Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the logistics sorting apparatus provided in the embodiment of the invention, the logistics sorting apparatus further includes a transfer assembly, which includes a mechanical gripper and a manual sorting area, the mechanical gripper is disposed on one side of the diversion conveyor 132, the manual sorting area is disposed on the other side of the mechanical gripper, the mechanical gripper is used to transfer the express items with the image characteristics being unidentifiable to the manual sorting area, and the manual sorting area is used to store the express items that cannot be mechanically sorted.
A logistics sorting method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: warehousing the express, numbering the express according to rules, printing paper with an identification image and an express number, and attaching the paper with the identification image and the express number to the express surface;

step six: when the remote identification end cannot identify the paper on the express surface and the express serial number, the remote identification end compiles and sends control information to the turnover component 3, turns over the express which cannot be identified, and identifies the express again by using the identification component 2;
step seven: when the remote identification end still cannot identify the paper and the express serial number on the express surface, compiling and sending control information to the transfer assembly, transferring the express to a manual sorting area, and manually delivering the express;
step eight: after the sorting assembly 4 sorts the express to the delivery assembly 5, the monitoring assembly collects and identifies the image information of the express again, and it is determined that no delivery error exists.
Specifically, when numbering express items, the following rules are followed:
rule one is as follows: the express number is composed of 15 digits or English letters;
rule two: the first three digits of the express number are composed of numbers or English letters and represent consignment provinces of the express;
rule three: 4-7 of the express numbers represent consignment provinces of the express and a delivery center through which the express is delivered when the consignment provinces are consigned;
rule four: 8-11 of the express number is a target province of the express and enters a delivery center of the target province;
rule five: 12-15 bits of the express number represent the final target city and area of the express;
rule six: 4-15 bits of express are all digital components.
Further, when the express is transported in batch and in a centralized manner according to the delivery area of the express, the delivery area of the express is divided according to the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: determining the maximum delivery amount of each delivery center;
step two: acquiring the geographical position information of each dispatching center and the next dispatching center;
step three: and dividing the distribution areas of the express by using an FCM clustering algorithm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the express delivery system, the three groups of equipment cameras are arranged to collect the images of the express delivery, so that the images of the front, the back, the left, the right and the top of the express delivery can be collected, and sorting errors caused by omission can be prevented;
2. according to the express delivery system, the turnover assembly is arranged to turn over express delivery, so that characteristic objects attached to the surface of the express delivery can be prevented from being shielded by the express delivery, and the sorting efficiency is improved;
3. according to the invention, the express delivery distribution area is divided by using the FCM clustering algorithm, so that the express delivery distribution efficiency can be increased.
