The invention discloses a spun yarn bobbin identifying and sorting system and a method thereof, comprising a lifting device, a separating device and a conveying device which are connected in sequence, wherein the outlet of the lifting device is connected with the separating device through a large yarn turning plate, and a photoelectric sensor for identifying a large bobbin is arranged on the large yarn turning plate; the outlet of the separating device is connected with the conveying device through the small yarn turning plate, wherein an industrial CCD camera is installed on the separating device, a control device used for identifying the color and the direction of the yarn tube is connected onto the industrial CCD camera, the output end of the control device is connected with the controller of the large yarn turning plate, the large yarn turning plate is controlled to turn over the yarn tube which identifies the residual tail yarn, and the color distinguishing and direction identifying control system can be completed simultaneously by means of electricity. The system has simple and efficient mechanical structure, simple and convenient bobbin color calibration and setting, and can meet the treatment capacity requirements of various bobbins.

Technical Field

Background
In the automatic bobbin winder used in cotton spinning enterprises, spun yarn bobbins are randomly dropped in a storage tube area, empty yarn bobbins and yarn bobbins with various colors are mixed together, and color separation and straightening are manually performed, so that the efficiency is low, and the labor intensity is high. Along with the appearance of the automatic bobbin arranging machine, the colors and the sizes of the bobbins are identified by the naked eyes instead of being simply identified by the naked eyes, more intelligent cameras are used for identifying the colors, the directions and the channels of the bobbins are distinguished by the aid of mechanical structures, and manual labor intensity is reduced to a great extent. However, the color recognition and sorting system applied to the existing tube sorting machine is relatively complex, and particularly, the problems of the direction and the channel of the bobbin are solved by using a mechanical structure, so that the color recognition and sorting system can be completed in a large space, and meanwhile, the structure is complex, and is not practical in the application environment of the tube sorting machine. In the bobbin sorting process, the bobbin is hit by the hitting device driven by the cylinder or the motor. Because the force and the position cannot be accurately controlled due to the impact in the bobbin conveying process, the bobbin is easy to deviate in the bobbin dropping process, and a channel is blocked. Meanwhile, the yarn sorting machine cannot adapt to high-speed sorting because of contact with the yarn tubes. The calibration setting of the bobbin color identification by the existing bobbin management machine is usually carried out by selecting a sample, the color difference processing of the bobbin is usually corrected by setting a fixed threshold range, and the color adaptation is greatly limited.

a spun yarn bobbin identification and sorting system comprises a lifting device, a separating device and a conveying device which are connected in sequence, wherein an outlet of the lifting device is connected with the separating device through a large yarn turning plate, and a photoelectric sensor for identifying a large bobbin is mounted on the large yarn turning plate; the outlet of the separating device is connected with the conveying device through the small yarn turning plate, wherein an industrial CCD camera is installed on the separating device, a control device used for identifying the color, the direction and the shape of the yarn tube is connected onto the industrial CCD camera, the output end of the control device is respectively connected with the controllers of the large yarn turning plate and the small yarn turning plate, and the large yarn turning plate and the small yarn turning plate are respectively controlled to turn over the yarn tube which identifies the reusable large yarn and the residual tail yarn, and then the yarn tube is sent into the corresponding sorting channel.
The lifting device comprises a lifting conveying belt which is obliquely installed, a transmission plate is arranged on the lifting conveying belt, a large yarn turning plate capable of turning is arranged at the tail end of the lifting conveying belt, a large yarn outlet is arranged below the large yarn turning plate, and the tail end of the large yarn turning plate is in contact with the separating device.
