述洗发露的制备方法。该洗发露能调整头发环境,让头发处于一个零硅油或少硅油沉积状态,控油,去屑,清爽,营养头皮头发,修复受损发质,防止头发枯黄、分叉及断发,使头发柔软光泽。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学品领域,具体涉及一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗发水是生活中保持头发和头皮清洁健康的重要发用清洁用品。随着洗发水配方和工艺的发展,洗发水已经不再局限清洁目的,还需要具有良好的梳理性及柔软顺滑的感觉。传统洗发水中为了使头发柔顺,添加一些高分子量高粘度的硅化合物充当顺滑剂,它们会吸附在每一根头发表面,形成很顺滑的薄膜。目前洗发水中常用的硅化合物有聚二甲基硅氧烷、氨基硅油、环甲基硅氧烷等,在洗发护发时这些含硅化合物会把毛鳞片之间的缝隙填满,会让人觉得头发触感非常顺滑,但是由于硅油具有不溶于水的特性,包裹在头发和头皮上的硅是不太容易被清洗干净的,这样长年累月的富集,硅油会吸附在头发上会造成头发变粗、头发重量变重,减少头发的静电作用,使头发逐渐丧失弹性、产生断发,头皮毛孔堵塞,造成头皮透氧不足,毛乳头可能逐渐萎缩,头皮便开始出现枯黄、发痒,甚至脱发的现象,而且头发干燥后通常显得扁塌、不蓬松;易积聚粘灰、油腻、不清爽。并且长期使用含硅油类产品会因头发被硅油覆盖,后续护理的真正营养无法进入而使发质变差。
近几年,无硅油洗发水越来越受到消费者的注意,产品和数量也一直呈上升趋势。不过如果保证洗发水在不含硅油的情况下,仍然具有良好的调理性能,并且能去除长期以往在发根上沉积的硅油及阳离子调理剂,调整头发环境,是目前洗发产品开发上的一个技术难点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有传统洗发水的应用技术存在的困惑而发明的一种将头皮、发根上沉积的硅油及阳离子调理剂清洗掉,调整头发环境,让头发处于一个零硅油或少硅油沉积状态,控油,去屑,清爽,营养头皮头发,修复受损发质,防止头发枯黄,分叉,及断发,使头发柔软光泽的一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露。
为了达到上述目的,本发明主要采用以下技术方案:
一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,按质量分数计由以下组分组成:月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠15~25%,椰油酰两性基乙酸钠10~20%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10~15%,癸基葡糖苷5~10%,甘油月桂酸酯0.5~1.5%,PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯0.3~1.5%,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵0.01~0.1%,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1~0.5%,聚季铵盐-10 0.1~0.5%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1~4%,羟乙基脲2~5%,辛酰甘氨酸0.3~0.5%,柠檬酸0.5~1%,尿囊素0.1~0.3%,三乙醇胺0.2~0.5%,水解燕麦蛋白0.5~2%,水解胶原0.5~3%,姜根油0.1~1%,棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵0.5~1%,己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.05~0.1%,余量为基质。
进一步地,所述基质包括螯合剂、保湿剂、防腐剂、赋香剂和去离子水。
进一步地,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠;所述保湿剂为甘油;所述防腐剂为DMDM乙内酰脲;所述赋香剂为香精。
进一步地,按质量百分比计,所述EDTA二钠含量为0.05~0.1%;所述甘油含量为1~4%;所述DMDM乙内酰脲含量为0.3~0.4%;所述香精含量为0.1~0.5%。
优选地,所述清爽控油无硅油洗发露,按质量分数计由以下组分组成:月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠20%,椰油酰两性基乙酸钠15%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%,癸基葡糖苷10%,甘油月桂酸酯0.5%,PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯1.2%,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵0.08%,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2%,聚季铵盐-100.3%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%,羟乙基脲5%,辛酰甘氨酸0.5%,柠檬酸0.5%,尿囊素0.3%,三乙醇胺0.45%,水解燕麦蛋白1%,水解胶原2%,姜根油0.8%,棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1%,己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.1%,EDTA二钠0.1%,甘油4%,DMDM乙内酰脲0.3%,香精0.5%,余量为去离子水。

一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料;
(2)将去离子水加入反应釜中,开启搅拌和加热,温度设置为70~80℃,再依次加入瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠和尿囊素,恒温至完全溶解并混合均匀,得到第一混合物;
(3)向第一混合物中加入甘油、月桂酰胶原氨基氨酸钠、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、癸基基葡糖苷、甘油月桂酸酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯,边搅拌边降温至60~70℃,待加入物完全溶解并混合均匀,得到第二混合物;
(4)向第二混合物中加入PH调节剂,调节PH值至6.0~6.5,冷却至40~50℃,得到第三混合物;
(5)向第三混合物中加入棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、羟乙基脲、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到第四混合物;
(6)用水溶解己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,得到溶液1,同时用水溶解辛酰甘氨酸和三乙醇胺,得到溶液2;
(7)向第四混合物中加入水解燕麦蛋白、水解胶原、姜根油、溶液1和溶液2,搅拌均匀,再加入DMDM乙内酰脲和香精,搅拌至完全混合即得清爽控油无硅油洗发露。
本发明中的月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠,INCI名:月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠(暂无CAS),是以胶原蛋白为主要原料,与长链脂肪酸缩合反应制备而得,再加碱中和而成的高纯度型、洗涤类用温和表面活性剂,蕴含多种氨基酸成分,品质温和,起泡快,泡沫细腻丰富,性能稳定,配伍性好,降低体系的刺激性。
本发明中的椰油酰两性基乙酸钠,INCI名:椰油酰两性基乙酸钠(CAS号:68334-21-4),是一种椰子油衍生的表面活性剂,温和无刺激,有发泡功能,可以帮助清洁,在洗发水中使用让头发更柔顺,使被物理和化学方式伤害的头发增加光泽感。
本发明中的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,INCI名:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAS:86438-79-1),具有优良的配伍性、发泡性和显著的增稠性,低刺激性和杀菌性,配伍使用能显著提高洗涤类产品的柔软、调理和低温稳定性。具有良好的抗硬水性、抗静电性及生物降解性。
本发明中的癸基基葡糖苷,INCI名:癸基基葡糖苷(CAS:58846-77-8)是一种从植物中提取的新型非离子表面活性剂,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,刺激性低并且稳定,能降低其它表面活性剂的刺激同时增加保湿性,是国际公认的首选“绿色”功能性表面活性剂。
本发明中的甘油月桂酸酯,INCI名:甘油月桂酸酯(CAS号:142-18-7),作为表面活性剂型洗涤和清洁产品中的增稠剂、赋脂剂兼具保湿功效。
本发明中的PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯,INCI名:PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯(CAS:86893-19-8),一种天然葡萄糖苷类的衍生物,具有良好的兼溶性,优良的协同性,对一些较难增稠或低含量的表面活性剂体系有很好的增稠作用,不会减少表面活性剂体系的泡沫,对眼睛无刺激,且能降低配方总体的刺激性。
本发明中的棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化胺,INCI名:棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化胺(CAS号:51277-96-4),作为抗静电,头发调理剂,且具有增稠效果。
本发明中的硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺,INCI名:硬脂酰胺丙基二甲胺(CAS号:7651-02-7),作为抗静电,头发调理剂,乳化剂。
本发明中的水解燕麦蛋白,INCI名:水解燕麦蛋白(CAS:73049-73-7),用作化妆品中的营养护肤护发原料,能迅速被皮肤和毛发吸收。用于表面活性剂体系中,减少表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激,改善泡沫质量;在洗去型产品中易铺展在头发和头皮上,在头发表面形成蛋白保护膜,保护头发,智能修复由于染发、烫发等造成的受损发质;提高头发光泽、弹性、柔韧度,平滑头发纤维结构。
本发明中的姜根油,INCI名:姜(ZINGIBER OFFICINALE)根油(CAS:8007-08-7),能促进头发的生长,具有保湿,抗菌,促进血液循环,增强免疫。
本发明中的水解胶原,INCI名:水解胶原(暂无CAS号),与人体胶原成分相近,天然温和,营养头发,修复受损发质,有效防止头发枯黄,分叉及断发等现象,能改善头发的湿梳理性;良好的成膜性,抗静电性,使头发柔软光泽。
本发明中的瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,INCI名:瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CAS号:65497-29-2),作为抗静电剂、柔顺剂及成膜剂,使头发梳理性好,还具增稠作用。
本发明中的聚季铵盐-10,INCI名:聚季铵盐-10(CAS:81859-24-7),具有优异的调理性,抗静电,修复开叉受损发质,使头发柔软顺滑,梳理性好,富有弹性,同时具有增稠作用。
本发明中的羟乙基脲,INCI名:羟乙基脲(CAS:1320-51-0),具有极佳的保湿性与渗透性,可保持头发的湿润,长期使用增加头发的光泽。
本发明中的PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,INCI名:PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯(CAS:68201-46-7),是一种具有优异性能的保湿剂、溶剂、赋脂剂、调理剂。
本发明中的辛酰甘氨酸,INCI名:辛酰甘氨酸(CAS:14246-53-8),控油,抑制皮脂的过剩分泌,对肌肤具有良好的亲和性,对于表皮金色葡萄球菌和痤疮丙杆菌等均有较强的抑制作用。
本发明中的三乙醇胺,INCI名:三乙醇胺(CAS:102-71-6),中和剂、PH调节剂、缓冲剂,并软化角质。
本发明中的柠檬酸,INCI名:柠檬酸(CAS:77-92-9),螯合剂、PH调节剂、缓冲剂。
本发明中的尿囊素,INCI名:尿囊素(CAS:97-59-6),用作防护剂,降低刺激性,并促进细胞修复。
本发明中的己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,INCI名:己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐(CAS:659-40-5),是一种水溶性的具有广谱抗菌和杀菌性能的温和的阳离子,对各种革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌以及霉菌和酵母菌都有很高的杀菌和抑菌性能,非常温和。对由卵状糠秕孢子菌引起的头屑、头痒具有明显的去屑、止痒的效果,因而具有非常强的杀菌、防腐作用。
本发明完全符合国家颁布的《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)中的各项指标,不含任何潜在危害。
本发明可直接使用,主要用于头部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用多种天然温和表面活性剂复配使用,对头发和头皮清洁度较好,还能在一定程度上减轻洗发水对头皮的刺激,减少对头发伤害;采用无硅油的赋脂剂来替代传统的硅油,不会出现洗发后头皮难透气,油腻厚重的现象,头发清洗后仍然顺滑但又飘逸清爽,还增加头发的光泽;本发明通过配合使用无刺激的防腐剂、去屑剂、头发调理剂、表面活性剂等原料,完成了将传统洗发水在头皮、发根上残留沉积的硅油及阳离子调理剂清洗掉,调整头发环境,清爽头皮和头发,让头发处于一个零硅油沉积状态,控油,清爽,去屑并营养头皮头发,修复受损发质,防止头发枯黄,分叉,及断发,使头发柔软光泽。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明不局限于这些实施例。
本发明的实施例1至实施例7的清爽控油无硅油洗发露的配方如表1。

以上实施例的制备方法为:
(1)按比例称取原料;
(2)将去离子水加入反应釜中,开启搅拌和加热,温度设置为70~80℃,再依次加入瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠和尿囊素,恒温至完全溶解并混合均匀,得到第一混合物;
(3)向第一混合物中加入甘油、月桂酰胶原氨基氨酸钠、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、癸基基葡糖苷、甘油月桂酸酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯,边搅拌边降温至60~70℃,待加入物完全溶解并混合均匀,得到第二混合物;
(4)向第二混合物中加入PH调节剂,调节PH值至6.0~6.5,冷却至40~50℃,得到第三混合物;
(5)向第三混合物中加入棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、羟乙基脲、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到第四混合物;
(6)用水溶解己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,得到溶液1,同时用水溶解辛酰甘氨酸和三乙醇胺,得到溶液2;
(7)向第四混合物中加入水解燕麦蛋白、水解胶原、姜根油、溶液1和溶液2,搅拌均匀,再加入DMDM乙内酰脲和香精,搅拌至完全混合即得清爽控油无硅油洗发露。
经检测,上述实施例1至实施例7的产品完全符合国家颁布的《化妆品卫生规范》(2015版)中的各项指标。
使用方法:湿润头发后,倒出适量的洗发水在手心,搓揉数下再敷到头发上,轻揉,再用水冲净即可,重复一次效果更佳。
将实例1至实例7中制得的清爽控油无硅油洗发露,与传统洗发水产品进行临床实验对比,进行功效评价,具体实施方式如下:
选取志愿者160名,年龄18~35岁,其中男女各80名,每个样品随机安排男女各10名测试人员,测试人员每周使用2次洗发水,持续28天,分别对测试人员的头发清洁、柔顺、清爽控油、光泽、修复和去屑等进行测试,并让使用者根据使用体验对样品进行评分,评分标准采用10分制,分值越高代表效果越好,实验结果和评分均取平均值,实验结果和评分结果分别如表2和表3所示:

通过表2和表3的数据可以看出,本发明能够调整头发环境,清爽头皮和头发,让头发处于一个零硅油或少硅油沉积状态,控油,清爽,去屑并营养头皮头发,修复受损发质,防止头发枯黄,分叉,及断发,使头发柔软光泽。综合以上数据,考虑产品的功效以及成本等各方面因素,产品5是最优秀的。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,在实施过程中可能存在局部微小的结构改动,如果对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,且属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型。
Claims (8)
1.一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,其特征在于,按质量分数计由以下组分组成:月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠15~25%,椰油酰两性基乙酸钠10~20%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10~15%,癸基葡糖苷5~10%,甘油月桂酸酯0.5~1.5%,PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯0.3~1.5%,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵0.01~0.1%,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1~0.5%,聚季铵盐-10 0.1~0.5%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1~4%,羟乙基脲2~5%,辛酰甘氨酸0.3~0.5%,柠檬酸0.5~1%,尿囊素0.1~0.3%,三乙醇胺0.2~0.5%,水解燕麦蛋白0.5~2%,水解胶原0.5~3%,姜根油0.1~1%,棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵0.5~1%,己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.05~0.1%,余量为基质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,其特征在于,所述基质包括螯合剂、保湿剂、防腐剂、赋香剂和去离子水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠;所述保湿剂为甘油;所述防腐剂为DMDM乙内酰脲;所述赋香剂为香精。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,所述EDTA二钠含量为0.05~0.1%;所述甘油含量为1~4%;所述DMDM乙内酰脲含量为0.3~0.4%;所述香精含量为0.1~0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,其特征在于,按质量分数计由以下组分组成:月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠20%,椰油酰两性基乙酸钠15%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%,癸基葡糖苷10%,甘油月桂酸酯0.5%,PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯1.2%,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵0.08%,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2%,聚季铵盐-10 0.3%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%,羟乙基脲5%,辛酰甘氨酸0.5%,柠檬酸0.5%,尿囊素0.3%,三乙醇胺0.45%,水解燕麦蛋白1%,水解胶原2%,姜根油0.8%,棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1%,己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.1%,EDTA二钠0.1%,甘油4%,DMDM乙内酰脲0.3%,香精0.5%,余量为去离子水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,其特征在于,按质量分数计由以下组分组成:月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠15%,椰油酰两性基乙酸钠10%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%,癸基葡糖苷5%,甘油月桂酸酯0.5%,PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯0.3%,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵0.01%,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1%,聚季铵盐-10 0.1%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1%,羟乙基脲2%,辛酰甘氨酸0.3%,柠檬酸0.5%,尿囊素0.1%,三乙醇胺0.2%,水解燕麦蛋白0.5%,水解胶原0.5%,姜根油0.1%,棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵0.5%,己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.05%,EDTA二钠0.05%,甘油1%,DMDM乙内酰脲0.3%,香精0.1%,余量为去离子水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露,其特征在于,按质量分数计由以下组分组成:月桂酰胶原氨基酸钠25%,椰油酰两性基乙酸钠20%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱15%,癸基葡糖苷10%,甘油月桂酸酯1.5%,PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯1.5%,硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵0.1%,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.5%,聚季铵盐-10 0.5%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯4%,羟乙基脲5%,辛酰甘氨酸0.5%,柠檬酸1%,尿囊素0.3%,三乙醇胺0.5%,水解燕麦蛋白2%,水解胶原3%,姜根油1%,棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1%,己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.1%,EDTA二钠0.1%,甘油4%,DMDM乙内酰脲0.4%,香精0.5%,余量为去离子水。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的一种清爽控油无硅油洗发露的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)按比例称取原料;
(2)将去离子水加入反应釜中,开启搅拌和加热,温度设置为70~80℃,再依次加入瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠和尿囊素,恒温至完全溶解并混合均匀,得到第一混合物;
(3)向第一混合物中加入甘油、月桂酰胶原氨基氨酸钠、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、癸基基葡糖苷、甘油月桂酸酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂酰胺丙基二甲铵、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯,边搅拌边降温至60~70℃,待加入物完全溶解并混合均匀,得到第二混合物;
(4)向第二混合物中加入PH调节剂,调节PH值至6.0~6.5,冷却至40~50℃,得到第三混合物;
(5)向第三混合物中加入棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、羟乙基脲、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到第四混合物;
(6)用水溶解己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,得到溶液1,同时用水溶解辛酰甘氨酸和三乙醇胺,得到溶液2;
(7)向第四混合物中加入水解燕麦蛋白、水解胶原、姜根油、溶液1和溶液2,搅拌均匀,再加入DMDM乙内酰脲和香精,搅拌至完全混合即得清爽控油无硅油洗发露。
