Abstract

本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,尤其是一种石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带及其制备方法;其质量百分含量组成如下:石墨烯粉5‑50%、阻燃剂5‑50%、交联剂0.2‑3%、胶水47‑89.8%,制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将石墨烯粉,阻燃剂,交联剂先后加入至胶水中搅拌混合均匀,过滤备用;(2)将步骤(1)中配好的胶水以一定的速度和温度在涂布机上进行涂布,干燥收卷后即获得一定厚度的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带,本发明提供的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带相比于传统的阻燃胶带和导热胶带,具有极高的导热系数以及优良的阻燃效果,同时还兼具良好的粘结性能,本发明中的导热阻燃胶带的导热系数为1‑10W/m.k,剥离力4‑35N,阻燃等级为V1‑V0。

一种石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,尤其是一种石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着5G通讯技术的提升以及相关手机的发布,2020年即将成为5G元年,并催生一大批热门产业链,极大地促进经济发展。其中,车联网作为一项新型技术,辅以5G数据传输,可以实现高效快速导航,提高交通运行效率并大幅降低交通事故,因此受到了人们普遍的关注。然而,巨大的数据传输必将产生极高的热量,长此以往易导致汽车温度过高,由于汽车内部存在以有机溶液为主的锂离子电池和汽油,严重的话将产生汽车自燃甚至爆炸等风险。科学家们尝试使用阻燃胶带或者导热胶带应用于此,然而阻燃胶带不存在导热性能,无法阻止热量的散出,时间久后也易失粘或自燃。而导热胶带自身易燃并且热扩散能力不是很强,如若汽车内部积攒一定的热量并未迅速散出反而将促使部件燃烧。综上所述,开发一种新型的既具备阻燃效果也具备高导热效果的胶带成为了新的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:针对车联网技术过程中由于数据传输产生的巨大热量,长此以往容易导致汽车失火甚至爆炸的问题,开发一种新型石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带,该胶带具有极高的导热系数以及优良的阻燃效果,同时还兼具良好的粘结性能。
本发明的另一个目的是:提供一种石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带的制备方法,该制备方法工艺简单,制备的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带相比于传统的阻燃胶带和导热胶带,具有极高的导热系数以及优良的阻燃效果,同时还兼具良好的粘结性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带,其质量百分含量组成如下:石墨烯粉5-50%、阻燃剂5-50%、交联剂0.2-3%、胶水47-89.8%。
进一步的,所述石墨烯粉选自氧化石墨烯、石墨烯、还原石墨烯中的一种或几种,颗粒D50为5-50μm。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂为TCEP、氢氧化铝、三聚氰胺、DMMP中的一种或几种,颗粒D50为5-50μm。
进一步的,所述交联剂选自TDI、HDI、乙酰丙酮铝、过氧化苯甲酰的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述胶水为丙烯酸胶、橡胶、硅胶中的一种或几种。
一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将石墨烯粉,阻燃剂,交联剂先后加入至胶水中搅拌混合均匀,过滤备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中配好的胶水以一定的速度和温度在涂布机上进行涂布,干燥收卷后即获得一定厚度的石墨烯导热阻燃胶带。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中过滤采用120目滤布进行。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中胶水的涂布速度为2-20m/min,涂布温度为70-130℃。
进一步的,所述胶带的胶层厚度5-200um。
进一步的,所述胶带的导热系数为1-10W/m.k,剥离力4-35N,阻燃等级为V1-V0。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明提供的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带相比于传统的阻燃胶带和导热胶带,具有极高的导热系数以及优良的阻燃效果,同时还兼具良好的粘结性能,本发明中的导热阻燃胶带的导热系数为1-10W/m.k,剥离力4-35N,阻燃等级为V1-V0。

实施例1
1)将5份石墨烯和5份三聚氰胺,0.2份TDI交联剂先后加入至89.8份丙烯酸胶水中搅拌混合均匀,用120目滤布过滤一遍备用;
2)将配好的胶水在涂布机上以10米/min速度涂布于双面离型膜的重面,在105℃烘干收卷,获得胶层厚度为10微米的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。根据本方法制备的胶带,导热系为1w/m.k,剥离力9N,且符合UL94阻燃等级V1。
实施例2
1)将25份石墨烯和25份三聚氰胺,0.2份TDI交联剂先后加入至49.8份丙烯酸胶水中搅拌混合均匀,用120目滤布过滤一遍备用;
2)将配好的胶水在涂布机上以10米/min速度涂布于双面离型膜的重面,在105℃烘干收卷,获得胶层厚度为10微米的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。根据本方法制备的胶带,导热系为4W/m.k,剥离力7N,且符合UL94阻燃等级VTM-0。
实施例3
1)将50份石墨烯和5份三聚氰胺,0.2份TDI交联剂先后加入至44.8份丙烯酸胶水中搅拌混合均匀,用120目滤布过滤一遍备用;
2)将配好的胶水在涂布机上以10米/min速度涂布于双面离型膜的重面,在105℃烘干收卷,获得胶层厚度为10微米的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。根据本方法制备的胶带,导热系为10W/m.k,剥离力5N,且符合UL94阻燃等级V1。
实施例4
1)将5份石墨烯和45份三聚氰胺,3份TDI交联剂先后加入至47份丙烯酸胶水中搅拌混合均匀,用120目滤布过滤一遍备用;
2)将配好的胶水在涂布机上以10米/min速度涂布于双面离型膜的重面,在105℃烘干收卷,获得胶层厚度为10微米的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。根据本方法制备的胶带,导热系为1.6W/m.k,剥离力4.0N,且符合UL94阻燃等级V0。
实施例5
1)将25份氧化石墨和25份TCEP,0.8份HDI交联剂先后加入至49.2份丙烯酸胶水中搅拌混合均匀,用120目滤布过滤一遍备用;
2)将配好的胶水在涂布机上以10米/min速度涂布于双面离型膜的重面,在105℃烘干收卷,获得胶层厚度为10微米的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。根据本方法制备的胶带,导热系为3.0W/m.k,剥离力5.0N,且符合UL94阻燃等级VTM-0。
实施例6
1)将25份还原石墨烯和25份氢氧化铝,0.18份乙酰丙酮铝交联剂先后加入至49.82份丙烯酸胶水中搅拌混合均匀,用120目滤布过滤一遍备用;
2)将配好的胶水在涂布机上以10米/min速度涂布于双面离型膜的重面,在105℃烘干收卷,获得胶层厚度为10微米的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。根据本方法制备的胶带,导热系为3.5W/m.k,剥离力6.0N,且符合UL94阻燃等级VTM-0。
实施例7
1)将25份石墨烯和25份DMMP,3份过氧化苯甲酰交联剂先后加入至47份丙烯酸胶水中搅拌混合均匀,用120目滤布过滤一遍备用;
2)将配好的胶水在涂布机上以10米/min速度涂布于双面离型膜的重面,在105℃烘干收卷,获得胶层厚度为10微米的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。根据本方法制备的胶带,导热系为3.8W/m.k,剥离力4.8N,且符合UL94阻燃等级VTM-0。
实施例8
1)将5份石墨烯,15份还原石墨烯,5份氧化石墨和10份三聚氰胺,15份氢氧化铝,0.2份TDI交联剂先后加入至49.8份丙烯酸胶水中搅拌混合均匀,用120目滤布过滤一遍备用;
2)将配好的胶水在涂布机上以10米/min速度涂布于双面离型膜的重面,在105℃烘干收卷,获得胶层厚度为10微米的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。根据本方法制备的胶带,导热系为3.6W/m.k,剥离力6.2N,且符合UL94阻燃等级VTM-0。

1.一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带,其特征在于,其质量百分含量组成如下:石墨烯粉5-50%、阻燃剂5-50%、交联剂0.2-3%、胶水47-89.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带,其特征在于:所述石墨烯粉选自氧化石墨烯、石墨烯、还原石墨烯中的一种或几种,颗粒D50为5-50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为TCEP、氢氧化铝、三聚氰胺、DMMP中的一种或几种,颗粒D50为5-50μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带,其特征在于:所述交联剂选自TDI、HDI、乙酰丙酮铝、过氧化苯甲酰的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带,其特征在于:所述胶水为丙烯酸胶、橡胶、硅胶中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将石墨烯粉,阻燃剂,交联剂先后加入至胶水中搅拌混合均匀,过滤备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中配好的胶水以一定的速度和温度在涂布机上进行涂布,干燥收卷后即获得一定厚度的石墨烯基导热阻燃胶带。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中过滤采用120目滤布进行。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中胶水的涂布速度为2-20m/min,涂布温度为70-130℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述胶带的胶层厚度5-200um。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯基阻燃胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述胶带的导热系数为1-10W/m.k,剥离力4-35N,阻燃等级为V1-V0。
