本发明的另一方面涉及根据本发明的矫形器铰接夹板在预防和治疗,特别是关节炎的治疗和在治疗特别是患有关节炎的患者中的用途。优选的预期目的是改善佩戴的舒适度和/或关节矫形器的顺应性,特别是在上述预防或治疗的情况下。

图1A是示出根据本发明的铰接夹板的实施例的俯视图的示意图。在特别是构造为上壳的上铰接臂(10)的底部,设有轴向接头或铰接轴(30),该轴向接头或铰接轴(30)将该上铰接臂(10)连接到与之重叠的下铰接臂(20),因此下铰接臂(20)可以在上铰接臂(10)上沿铰接轴(30)滑动。下铰接臂(20)在上铰接臂(10)和通过螺栓(34)支撑的铰接板(32)之间被引导。
根据本发明,在上铰接臂(10)上或之中形成托架轨道(14),垫托架(42)实际上可以没有游隙地在其中滑动。垫托架(42)优选地由布置在扁平铰接臂(10)的两侧上并且通过螺栓(45)彼此连接的两个板组成。垫托架(42)支撑至少一个,优选为缓冲垫(40)。在所示的实施例中,垫托架(42)通过刚性推杆(46)与辊(44)刚性连接,该刚性推杆在托架轨道(14)的凹槽中平行于该凹槽延伸。辊(44)用作凸轮轨道(52)的跟随器,该凸轮轨道(52)构造为可枢转的下铰接臂(20)中的平面的月牙槽。相对于垫托架(42)在托架轨道(14)中的滑动方向,辊(44)实际上在月牙槽中无间隙地被引导。绕着铰接轴(30)可枢转的凸轮轨道(52)和被引导的辊(44)形成了根据本发明的凸轮机构(50),该凸轮机构(50)根据铰接轴(30)中两个铰接臂(10、20)的枢转角度来传递垫托架(42)的线性平移/滑动运动。
在所示的实施例中,凸轮轨道(52)被配置为使得除了设置在中间的平移主动凸轮段(54)之外还存在平移中性凸轮段(56)。平移中性凸轮段(56)的特征在于距铰接轴(30)的径向距离恒定,从而没有提升运动传递到在那里行进的辊子(44)。相反,平移主动凸轮段56被配置为使得一旦在枢转期间辊子(44)进入该部分,则引导辊子(44)的线性位移并由此使垫托架(42)在托架轨道(14)中上下滑动。在所示的实施例中,这种抬起运动(箭头)发生在关节的完全伸展区域内,即在大约0°的关节角度处。
另外,铰接夹板可选地设置有用于限制枢转的装置。为此,在旋转固定在上铰接臂(10)中的铰接板(32)的直径内,在下铰接臂(20)中形成弧形凹部(60)。铰接板(32)中设有一个或多个用于选择性地接收锁定销(未示出)的孔(62)。可以规定,这些锁定销在其下方的凹部(60)中行进,并且取决于它们的位置,能够限制铰接臂(10、20)相对于彼此的枢转角度。孔(62)的位置已举例说明。沿弧(60)的其它位置也是可能的。

图2示出了根据图1A和1B的实施例的变型的俯视示意图,该变型具体地配置为用于髋关节矫形器的铰接夹板。下铰接臂(20)支撑夹板(70),该夹板(70)的长度可通过长孔(72)调节,并且可通过螺栓(74)固定到铰接臂(20)。可以添加到垫托架(42)上或从垫托架(42)上取下的垫(40)安装在背面并且未示出。铰接板(32)具有多个孔(62),用于借助插入到所述孔中的锁定销(未示出)精确地可调节地限制枢转。
图3以俯视图示出了图1A和1B的实施例的背面的示意图。主动可移动垫(40)布置在那里,并且当矫形器就位时面向关节。在这里示出的变型中,可选地另外设置至少一个固定到上铰接臂(10)的固定垫(80)。
图4A和4B分别在根据图3的实施例的变型的后侧的俯视示意图中示出了根据本发明的铰接夹板的功能原理。主动可移动垫(40)通过垫托架(未示出)在轨道(14)中被引导,垫的位置取决于下铰接臂(20)相对于上铰接臂(10)铰接轴(30)上的枢转角度。该角度依赖性由根据本发明的运动传输机构(未示出)传递。图4A描绘了关节弯曲期间的情况。图4B示出了在关节延伸期间(接头角度为0°)的情况:这里,主动可移动垫(40)相对于静止位置朝固定垫(80)的方向主动地移位。

Claims (11)

1.一种矫形器铰接夹板,其具有平坦的上铰接臂(10)和平坦的下铰接臂(20),所述下铰接臂(20)可枢转地安装在垂直于所述上铰接臂的铰接轴(30)中,并且在所述铰接轴的区域中与所述上铰接臂重叠,其特征在于,
在所述上铰接臂(10)上或之中,具有垫(40)的垫托架(42)可移动地安装在托架轨道(14)中,并且所述垫托架(42)以强制引导的方式通过选自凸轮机构和机械连杆机构中的运动传输机构(50)联接至下铰接臂(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矫形器铰接夹板,其中,所述垫托架(42)经由所述运动传输机构(50)联接至所述下铰接臂(20),使得所述两个铰接臂(10、20)相对于彼此的枢转能够将所述垫托架(42)的线性位移传递给所述上铰接臂(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的矫形器铰接夹板,其中,所述运动传输机构(50)是凸轮机构,所述凸轮机构由形成在所述下铰接臂(20)上或之中的凸轮轨道(52)和在其中强制引导的辊(44)构成,所述辊联接至所述上铰接臂(10)的所述垫托架(42)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的矫形器铰接夹板,其中,所述凸轮轨道(52)构造为所述下铰接臂(20)中的槽。
5.根据权利要求3和4中任一项所述的矫形器铰接夹板,其中,所述凸轮轨道(52)具有至少一个平移主动的凸轮段(54)和至少一个平移中性的凸轮段(56)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的矫形器铰接夹板,其中,所述凸轮轨道(52)具有平移主动的凸轮段(54),该平移主动的凸轮段能够在所述矫形器关节完全伸展,即枢转角度=0°的区域中,传递所述辊(44)的平移偏转和所述垫托架(42)的位移。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的矫形器铰接夹板,其中,所述垫托架(42)在所述托架轨道(14)中相对于所述铰接轴(30)径向地被引导。
8.一种矫形器铰接夹板,还包括在所述上铰接臂(10)上的至少一个附加的固定的垫(80)。
9.一种关节矫形器,其包含根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的矫形器铰接夹板。
10.根据权利要求9所述的关节矫形器,其选自髋关节矫形器和膝关节矫形器。
11.一种根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的矫形器铰接夹板在改善关节矫形器的佩戴舒适性和/或顺应性中的用途。
