s6, deodorizing paint: placing the coating essence into a magnetic stirrer to continue magnetic stirring with the antibacterial paint at the rotating speed of 1400-1600r/min for 2-3 hours to obtain odorless paint;
s7, adding pigment: placing the inorganic pigment into a magnetic stirrer to continue to carry out magnetic stirring with the odorless paint at the rotating speed of 1500-;
s8, harmful substance detection: and (4) detecting harmful substances of the odorless paint, and packaging and warehousing after each index is detected to be qualified to finish a finished product.
2. The method for preparing odorless environment-friendly paint according to claim 1, wherein the film forming substance is a mixture of two or three of rosin resin, polyurethane and epoxy resin.
3. The method for preparing odorless environment-friendly paint according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is an organic solvent prepared from octane, nonane, phenylethane, xylene and trimethylbenzene.
4. The method for preparing odorless environment-friendly paint according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agents comprise an antifoaming agent, a wetting agent, a sagging agent, an anti-settling agent, a drying agent, a plasticizer and a mildew preventive.
5. The method for preparing odorless environment-friendly paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antibacterial powder is a mixture of nano zinc oxide particles and titanium dioxide silver-loaded antibacterial agent.
6. The method for preparing the odorless environment-friendly paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coating essence is a water-based essence for floral emulsion paint.
