Abstract
本发明的目的是公开一种利用兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气制备乙烯、丙烯的方法,先分别将兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气净化,然后再将二者按比例混合,在反应器内,经催化剂的催化,通过一步反应即制得乙烯、丙烯等低碳烯烃,本发明充分利用了兰炭尾气中H2资源及电石炉尾气中的CO资源,所采用的多元复合型锆、锰、钴的铁基催化剂对乙烯、丙烯的选择性高,乙烯、丙烯产率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种煤化工尾气利用方法,具有的涉及一种兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气的利用方法。
背景技术
兰炭尾气是以侏罗纪不粘煤和弱粘煤为原料,采用中低温干馏工艺生产的一种高固定碳含量的固体物质。每生产1t兰炭大约副产700NM3尾气,其主要成分H2(22~30%),CH4(8~10%),CO(15~18%)是重要的工业废气资源,利用兰炭尾气制氢气是兰炭尾气资源化利用的新途径。
电石炉尾气是电石生产过程中产生的尾气,生产1t电石产生尾气约400NM3,其主要成分为CO约占75~85%左右,目前,电石炉尾气主要利用途径是生产甲醇,合成氨等化工产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种利用兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气制备乙烯、丙烯的方法,充分利用兰炭尾气中H2资源及电石炉尾气中的CO资源,采用一步法直接制取乙烯、丙烯等低碳烯烃。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种利用兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气制备乙烯、丙烯的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)从兰炭炉内出来的尾气经降温,除尘、除焦油、脱萘和脱硫及变换反应、变压吸附处理后,得到硫含量<1ppm,CO<1%,H2含量为55~60%的净化后兰炭尾气;
(2)从电石炉内出来的尾气经降温,经除尘、除焦油和脱硫处理后获得硫含量<5ppm,CO含量为 78~82%的净化电石炉尾气;
(3)将净化后的兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气按照CO/H2摩尔比为1:1.2~1.5的比例混合,加热后送入反应器进行催化反应,反应催化剂为多元复合型锆、锰、钴的铁基催化剂,
所述反应器床层为5层。
所述反应温度300~330℃,反应压力为2.0~2.1MPa,空速为3000~3200h-1。
本发明所采用的多元复合型锆、锰、钴的铁基催化剂对乙烯、丙烯的选择性为70~75%,CO转化率为98~99%,每100kg催化剂可产乙烯、丙烯130~135kg,副产无硫清洁汽油20~25kg,甲烷7~8kg。
具体实施方式
(1)从兰炭炉内出来的尾气经空气冷却器降温、除尘器除尘、再经气液分离器除去焦油、然后经活性炭吸附塔和脱硫塔分别脱萘和脱硫,再经CO变换、变压吸附处理后,得到硫含量<1ppm,CO<1%,H2含量为55~60%的净化后兰炭尾气;
(2)从电石炉内出来的尾气净化过程为:电石炉尾气经空气冷却器降温至250~260℃,再经引风机引入除尘冷却器继续降温至40~50℃后,经罗茨风机升压然后进入CO气柜除尘。从气柜出来的电石炉尾气进入静电除焦器,除去尾气中夹带的煤焦油。然后经罗茨风机升压到250mmHg左右,进入降温塔,温度降到30~35℃。然后进入脱硫塔脱硫,脱硫采用氨水液相催化法,净化后电石炉尾气硫含量<5 ppm,CO含量达到78~82%左右。
(3)将净化后的兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气按照CO/H2摩尔比为1:1.2~1.5的比例混合,加热后送入反应器进行催化反应,反应催化剂为多元复合型锆、锰、钴的铁基催化剂。反应器床层为5层。反应温度300~330℃,反应压力为2.0~2.1MPa,空速为3000~3200h-1。
经试验,该方法每100kg催化剂可产乙烯、丙烯130~135kg,副产无硫清洁汽油20~25kg,甲烷7~8kg。
Claims (3)
1.一种利用兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气制备乙烯、丙烯的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)从兰炭炉内出来的尾气经降温,除尘、除焦油、脱萘和脱硫及变换反应、变压吸附处理后,得到硫含量<1ppm,CO<1%,H2含量为55~60%的净化后兰炭尾气;
(2)从电石炉内出来的尾气经降温,经除尘、除焦油和脱硫处理后获得硫含量<5ppm,CO含量为 78~82%的净化电石炉尾气;
(3)将净化后的兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气按照CO/H2摩尔比为1:1.2~1.5的比例混合,加热后送入反应器进行催化反应,反应催化剂为多元复合型锆、锰、钴的铁基催化剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种利用兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气制备乙烯、丙烯的方法,其特征在于所述反应器床层为5层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种利用兰炭尾气和电石炉尾气制备乙烯、丙烯的方法,其特征在于所述反应温度300~330℃,反应压力为2.0~2.1MPa,空速为3000~3200h-1。
