技术领域
本发明涉及连接器技术领域。尤其是一种板间浮动盲插的射频同轴连接器。
背景技术
随着通讯技术的发展,设备和元器件集成化程度越来越高,设备内空间也越来越小。在这基础上,体积小,容量大成为连接器选择的一种趋势。对应设备上的元器件如射频同轴连接器,在无线模块以及传输单元里也由电缆组件连接逐渐演变为电路板与电路板之间快速连接。板间射频同轴连接器的设计理念源于SMP连接器,因为结构简单,功能满足快速浮动盲插,各个厂家在此基础上从加工、性能、安装高度上不断派生出不同规格大小的产品。现有技术的板间浮动连接器由于浮动插座或固定插座的外导体及内导体为装配而成的结构,存在装配精度难以保证、同轴度差的缺陷,导致PCB板与板的连接之间存在错位,浮动运行精度低,在容差范围内的匹配度差,电性能不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种板间浮动盲插的射频同轴连接器,本发明采用浮动插座、固定插座及转接器的结构,其中,浮动插座、固定插座的外导体及内导体均由绝缘体注塑成型为一体结构;该结构通过模具保证了内导体与外导体的同轴度,保证了转接器与浮动插座的浮动连接精度。本发明转接器的两端相对于中心为对称设计,为此,转接器的任意一端都允许与浮动插座或固定插座插接,满足了盲插的需求。本发明的第三绝缘体上设置了梯形孔与梯形键槽,使得第三绝缘体与转接器内的空气腔轴向形成不同的阻抗分布,降低轴向容差形成的高阻抗影响,使得其电气性能在容差范围内更匹配。本发明具有结构简单,PCB板与板的浮动连接精度高,阻抗分布匹配度高及电性能稳定的优点。
实现本发明目的的具体技术方案是:
一种板间浮动盲插的射频同轴连接器,其特点包括浮动插座、固定插座及转接器;
所述浮动插座由第一外导体、第一内导体及第一绝缘体构成,第一内导体与第一外导体同轴设置,第一绝缘体设于第一内导体及第一外导体之间并包裹在第一外导体的外圆上;
所述固定插座由第二外导体、第二内导体及第二绝缘体构成,第二内导体与第二外导体同轴设置,第二绝缘体设于第二内导体及第二外导体之间并包裹在第二外导体的外圆上;
所述转接器由第三外导体、第三内导体及第三绝缘体构成,第三内导体与第三外导体同轴设置,第三绝缘体为两件并对称设于第三内导体及第三外导体之间。
所述第一外导体为筒状件,其内壁设有接触区;
所述第二外导体为筒状件,其内壁设有凹槽;
所述第三外导体为筒状件,其两端的外壁上均设有凸缘,凸缘由切槽分割呈花瓣状。
所述转接器的一端与固定插座插接,其第三内导体与第二内导体插接,第三外导体与第二外导体插接,且第三外导体的凸缘与第二外导体的凹槽卡接;
所述转接器的另一端与浮动插座插接,其第一内导体与第三内导体浮动插接,第一外导体与第三外导体浮动插接,且第三外导体的凸缘在第一外导体的接触区内滑动。
所述第三绝缘体由大直径段、小直径段构成“T”形轴状件,其轴芯设有内导体孔,大直径段上沿圆周分布设有数个梯形孔,小直径段的外壁上沿圆周分布设有数个梯形键槽。
所述第一外导体筒状件一端的圆周上设有数个第一外导体触点及第一定位槽。
所述第二外导体筒状件一端的圆周上设有数个第二外导体触点及第二定位槽。
所述浮动插座的第一外导体及第一内导体由第一绝缘体注塑成型为一体结构。
所述固定插座的第二外导体及第二内导体由第二绝缘体注塑成型为一体结构。

本发明的工作过程:

将本发明的固定插座2与第二PCB板连接,且使第二外导体21上的第二外导体触点212及第二内导体22与第二PCB板上的外导体及内导体节点连接;
将转接器3的一端与固定插座2插接,使第三内导体32与第二内导体22插接,第三外导体31与第二外导体21插接,且使第三外导体31的凸缘311与第二外导体21的凹槽211卡接,实现第三内导体32与第二内导体22及第三外导体31与第二外导体21的固定连接;
将转接器3的另一端与浮动插座1插接,使第一内导体12与第三内导体32浮动插接,第一外导体11与第三外导体31浮动插接,且第三外导体31的凸缘311在第一外导体11的接触区111内滑动,实现第一内导体12与第三内导体32及第一外导体11与第三外导体(31)的浮动连接,从而实现第一PCB板与第二PCB板之间的射频同轴浮动连接。

参阅图1、图4、图7、图8,本发明转接器3内设置了由大直径段、小直径段构成“T”形轴状的第三绝缘体33,并在第三绝缘体33的大直径段上沿圆周分布设有数个梯形孔331,小直径段的外壁上沿圆周分布设有数个梯形键槽332。由于存在器件及PCB板自身的结构尺寸和位置偏差,在第一PCB板与第二PCB板之间实现射频同轴浮动连接的过程中存在轴向容差,转接器3与浮动插座1之间会形成一段高阻抗区域,为了更好匹配产品的阻抗,本发明在转接器3内对称设置了第三绝缘体33,并在第三绝缘体33上设置了梯形孔331与梯形键槽332,由于梯形孔331与梯形键槽332的设置,在第三绝缘体33与第三外导体31之间构成了沿轴向的空气腔,该空气腔形成了不同的阻抗分布,并由不同的阻抗分布来降低轴向容差形成的高阻抗影响,使得其电气性能在容差范围内更匹配。
