Abstract
The invention discloses a double-line scanning packaging device, wherein the device comprises: the scanning module is used for acquiring information of the materials to be packaged; the classification module is used for classifying and stacking the materials to be packaged according to the acquired information; wherein the classified types include: abnormal materials and normal materials; the working mode setting module is used for setting a scanning inbound mode or a scanning packaging mode; wherein, in the case of the scanning inbound mode, the normal material continues to be stacked; in the case of the scanning packing mode, the normal material is transported to a packing placement module and packed with a packing module. The device overcomes the problems that LED wafer square sheets in the prior art are generally manually operated by personnel in packing and other processing operations, the efficiency is extremely low, and the labor cost is huge.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of processing of LED wafer square pieces, in particular to a double-line scanning packaging method and device.
Background

and under the condition of the scanning packing mode, transporting the normal materials to a packing area for packing.
Preferably, before the transporting the normal materials to a packing area for packing, the method further comprises: acquiring the quantity of the normal materials; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

In the above scheme, at first can treat the information of packing the material through devices such as scanner and scan, classify according to the information that acquires and place, generally can sweep out the information be normal material, can't sweep out the information be unusual material, stack two kinds of materials by classification to make things convenient for the staff to take out unusual material and do not carry out following processing, and normal material then carries out corresponding operation according to the mode, for example: in the scanning inbound mode, only inbound operation is carried out, and then materials are classified and stacked without other operation; and if in the scanning packing mode, the normal materials are transported to a packing area to be packed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, before the transporting the normal materials to the packing area for the packing step, the method further comprises: acquiring the quantity of the normal materials; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
and under the condition that the normal materials reach the preset quantity, transporting the normal materials to a packing area for packing.
In the scheme, the packaging is realized by packaging a certain amount of materials together, so that the materials are transported to the packaging area to be packaged only when the normal materials reach the preset amount. In a preferred mode of the present invention, at least two groups of the scanning modules 2 and the classification modules are provided, so as to implement the double-line scanning and packaging work, and effectively improve the working efficiency on the premise of ensuring the normal work.
In conclusion, when the double-line scanning and packaging device provided by the invention is used, the functions of automatic station entering scanning, classified packaging and the like are realized for the LED wafer square pieces, the labor is effectively reduced, the operation efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor is saved.

and under the condition that the normal materials reach the preset quantity, transporting the normal materials to a packing area for packing.
3. The double-line scanning packaging method of claim 1, further comprising:
and attaching a label to a packaging bag required for packaging the normal material.

5. A twin-line scanning packaging apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
the scanning module (2) is used for acquiring information of the materials to be packaged;
the classification module is used for classifying and stacking the materials to be packaged according to the acquired information; wherein the classified types include: abnormal materials and normal materials;
the working mode setting module is used for setting a scanning inbound mode or a scanning packaging mode; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
