The preset sorting system comprises a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) device, a balance wheel and a loading telescopic machine, therefore, a target sorting instruction is sent to the PLC device by the terminal to control the balance wheel in communication connection with the PLC device, express parcels to be sorted are sorted and transported to a target sorting grid according to the target sorting instruction, and the express parcels to be sorted are loaded by the loading telescopic machine corresponding to the target sorting grid to obtain sorting result information. The predetermined sorting system may further include other sorting devices, which are not limited herein.
It should be noted that, when each express package to be sorted has abnormal barcode scanning (for example, the express barcode corresponding to each express package to be sorted is incomplete or damaged), that is, when the sorting fails, the terminal may send the alarm information, and perform abnormal sorting processing on the corresponding express package, so as to re-sort and load the corresponding express package. Therefore, the terminal needs to sort and match according to the target sorting grid information in the preset sorting system, and the express parcels to be sorted can be sorted and processed only when the matching is successful, so that the sorting accuracy of the express parcels is improved.

The terminal matches the target sorting bin information and the corresponding express item bar code information with preset sorting strategy information in a preset sorting system respectively to obtain matching results; when the matching result is not matched, the terminal calls the preset sorting system to send the corresponding express bar code information to the target server, so that the target server updates the corresponding express bar code information to the initial state to obtain the target loading information, and the accuracy of data updating is improved.
206. And counting the number of the express packages which are successfully loaded in the target logistics vehicle to obtain the number of the loaded packages, and displaying the number of the loaded packages.
The target logistics vehicle and the to-be-loaded parking space have a corresponding relation, and the initial value of the express package which is successfully loaded is 0. Further, the terminal counts the number of the express packages which are successfully loaded through a photoelectric counting system which is preset on a to-be-loaded parking space corresponding to the target logistics vehicle to obtain the number of the loaded packages; the terminal sends the number of the loaded packages to a preset target terminal, so that the preset target terminal displays the number of the loaded packages. It should be noted that the photoelectric counting system acquires the output pulse signal of the photoelectric sensor to obtain the statistical result of the express packages which have been loaded successfully.
Optionally, the terminal acquires the current time and the vehicle number information of the target logistics vehicle; and the terminal queries a preset database according to the current time to obtain query data, wherein the number corresponding to the query data is consistent with the number of the loaded packages counted by the photoelectric counting system.
207. And acquiring a pre-sorting amount, and determining that the sorting operation of the target sorting grid is finished when the number of the loaded packages is equal to the pre-sorting amount.
Wherein, each sorting grid (including the target sorting grid) has a corresponding relation with the parking space to be loaded. Specifically, the terminal pre-sorts the quantity according to all sorting grids, wherein the value range of the pre-sorting quantity is a positive integer. The terminal judges whether the number of the loaded parcels is equal to the pre-sorting amount or not, and further performs difference operation on the number of the loaded parcels and the pre-sorting amount to obtain an operation result; the terminal judges whether the operation result is 0; if the operation result is 0, the terminal determines that the number of the loaded parcels is equal to the pre-sorting amount; if the operation result is not 0, the terminal determines that the number of the loaded packages is not equal to the pre-sorting amount. And when the number of the loaded packages is not equal to the pre-sorting amount and the number of the loaded packages is less than the pre-sorting amount, the terminal determines that the sorting operation of the target sorting grid is not completed and continues to execute the sorting operation. And when the number of the loaded packages is equal to the pre-sorting amount, the terminal determines that the sorting operation of the target sorting grid is finished.
For example, the terminal acquires that the pre-sorting amount corresponding to the target sorting grid 10 is 300, the terminal acquires the number of the loaded packages including 0, 1, 2, … …, 149, 150, 151, … … 99 and 300 in real time, and the terminal determines that the number of the loaded packages is equal to the pre-sorting amount and determines that the sorting operation is finished until the number of the loaded packages is 300.
208. And when detecting that the target loading position stops other logistics vehicles, carrying out zero clearing operation on the displayed number of the loaded packages.

When the terminal receives a request that the target loading position stops other logistics vehicles, the terminal performs zero clearing operation on the number of the loaded packages in the preset target terminal, for example, the number of the logistics vehicles A corresponding to the loaded packages is displayed 278, and when the logistics vehicles B stop at the target loading position, the number of the loaded packages in the display is 0.
Optionally, each to-be-loaded parking space (including the target loading space) may further display the total number of loaded packages, the license plate number of the target logistics vehicle, the loading time, the origin information, and the destination information within the first preset time period, which is not limited herein. The first preset time period may be 24 hours, or may be other time period information, and is not limited herein. The terminal can also perform proofreading processing on the target loading data in the preset database according to the total number of loaded packages in the preset time and the number of loaded packages corresponding to each logistics vehicle.
Optionally, the terminal may further perform a statistical data report on the number of the loaded packages of the target logistics vehicle according to a second preset time, so as to check attendance on the target logistics vehicle. The second preset time period may be weekly (7 days), monthly (30 days), quarterly or yearly, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, the initial loading information of the logistics vehicle is determined through the license plate number, the accuracy of the logistics vehicle information is ensured, and express packages are automatically separated, scanned by bar codes and loaded in sequence, so that the accuracy and efficiency of scanning, sorting and loading of the express packages are improved; meanwhile, when loading is finished, target loading information is automatically generated based on the initial loading information and the express bar code information, and the safety and reliability of express package loading and intelligent data input are improved.
In the above description of the method for intelligently sorting and loading express packages in the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the device for intelligently sorting and loading express packages in the embodiment of the present invention is described below, where:
the acquisition module 301 is configured to acquire vehicle image information and parking space information to be loaded corresponding to the logistics vehicles, and generate initial loading information according to the corresponding vehicle image information and the parking space information to be loaded;
the code scanning module 302 is used for separating a plurality of express parcels to be sorted and scanning the bar codes of the express parcels to be sorted to obtain corresponding express bar code information;
the query module 303 is configured to query a preset sorting system by using corresponding express item barcode information to obtain target sorting bin information;
the sorting module 304 is configured to sort each express package to be sorted into a corresponding target logistics vehicle according to the corresponding express barcode information and the target sorting grid information to obtain sorting result information, where the sorting result information includes sorting success and sorting failure;

the acquisition module 301 is configured to acquire vehicle image information and parking space information to be loaded corresponding to the logistics vehicles, and generate initial loading information according to the corresponding vehicle image information and the parking space information to be loaded;
the code scanning module 302 is used for separating a plurality of express parcels to be sorted and scanning the bar codes of the express parcels to be sorted to obtain corresponding express bar code information;
the query module 303 is configured to query a preset sorting system by using corresponding express item barcode information to obtain target sorting bin information;
the sorting module 304 is configured to sort each express package to be sorted into a corresponding target logistics vehicle according to the corresponding express barcode information and the target sorting grid information to obtain sorting result information, where the sorting result information includes sorting success and sorting failure;
and the processing module 305 is configured to perform information fusion processing on the corresponding express item barcode information, the target sorting bin information and the initial loading information to obtain target loading information when the sorting result information indicates that the sorting is successful.

collecting vehicle image information of logistics vehicles parked on a parking space to be loaded, and carrying out image recognition processing on the vehicle image information to obtain license plate number information;
acquiring the bar code information of the loading certificate from a preset database according to the license plate number information;
and acquiring the information of the parking space to be loaded, and performing information binding on the information of the parking space to be loaded and the bar code information of the loading certificate to obtain initial loading information, wherein the information of the parking space to be loaded comprises the bar code information of the parking space and the bar code information of the next station.
Optionally, the code scanning module 302 may be further specifically configured to:
separating the express parcels to be sorted one by one in the conveying process so as to adjust the express parcels to be sorted from a stacking state to a single-piece arrangement state;
acquiring the distance information between the separated express parcels to be sorted, and judging whether the distance information is greater than or equal to a preset distance threshold value;
when the distance information is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, re-separating the express parcels to be sorted;
when the distance information is larger than or equal to the preset distance threshold value, barcode scanning is carried out on each express package to be sorted through a six-face barcode scanner, and corresponding express barcode information is obtained.
Optionally, the query module 303 may be further specifically configured to:
generating a request for inquiring the lattice information according to the corresponding express bar code information, and sending the request for inquiring the lattice information to a preset sorting system to obtain response data;
and performing parameter analysis on the response data to obtain target sorting bin information.
Optionally, the sorting module 304 may be further specifically configured to:
generating a target sorting instruction according to the corresponding express item bar code information and the target sorting bin information;
and sorting each express parcel to be sorted by adopting a target sorting instruction, and transmitting the express parcels to a target logistics vehicle corresponding to a target loading position, wherein the target loading position corresponds to the target sorting grid information one by one, and the sorting result information comprises successful sorting and failed sorting.

and calling a preset sorting system, and updating corresponding express item bar code information into initial loading information according to the target sorting grid information to obtain target loading information.
Optionally, express delivery parcel intelligence letter sorting and loading device still includes:
the display module 306 is used for counting the number of the express packages which are successfully loaded in the target logistics vehicle to obtain the number of the loaded packages, and displaying the number of the loaded packages;
a determining module 307, configured to obtain a pre-sorting amount, and determine that the sorting operation of the target sorting bin is completed when the number of the loaded packages is equal to the pre-sorting amount;
and the clearing module 308 is used for clearing the displayed number of the loaded packages when detecting that other logistics vehicles stop at the target loading position.
In the embodiment of the invention, the initial loading information of the logistics vehicle is determined through the license plate number, the accuracy of the logistics vehicle information is ensured, and express packages are automatically separated, scanned by bar codes and loaded in sequence, so that the accuracy and efficiency of scanning, sorting and loading of the express packages are improved; meanwhile, when loading is finished, target loading information is automatically generated based on the initial loading information and the express bar code information, and safety and reliability of express package loading and intelligent input data are improved.
The intelligent sorting and loading device for express packages in the embodiment of the invention is described in detail in terms of modularization in the above fig. 3 and fig. 4, and the intelligent sorting and loading device for express packages in the embodiment of the invention is described in detail in terms of hardware processing in the following.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent sorting and loading device for express packages 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may include one or more processors (CPUs) 510 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 520, and one or more storage media 530 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing applications 533 or data 532, where the express packages are different from each other due to different configurations or performances. Memory 520 and storage media 530 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 530 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations in the intelligent sorting and loading apparatus 500 for express packages. Still further, the processor 510 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 530, and execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 530 on the intelligent sorting and loading device 500 for express packages.
The intelligent parcel sorting and loading apparatus 500 may further include one or more power supplies 540, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 550, one or more input-output interfaces 560, and/or one or more operating systems 531, such as Windows server, Mac OS X, Unix, Linux, FreeBSD, and so on. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the intelligent sorting and loading facility for parcels of express delivery shown in fig. 5 does not constitute a limitation of the intelligent sorting and loading facility for parcels of express delivery, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
The invention also provides an intelligent express parcel sorting and loading device, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores instructions, and the instructions are executed by the processor, so that the processor executes the steps of the intelligent express parcel sorting and loading method in each embodiment.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which may be a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, or a volatile computer readable storage medium, having stored therein instructions, which when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the express package intelligent sorting and loading method.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention, which is substantially or partly contributed by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
